My husband at this point was tired of her approach and they started going back and forth. The male employee got in the conversation and ended up cussing at my husband. This could have just been avoided if they just had some manners. She could have said "sorry our restroom is closed" or they could have given us a few minutes to finish up and go instead of basically kicking us out. Manager please look at the video footage. Is this how you train your employees?

Ordered esquite she put no mayo so my daughter told her she did not want it she complained and was very rude with her response. Losing a customer and risking a bad review over an esquite & a scoop of mayo is crazy to me. I understand we all have bad days but when at work you have to learn how to control your emotions especially if your name ain't out on that sign in front.

The employees work hard here and are always helpful. I also like that they keep any ice cream with nuts altogether in its own section of the display case. They have a couple tables inside the store, as well as outside. My most favorite BR flavor was Beach Day, which came out last summer (July 2024). It is Salted Vanilla-Flavored Ice Cream with Milk Chocolate flavored Caramel-Filled Sea Turtles - the absolute best and I wish they would bring it back. My next favorites are a tie between Gold Medal Ribbon and plain Jamocha. I would love to see the plain Jamocha offered as a pre-packed quart. This shop is usually pretty clean when I come in, too. Overall, great place to visit when you're craving some classic ice cream in any season, rain or shine!
