Too expensive and service was not so good, go somewhere else............................................................................

Everything was delicious!! We got the passion power smoothie, hangover juice, creamy avocado bagel, and bruschetta avocado toast.

Everything was Excellent! And so cute and decorated inside. It was a whole experience! We'll be back!

    Peanut butter frappes
    Kandice V.

Overall 2/5. Number of visits: 2. First visit 08/14 was great and we got peanut butter frappes. They were cold and tasty! So we left happy customers. Second visit 08/15 went back because it was clean and smelled like fresh fruit. Seemed promising... We ordered açai bowls. My husband got the the power acai, added strawberry and I got the Blue Temptation, add peanut butter and cacao nibs ($2 extra each). Both tasted good. My daughter got a small strawberry banana smoothie. Very refreshing! The issue was that they first forgot the peanut butter (totally acceptable, they fixed it once my husband pointed it out). But then when I was eating my bowl I realized it did not have cacao nibs. My husband had also pointed this out when he picked up our order and the employee said "they're on the bottom" but as I ate and scooped around I could see there were none in the bowl (it's clear). So I went in and politely asked if I could get some. The lady swore up and down they were in there, so I walked out and told my husband again," they're not in here". We paid extra and they are missing. because after having paid extra for each topping I expected it to be in there. When the manager refused to fix it, she just offered more fruit or a refund. I thought this behavior was really odd and terrible customer service. The employee would not admit that she skipped it. They acted like they were trying to fool us. We just wanted what we asked/paid for. I didn't want a refund or extra fruit. Didn't seem that hard, but she ended up angrily dumping the cacao nibs in my bowl and giving me a refund after politely returning and trying to get my husband calmed down. PS. We didn't even get a picture because the whole fiasco was so frustrating and unbelievable. Picture is our peanut butter frappes. If you're not picky, give this place a try... It's refreshing. But don't expect much customer service!

Ordered a small juice fresh made to order . Price on the wall said 6.99 then when I went to pay damn near charged me double !! They need to fix their prices on the wall because they are misleading a lot of people . Also guy with the glasses that made the drink didn't really have much to say.

    Blue-Blast smoothie
    Yen L.

I ordered a large Blue-Blast smoothie, but unfortunately it was very icy and watered down. I could hardly taste any fruit flavors or almond milk--it mostly tasted like water. It was a disappointing experience overall, and I don't think I'll be returning

    Açaí bowl
    Gabby S.

Delicious and freshing açaí bowls! They also have a great assortment of smoothies too, full of healthy and fresh ingredients!! This is a great place to get a healthy drink or açaí bowl. The service is a bit slower and the food is on the pricier side. But nonetheless, we always make a stop in on our trip to Big Bear. The shop is located a bit off Main Street, but definitely walking distance from everywhere you need to go. It's a fairly large shops with indoor and outdoor seating. Great place!

    Strawberry banana bowl

So I'm from San Jose and wanted to try something similar to Jamba Juice especially on these hot days so we came here! This is close to a Jamba Juice and it was really good!! We got the strawberry banana bowl, on mine I added blueberries the honey makes the bowl taste better!! The worker was friendly as well the inside looks nice as well, the bowls I believe are very reasonable for what you get I went with a small because that medium looks too much.

    Strawberry and Banana açaí bowl.

The young lady who attended was very sweet. I could tell she was tired but nonetheless gave great service. The shop was nice and clean. This place is up in be mountains of big bear and I couldn't believe it, I was soo happy. And the açaí bow I got tasted sooo good. So glad this little shop exists up there.

Upon my arrival I discovered that Rewind Collective is more than a just a organic, healthy, wellness living shop, there are healthy foods pantry staples, herbal tincatures, incense, scented candles, and organic beauty care products as well. However, what was easily noticeable were the selections of carefully crafted acai bowls, toasts, organic coffees, teas, and matcha drinks, and tonics too. Yes, all the good stuff that I like to consume to keep myself healthy. I purchased a few items a bag of Wildly Organic Hot Chocolate to take back home to LA and a Hot Golden Milk to drink while sightseeing the lake. The owner informed me that the Wildly Organic Hot Chocolate is a beverage they serve hot at the shop. She assured me that I will enjoy it. Looking at the ingredients of this product, I was pretty sure that she was right. As for the the Golden Milk, I ordered it hot because it was a frigid cold day and I needed something to warm me up from the inside. The fact that the Golden Milk was made fresh impressed me when I had the first sip. It was reminiscent of the one from Erewon and Whole Foods. The version at Rewind Collective has sharper taste of ginger and plenty warming turmeric spice. The beautiful flower bud on top was a nice touch to look at while sipping this drink. While I wanted to stay in the back patio to slowly enjoy the Golden Milk, I had to get on my merry way to do more sightseeing of Big Bear Lake and eagle/bird watching. Rewind Collective is definitely a place off the beaten path to visit in Big Bear. It was worth dropping by this shop located a few blocks away from the Village.

You're part of the fam as soon as you walk in through the giant shark mouth. It can be a little overwhelming for a first time visitor with its mix of regulars and first timers. They all had that same experience their first time in this non-traditional order system. The bro behind the bar will invite you to order a drink while you wait in line to order your food, which you can also do at one of the kiosks after the line jump. When you get to the front, you order from one of three giant screens you scroll through to pick your food and drinks, pay with your card and wait for the staff to tell you your order has washed up on the beach. I've tried several of their bows but have settled on the Pele bowl, usually with a cucumber base and only one scoop of rice. They have beef, chicken and ahi in a wide variety of flavors, and again, if you're not sure, ask a staff member and they're happy to help you through the process. They have small waffles as a base option but I have not tried those. I'm sure they're good. I highly recommend getting their smoothies since they are DELICIOUS! Think tropical blended drinks but without the alcohol. So refreshing and you can still do the curvy drive up/down the mountain! Their poke bowls aren't as amazing as I remember sadly. They are a little too over the top in terms of strong thick sauces and bold overpowering flavors. Their pulled pork bowl was still yummy though despite all of their rice in all of our 3 bowls being a little undercooked (I prefer the fluffy sticky rice) So 5 stars for ambiance, 5 stars for service, 5 stars for drinks and 3.5 stars for food imho. Too bad I can't give 4.5 stars.
