One employee appeared to be focused on tidying and cleaning rather than preparing customer orders, and another was brushing her teeth in the kitchen area, which I found extremely unprofessional and off-putting. The overall experience felt disorganized and inconsiderate of customers' time. Due to the unnecessary delay and the lack of professionalism, I ultimately canceled my order and requested a refund. Very disappointing experience. Edit in response to the owner: I don't believe it's rude to ask about my drink after waiting what felt like an unreasonable amount of time. I think most people would understand feeling frustrated by a long wait. That said, even if the wait time hadn't been an issue, seeing an employee brushing their teeth in the same area where food and drinks are prepared was extremely off-putting. I found it unhygienic and frankly unacceptable. That, combined with the poor service experience, is why I ultimately felt compelled to leave this review.

Upon my arrival I discovered that Rewind Collective is more than a just a organic, healthy, wellness living shop, there are healthy foods pantry staples, herbal tincatures, incense, scented candles, and organic beauty care products as well. However, what was easily noticeable were the selections of carefully crafted acai bowls, toasts, organic coffees, teas, and matcha drinks, and tonics too. Yes, all the good stuff that I like to consume to keep myself healthy. I purchased a few items a bag of Wildly Organic Hot Chocolate to take back home to LA and a Hot Golden Milk to drink while sightseeing the lake. The owner informed me that the Wildly Organic Hot Chocolate is a beverage they serve hot at the shop. She assured me that I will enjoy it. Looking at the ingredients of this product, I was pretty sure that she was right. As for the the Golden Milk, I ordered it hot because it was a frigid cold day and I needed something to warm me up from the inside. The fact that the Golden Milk was made fresh impressed me when I had the first sip. It was reminiscent of the one from Erewon and Whole Foods. The version at Rewind Collective has sharper taste of ginger and plenty warming turmeric spice. The beautiful flower bud on top was a nice touch to look at while sipping this drink. While I wanted to stay in the back patio to slowly enjoy the Golden Milk, I had to get on my merry way to do more sightseeing of Big Bear Lake and eagle/bird watching. Rewind Collective is definitely a place off the beaten path to visit in Big Bear. It was worth dropping by this shop located a few blocks away from the Village.
