This definitely one of my favorite places to get my boba tea, it's small and just for grab and go, and the only thing I don't like it's that they don't let you use the bathroom. Other than that it's great. read more

Cute place, we ordered creama coffee. I like that you can adjust the sweetness. The lady was kind to help us. They have 2 kiosks to order from as well. read more

Well-made! The menu offers a wide variety of drinks and flavors. Compared to other Sharetea locations, they don't really offer the same drinks. I really enjoy the drinks from the Puppy Series, but they only offer the Golden Retriever. Therefore, I recommend calling ahead or messaging them on social media beforehand if you're looking for a certain drink. * Halo Halo Milk Tea: 9/10 - generous with the toppings and nice flavors * Berry Lychee Burst: 9/10 - good, but the strawberry tea only offers 0% or 100% sweetness The shop itself is a bit difficult to locate, but the interior is very nicely decorated. It seems like a good choice for meeting up with friends and catching up, but they don't have a restroom, unfortunately. Only one person was working at the time, and she was very nice. Good! read more

Not sure what happened, but I got two matcha drinks and one tasted better than the other & you can see the difference in the colors shown. One is much darker & tasted very off & grainy while the other tasted like matcha, still a bit grainy...very disappointed in these drinks! read more

I decided to try a new boba place and this is the place to go. They had a lot of options, great place to relax(they have claw machines so it's a bonus) and great workers. They were attentive and patient. I will definitely come here again. read more

I really appreciate how, even when it gets super busy, the staff always makes sure your drink is done right. And if it's not, they'll gladly fix it to make sure you leave satisfied. I came in on a really hot day when the place was packed, and the team still greeted everyone with a smile and so much patience. That says a lot about the kind of service they provide! I noticed someone left a review complaining about wait times, but honestly if there are 10 people ahead of you, it's only fair to expect a bit of a wait. They're not just snapping their fingers to make drinks appear; they're taking the time to do it right. I think that deserves patience and respect. Also, this place is sooooo clean! I appreciate that! Thank you! Shout out to Kaelyn!! I love when she's there! She always so patient and makes great recommendations!! read more

Sharetea is reliable and the same each time. My go to order is a classic black milk tea with less ice, 50% sweetness and grass jelly. It's the perfect amount of sweetness and a nice little sweet treat. I swung by this location today and they sell Sanrio and Popmart items! How fun!!! Check it out! read more

Tea was whatever & they have scamming arcade machines so don't try to play because it'll take your money & employees won't help you

Tried Sharetea for the first time and loved it! I got the coffee with brown sugar--so good, honestly better than Starbucks and only around $5 for a great size. The place was super clean, had some cute merch, and it's adorable for pictures. Staff was nice and service was quick. Definitely coming back! read more

10% off your order for following them on their IG , 4% discount for cash paying customers. The young lady who took our order were friendly . 4 of us had their mango passion fruit tea , one had regular milk tea with boba and one with macha milk tea with boba . We agreed their boba were cooked perfectly. When we all had a sip of our drinks we instantly said , we forgot to mention to cut down on the sweetness. It would be nice if the cashier also ask us the percentage sugar preference. 2 small table and chairs inside , if not there are some public seatings outside. Note to the manager- The potted succulents plants on the table & near the vicinity had so many tiny flying bugs . All the pots needed to dry out the soil , soil is soaking wet for succulents. Stop overwatering it. Use a spray bottle with peroxide &1/4 water spray the soil a few times a week to kill the bugs. Repeat until it's gone . Better yet replace with new soil and rinse the roots / stems / leaves . read more

I always order the same thing every time I come which is every two weeks. Either mango mojito or peach mojito. I always ask for no sugar but noticed that the ice level is always too much and my drink is gone pretty quickly bc it's mostly full of ice. So the last time I ordered, I asked for less ice. The girl working said they can't do that because it's blended and it won't fill up the cup if they don't use the normal amount of ice. So I told her to make up the difference with more water instead of the ice and she did it and it was perfect! I came again for a couple more times and each time, it has been someone different and again I ask for the drinks with less ice and both times was told no. I told the girl working that the previous time I went, I just asked the girl to fill the difference with more water, and she did it. She flat out responded. We're under strict orders not to change anything. The second time I went the girl didn't even give me a response as to why she just said we can't do it. Customer service was pretty poor. It's not like I'm asking for something difficult Or extra or cost of more money. I even offered to pay extra to have less ice in my drink. It's unfortunate but I probably won't be returning to this location. read more

Short story is I've been having to do work visits in Moreno Valley for the past 3-4 months. This Sharetea is conveniently located in the nicest outdoor mall in Moreno Valley. I've been stopping in regularly for boba. Fantastic drinks every time. The drinks I typically get is the honeydew with crystal boba, or else the taro without boba. The kids here treat me really well. Location is nice and clean. I don't know what is up with some of the negative reviews for this Sharetea location. My guess is that the negative reviewers may not be fair or regular customers. I can say this because I've been to this location once a week minimum for the last 3-4 months. Try it out, you be the judge. read more

Our family has been coming here since opening. Their drinks are great! Love the variety of matcha drinks available. When their is a mistake on a drink (which is rare) they make it right. We also like their free drink program. Annie was our most recent server...she was awesome! We'll be back again as usual this week. read more

Been coming to this location for a very long time. The drinks are always consistent and the only thing I gotta say about the employees is that they are super funny and fast at making drinks. I was excited to stop by here for their Thanksgiving deals! They had BOGO 50% off and you also get a free pearl milk tea. What a steal! The milk teas have a good tea-to-milk ratio. I really like their toppings too. I definitely recommend the aiyu jelly, herbal jelly, or the pudding! The boba is a bit on the firm side for me. The staff here are friendly and make drinks pretty quickly despite the busy holiday rush. I like the decor inside the store and there's a few tables inside to lounge or hangout. read more

Nice to see a boba place in this area! I've been to other Sharetea locations and they're all solid, this one included! This is located at the shopping center across the parking lot from Super Target. Parking right in front can be limited with the other businesses around but there's a parking lot with plenty of spaces around the back. The boba tastes pretty fresh and they have great flavors, although maybe not the most variety! Definitely a great choice if you're in the mood for boba/milk tea. read more

I don't think it's fair for your customers to buy and not have your restrooms open for your customers. I'm not coming back for that reason. I really had to use the restrooms and I was also craving a boba drink which is why I went. The messed up part is that when I asked to use the restroom they told me I can use next doors business restroom. That's so sad that you rather have your customers use someone else's restroom but not yours because what? This is not the pandemic anymore. I'm disappointed. read more

It pains me to leave 1 star but, I unfortunately feel compelled to. This has happened a handful of times, not once or twice, a handful of times. I go in with 20 minutes left before closing and they tell me I can't get an ice blended drink. The workers also seem annoyed. I am not a Karen to complain. So I just leave. But every time around closing time they tell me they aren't making certain drinks and they come off as annoyed. If you close at 9, stop serving at 9. Not 8:40... read more

My daughter loves getting the drink with all the jellies and pudding. The mojito drink was good as well. Their tea is good and strong.

I like when a boba place lets you customize the level of sweetness, as most are too sugary for my taste. Well made, customizable, tasty. Everything you need in boba. Friendly service and clean store, definitely what you need is a food/beverage joint! read more

I love their teas and drinks, especially the taro with boba. fast service is always a plus. It's such a cute store.

So happy that have Sharetea at Moreno Valley, the staffs are very sweet and helpful. I ordered wintermelon tea add boba, boba is very chewy and soft, wintermelon I usually go with 0% and taste always good. Now I can just go this location to get my drinks, definitely will support here. read more

Service here was terrible, I asked for help placing an order & all the lady behind the counter did was point to the self order kiosk. I was so happy to find out that there was a major boba chain opening in Moreno Valley. Drinks: My favorite drink here is the Mango Green Milk Tea with 0% sugar! The green tea flavor is nice and the mango is sweet enough for me without any added sweetener. Atmosphere: The inside is nice and bright. There is a small waiting area, as well as a couple tables to sit at! The windows are quite big and allow for a lot of natural light to come through. read more

I am so glad there is a Sharetea in Moreno Valley! Parking right in front of the business isn't all that great, but you won't have any trouble parking in the shared (HUGE) parking lot of Target. I was so excited to see that they had a Green Thai Tea Blended drink now. It was pretty good if you don't want something TOO sweet. My boyfriend got the blended taro drink with pudding. I would def recommend that drink, too! It is so flavorful. Service overall was good. They weren't busy at the time, but the workers made sure to greet us when we walked in. I would def recommend this boba spot if you're heading to Target or just in the area. read more

This is my favorite place for these kind of drinks! My sister usually orders mine so I'm not sure exactly what it is but it tastes like coffee with a waffle cone! It's so creamy and delicious. I've been coming here since they first opened and I was so glad because I've been to many other Shareteas. However I noticed a drastic change between this location and others. Their drinks are inconsistent, sometimes they're really sweet and other times it tastes like water even though I always get 80% sweetness. The cashier never informs us when they are missing toppings. I always order a Golden Retriever which comes with 5 toppings. At other locations the cashier always lets us know when they are out of one of the toppings so we can replace it with another one. But recently this location hasn't been doing so and tells us at the end after the drink is made and only if I ask them about it. This location is also inconsistent with their hours. Their social media and signs in front of the store say they close at 9:00pm in weekdays and 10pm on weekends. I came at 8:30 on a Wednesday (30 minutes before they were scheduled to close) and the doors were locked. I looked inside and saw workers just standing there and looking at the door. I understand some places close 5 minutes maybe 10 minutes earlier because they're not busy, but 30 minutes before is crazy. I love Sharetea and love their drinks but this store just doesn't compare to the others. read more

My partner and I were very excited to hear that Moval has a Sharetea location! The store was nicely decorated, had some seating, and was very clean. We have been here multiple times now and the drinks are consistently good every time. Would recommend! read more

This was my spot for boba tea for a long time. But as most good things changes were made. The boba recipe was changed and flavor of the tea has changed over time. Still on my list as an option, but nit my go to anymore. Still if you're in the mood to get your boba on this spot does stay open late. Might be ok if you've only started going there recently. But if you're a long time client you'll know what I'm talking about. read more

I might be slightly obsessed with this place right now. My family loves their selection and quality.

There are 2 young African American cousins that work there that always greet me with a smile and great customer service. They are amazing at handling larger groups of ppl and they always ask how are day is going. They are a great addition to this team and they take care of the good health conscious people of the community. I'm sorry I can't remember there names at the moment but they always work together.
