Today, I got the Matcha Strawberry with Spicy Strawberry Watermelon Sorbet and a bit of their Lychee Jelly. OMG, so so good! The service is decent and ambiance is always brightly lit. It's a fun place to bring the kids, as they often enjoy the yogurt machine and toppings but be careful as the weight can totally bring the total pretty high. It's easy to find: just south of the 60 on Frederick in Moreno Valley (look for BJ's). Parking can be a bit tight as it sits in the pocket between Five Guys and Starbucks, so be careful. I love yogurtland me and my little sister go whenever she comes to see me but never particularly to this location and after today I don't think I'll be bringing her here again. When we were putting our toppings on our ice cream the person that attended us at the register made a comment to my sister "thats too much she has too much in her cup" to be completely honest in my review my little sisters serving wasn't small but isn't that what I'm paying for? for her to help herself to whatever she'd like to add? This interaction just upset me, id hate for a simple comment like that to ruin something that was supposed to be a positive experience like getting a sweet treat with her big sis. read more

Just had the worst experience here. We went it today at 9pm. We got our yogurt then sat at the lobby. My husband asked for the key to the restroom. The female employee with dirty blonde straight hair just said "it's closed." The way she said it threw my husband off and he asked if it was out of service. The female employee said "it's closed." A few minutes later my husband asked for napkins. Again the female employee responded bluntly "there's no napkins." She repeated her each with an attitude. We were almost done with our yogurt when the female employee walked up to us and very bluntly said "the lobby is closed." It's was 9:30pm. My husband at this point was tired of her approach and they started going back and forth. The male employee got in the conversation and ended up cussing at my husband. This could have just been avoided if they just had some manners. She could have said "sorry our restroom is closed" or they could have given us a few minutes to finish up and go instead of basically kicking us out. Manager please look at the video footage. I have been coming to this yogurtland location for a while now and the last few times I have came when asking for sample cups to sample new flavors they give you one cup . Funny because they have 2 new flavors every month, so you would think they would at least give you 2 sample cups, not to mention the price of frozen yogurt these days .. when brought to the employees attention they said their manager told them give only one sample cup to customers... We had a very late craving for Yogurtland one day and we checked what time they were closing which we had 20 minutes before closing, we got there with 10mins before closing and we were ready for the doors to be locked (usually other places lock doors 10 mins before) but to our surprise it wasn't and we got a nice warm welcome! We chose our flavors, toppings and we were good to go, inside it was nice and clean since it was close to closing time and the outside tables were also clean! Imran was manning the store on Labor Day afternoon. I always check if military discounts are allowed - if so, awesome; if not, no problem. He confirmed "yeah", and then didn't apply one. A long line came in after us, and we repeatedly saw him touching his mouth without gloves or washing his hands in-between, while ringing customers out and handing them their spoons. We brought our receipt back after finishing our yogurt, let him know he forgot, and asked how much the discount would've been. He said "like a dollar and a half" and didn't even apologize or put any thought into acknowledging his mistake. Came off pretty careless. read more

All was ok until I ask the unfriendly gal if they had any brownie toppings. She had an attitude; they were low and unable to be seen. As I checked out the order came to $10.03, I had to go and get the 3 cents from the car. Her attitude became worse with negative energy, so I said to her as I handed her 10 cents, keep the change so if someone come and there short 3 cents you can give them some grace. She left my yogurt on the scale. I had to ask if she could put it in a bag, she handed me the bag, so I said to her you can put it in the bag, she said to me, you want me to put it in the bag, so I said absolutely I'm the customer, she said being rude and the spoon to. The yogurt was good as per usual.i love coming here with my brothers when I come to visit and the service is usually really good. The worker is attentive and very welcoming upon us walking in. But today the worker gave no acknowledgment when we walked in. Fully engrossed in his phone. We served ourselves and upon reaching the toppings half were practically empty?? The worker was still engrossed in his phone, stuck to the wall since he was charging it as well while he played. He only left his phone when we got to the register and he checked us out. Leaving his phone by the food which is a food safety violation, I know as I have my manager's food license. I thought it would end soon, but as my group sat to enjoy our yogurt, he continued to be on his phone, toppings slowly dwindling, and a surge of customers coming in. I LOOOOOVE YOGURTLAND Honestly, I have an obsession with plain tart lol yes, I'm basic. I've been coming here for years so I guess it's time I write a review. Everytime I come the yogurt is always perfectly frozen and there is always a wide variety of toppings. Like I said I'm basic, but I look toppings! I always need to have cheesecake bits with strawberries in my cup. However, I've noticed they started cutting the strawberries in halves instead of quarters (idk if it's to expidite prep time or to increase your ounces) either way, I dont like it lol. Service for the most part is always nice. No need for much interaction; I just need some sample cups and tell me how much I owe you. They also started offering two different drink options, coffee and a vanilla. They have a wide variety of yogurt, but I feel like its changing and almost going towards soft serve. We always come to this location and unfortunately we are really bummed with the customer service. A girl by the name of Kendi was in back of the counter. As soon as we walked in she snarled at us to put on hand sanitizer. Which is great considering COVID is still going around. I just felt like she could of done it in a much friendlier tone. We then asked her for samples and she said how many? Again, in a rude voice (like we were bothering her from stocking the candy.) Normal toppings like other Yogurtland. Difference is their toppings... they don't cut them in pieces they're full size. Full size pop-tart, snicker bars cut In half, Kit Kats. Normally they're bite sized pieces and easier to fit in the cup and easy to bite. Did not like that at all. read more

The service at Yogurtland is great! I am very glad they have thorough safety precautions in place for COVID-19. The only reason this review is 3 stars instead of 5 is that they had these awesome non-dairy flavors a little while ago but for some reason they went away. My favorite was the non-dairy oatmeal cookie flavor! Since my whole family is lactose intolerant, we sadly won't be able to come around until they get the non-dairy flavors back. Please bring back those non-dairy flavors!!! read more

Very clean establishment with fresh and interesting toppings for the frozen yogurts (chopped squares of Snickers bars!). The owner was pleasant, and made sure we were comfortable using the sanitary station before we filled our cups. He, and this Yogurtland, are a hit with us! read more

The staff here is rude. They are so stingy with the sample cups only one?? The lady handing them out seemed annoyed I asked for another one for my 3 year old son. I used to work at yogurtland when I was a teenager at the Corona one and we would give as many sample cups as needed so it seems so tacky and selfish to only give one. On top of that the topping I added had a hair in it so gross! They let me get another yogurt but the lady expected me to get the same topping that just had a hair in it when she never switched it out or anything. I asked her if that was the same one and when she realized her mistake she just took it to the back but if I never said anything she would've just left it there so gross.
