Great customer service with many spots to sit down. Ice cream is okay overall many flavors to choose from. They have mochas and more drinks that they can make. Overall not a fan of the taste from there ice cream. read more

Quiero compartir mi experiencia porque fué muy decepcionante. El servicio fué malo desde el principio: el personal fué poco atento y nada amable, si les preguntabas algo se molestaba la muchacha y tenía mala actitud todo el tiempo! read more

Went around 16:00-16:30 and the employees had a super nasty attitude for no reason. Very horrible customer service. I proceeded to ask for a tray of fruit I wanted mango , watermelon and pineapple. It was said that they don't serve mango there. Then they said that there wasn't any pineapple. After she saw that I got agitated she said if I was willing to wait to cut up the mango. Made me wonder if she was also lying about the mango as well and didn't want to work. read more

I never knew this place was here, and happy I found it. It's tuck away in a good size shopping center. When walking in there was a couple of people waiting and the decor looked like the typical La Michoacán's establishments, you know with picture of the drinks on the wall and etc. I was helped by a very nice guy, he did not speak English well but we made it work. He made my treat just how I like it I was in and out in no time, ready to enjoy my goodies. read more

You can never go wrong with paletas in the MoVal heat! La Michoacana locations are spreading like wild fire! They are popping up all over the Inland Empire! I personally go there for their paletas and ice cream, but they have a bunch of snacks like Esquite con Hot Cheetos, Pepino Loco, Mangonadas, and more. The staff is usually friendly and quick as well. Inside the store is also very clean and they have hand sanitizer for customers. My favorite paletas are the Fresas Con Crema, Lime, Mamey, and Pistachio. Sometimes I will buy a bunch and they last quite a while in my freezer at home! read more

I came here for the first time. The lady was nice and the ice cream is good. However, when I looked at my receipt she charged me roughly 25% more on my daughters ice cream and 15% on my order. When I asked her why, all she could say was the prices are new. They were written in permanent marker by her cash register. Nothing was said before hand. My issue is not the price difference but the transparency. We won't be back. read more

The best ice cream out there. So many different and unique flavors. Price is on point, service is amazing. Don't even question it, just go.

Amazing service and they even helped us take everything to the car and the flavor was amazing so fresh read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Terrible customer service. All the employees are rude! A few days ago I went there and as I was getting off my car a woman comes out of the car next to me saying she's the only employee at the moment and she was on her break and she couldn't help me. Why would they only have one employee?! It's ridiculous! If they made more sales they would be able to hire more employees but their service obviously sucks! read more

I got tostilocos, I love spicy, but this food was not enjoyable at all it had way too much sauce, barely any fruit and barely any chips, and it got soggy fast I don't think this girl knows how to measure the food and I waited a really long time just for just someone to come to the front. One thing that bothered me was the girl helping us out had no gloves and she had really long hair, and wasn't wearing a hairnet. I went back to get another bag of chips to add and some other lady with blonde hair came out and asked me if I was already getting helped and I said I just wanted to get a bag of chips and she just walked away. This place has really been disappointing lately. read more

Came to this location excited to get sweets, I sent my in my nephew in; he came back kind of sad. I asked why, he said something is off the people that work there are weird. I told him it was probably a one off experience. We went another time and he wanted strawberries and cream. I took him here again because it's the closest one, he came back to the car and said they told him they dont have the ingredients. I thought ok it happens sometimes, few weeks later it happened again. I thought ok maybe shipment was on back order for cream. Well this time we went at like 8:35pm to get his fav strawberries and cream and he was told it's to late to make it. This being the 3rd time in a row I went in and immediately was upset with myself for not having gone I before. I now saw and understood what my nephew was saying, no greeting, eye rolls, huffing while speaking like they are even irritated to have to speak with me. This was the worst most rude service ever! As I was leaving a Hispanic woman was walking in I decided to watch, an as I thought the employees attitude had completely changed. She was now engaging, talkative (in Spanish), friendly, and helpful. I advise boycotting this location I don't spend my hard earned money where I am not appreciated period. I suggest going to the location on Alessandro. I apologize to my nephew and learned a lesson about just sending a child into the store by themselves. read more

DELICIOUS, HEALTHY & FRESH popsicle & ice cream choices! Craaaaazy good! Clean place also...NEVER disappointed.

This place is legit! I'm very happy to have ventured over here. I tasted the Cookie Monster, cookies and cream, cappuccino, and the strawberry cheesecake cream. I also purchased the ice based mango (sherbet). The prices were awesome $1.99 for 1 scoop but it is the most generous scoop I've ever received. The employees were very helpful although there was a minor language barrier. A kind consumer helped translate my request to the employee. All was A-ok!!! Store was clean and bright. read more

Great location, place is clean, service is superb. Ordered two esquites and Tostiloco and they were delicious. The girl took her time to prepare our food. She was very courteous & extremely helpful. I wish I had gotten her name but she was wearing glasses. I will for sure be coming back, I used to frequent the one in Alessandro but the service there is horrendous. read more

NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN and neither will any of my family. We'd much rather go out of our way and drive 10 extra minutes to El Arco de Michoacan up pigeon pass in the parking lot next to stater bros , it's a hidden little gem with better prices and Way WAY wAyYy better customer service! Their ice creams are to die for, they're just plain great Anyway back to my extremely rude experience at this place. Alejandra the "manager" should be taught a little respect. She was extremely rude, she was already helping us when out of no where she started helping someone else and we were left with our mouths open because she didn't even say anything, no "excuse me I'll be back" or "give me a second" rude rude rude rude rude. We waited about 10 more minutes till someone else came to help us. If it weren't for my mom wanting sweets I would've made a complaint but I rather had not made a scene. It's not the first time either, this place wasn't even busy. There's no excuse for it. I wish I could give 0 stars. read more

Best joint for a mangoneada for sure! I love the homemade ice cream. It's a little pricy for ice cream but so worth it. Customer service depends which location you go to. Honestly the customer service isn't great. But I keep coming back for those mangoneadas. They have a huge menu. Lines are extremely long in the summer. I'll definitely keep coming back. read more

My husband just took me here and it was very good! Although when I went there yesterday (a Tuesday) I saw a sign that said "Tuesday special" but the rest was in Spanish so I had no idea what the special was. But when I ordered, I was pleased that they all spoke English as well! My husband has been to two other locations and he said this is the only one that has English speakers too. So , so far I haven't had any problems. I look forward to trying something new next time from the menu. Lots of options! Just wish they would be in English as well. My favorite so far is the watermelon slush thing lol, it's water based with no dairy. My girls got the cookies n cream icecream :) read more
