The service was very good. Customer service is always great. I've tried the Strawberry Matcha and Mangonada slush and they were super good. I've been 3 times in the last week. The prices are not bad as well. If you are in the Perris area i definitely recommend stopping by.

Bobo is easily a new favorite. The vibe is chill but lively, service was super friendly, and everything I tried hit the spot. I had the tiger brown sugar milk with Boba]--perfectly balanced and fresh. Definitely coming back next time I'm in town

Finally!!! A boba place in Perris!! I was driving by feeling thirsty and I came across this ThirsTea on its grand opening! The interior is super clean and aesthetically pleasing while also being cozy and welcoming. The cashier was super attentive and friendly and gave me wonderful recommendations! I was overwhelmed at first as they have over 100 drinks but the recommendations help me so much! :) My pink chai latte was a 10/10 and it was actually pink!!! I cannot wait to come again I would recommend this bobaria to any and everyone in Perris!

The best service here! They offer you to try different drinks and actually take your opinions into consideration! Every single drink I have tried from here is sooo good 10/10 recommend

This drink was amazing. As a diabetic I like that I can have some sugar removed. It wasn't too sweet nor was it not sweet.

I go here every week to be honest, I love the mango iced green tea as well, and the peach one. There is a a lot to choose from, and I always have a nice experience in there especially with the workers, they are extremely kind and helpful. And the space is very clean I recommend getting lychee jelly's in the iced teas it makes it much better! :) will def keep coming here read more

Unfortunately, on the day that I went, there was a young lady in there that does not know anything about providing good customer service, or maybe she does not tolerate certain races. My daughter and I walked into Thirstea on a Friday afternoon and we thought we were lucky because nobody else was in there. Get in get out. SIKE!!! the worker saw us walk in never greeted us. Went to the back to do whatever she did. I waited patiently five minutes later I said "excuse me we're ready to order now." She takes her time walks over to us about 30 seconds later how can I help you takes our order. My daughter wanted rolled ice cream she tells me oh it's gonna be about 10 to 15 minutes. I looked around the store thinking 10-15 mins for what??!! as we're waiting another three parties walked in. She sees to them right away. Everybody ordered drinks only. She served everybody else. Finally, I decided to get up and say can I just have a refund for the rolled ice cream? She says yes because honestly, I don't have time to make it.. I proceeded to ask why she bothered taking the order then. She advises that it's protocol to make drinks first. Then why have food on your menu? Why only have 1 person working (and on a weekend at that). I noticed she had wings going in the back which had absolutely nothing to do with the rolled ice cream. She apologized gave me back my little cash, but when I turned and looked at my daughter's face, the disappointment that she was dealing with and lack of customer service skills pissed me off. I asked for the supervisor or owner's name and number. she gives me a number probably bogus because I left a voicemail. Never received a phone call back. @thirstea if this is truly your protocol or if you don't properly train your employees or better yet if you're employing racist individuals in a diverse city SHAME ON YOU!!! I know I'm just one customer lost, but I hope other people see this post and rethink their decision about giving you business. To top it off the drink I got was garbage. - no flavor (coconut milk tea) Do better!!!!!! read more

Pretty solid boba spot especially for the area! This is a little shop is in a shopping center with plenty of parking. The coconut milk tea didn't taste like coconut at all, it was a strange artificial flavor. The garlic Parmesan fries took a few minutes to make so I expected it to be fresh but it came out extremely soggy. It tasted like they microwaved old French fries instead of frying them to order. Been waiting for ThirsTea to open and I'm so glad they didn't disappoint. You walk into a cute little cafe with welcoming staff and you're able to either order at the counter, kiosk, or even online. There is a variety of options like ice cream, coffee, tea, shakes, and even some snacks. I ordered a iced jasmine green tea sweetened with honey and added boba and marble foam (cheese foam). I always judge a place by it's boba and their boba was fresh so it was the perfect texture. I will be a regular here I highly recommend coming to try this place out. Visited location three times but I am disappointed. Have tried to get a honey green tea three times and every time I get charged a a different amount and get handed a drink that doesn't match what I ordered. Have also tried the strawberry matcha and we were given a brown drink that was grainy and tasted like strawberry Herbalife. SUGAR WARNING!! The drinks are overly sweet and artificial tasting. If you order something, I would recommend adjusting the sweetness. Besides that the owner seems very kind and friendly and the service is pretty fast and location is clean. Maybe I'll have to wait to visit again in a few months once they get situated. read more

We got a cute acrylic charm and then we proceeded to head back to our car. The milk tea was sweet and so was the mango tea. The downfall was the boba; it was tasteless and had a variation of sizes and consistency. Now, if I only wanted tea, this place would hit the spot. Yet, for boba, it wasn't made correctly or else it would be random sizes. I need to learn not to grab something convenient and I would rather go out of my way to get decent boba. I was very disappointed.

You could easily share an order between two people. There was a bit of a wait, but to be fair, I placed a large order and the staff was juggling multiple customers at the same time. The women working were incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming throughout the entire experience. Great customer service and a very positive atmosphere. ordering was extremely easy. you can order at the counter or at the little screen/kiosk. once I placed my order I was able to take a seat at one of their chairs, and wait for my drink. the person who received their order before me was treated very sweetly by the person whom I can assume was the owner by asking if they liked their drink, as was I when they made sure I knew my order number. the space is also incredibly calming and open. the music they play is upbeat and was very easy to listen to, not too low and not too loud. the drink I purchased was the peach mango smoothie with boba. it was incredibly refreshing which was what I was looking for when I arrived at the location at 8:30pm. it's taste was equally tangy and sweet, along with the boba tapioca pearls that were perfectly booked and chewy. (The owner recognized my son from before which was very sweet of her to remember him) The owner and workers were very welcoming and the menu can fit anyone's preference. (I did however suggest adding a fresh milk grassjelly drink to the menu) They also have free samples which I thought was pretty cool. (haven't seen that in a while) It had a really nice feel to it and it gave me feel good vibes. we ordered the choco banana with strawberry popping pearls for my youngest, the mango slushee with mango jelly for my oldest. My partner and I got one mango and one passion fruit with black/green tea with passion fruit popping pearls and an order of fries. Very nice and clean. I have been here a couple times now and I haven't been disappointed. The service is very quick, the environment is clean and welcoming, and the staff are very kind and friendly. The drinks are superb! I've tried matcha, chai, taro, and mango drinks and I have loved each of them. The boba quality is also spectacular. I am very excited to keep coming back and trying new items. I have been to other boba spots like Boba Street in Moreno Valley as well as Ding Tea, Kung Fu Tea, It's Boba Time, and Krak Boba, and none of them have perfected sweetness without needing to customize it for smoothies. I would highly suggest to not hesitate on trying new drinks or flavors; the flavor you expect is what you'll get. The total cost is $12.50 for two drinks with boba, which is a really good value. The owner is very friendly, I often have a nice conversation with them whilst I wait for the drinks to be done. Service is often quick, and there are signs that tell the estimated wait times for food and ice creams, which usually take longer. Very wide variety of options for drinks, so there's always something new to try. Do be aware though; the default sweetness is usually on the higher side, especially for the milk teas and lemonades. I have always preferred my drinks sweeter, but these can be a bit strong even for me. This can be adjusted of course, and certain other drinks (such as the tea-pressos) have a much more reasonable sweetness by default. There's a certain level of trial and error that goes into finding the perfect drink for you. read more

My girlfriend and I visited today and the drinks were delicious. My girlfriend ordered the Strawberry Milk and I had the Rose Matcha Milk Tea. They have a ton of variety on their menu from milk teas to coffee to acai bowls(all included in the photos). The owners are also asking for any feedback positive or negative. The only feedback I have that I believe would help is a sweetness option for their drinks like most other boba shops have. I feel the drinks would be a bit too sweet for some so it would be a good option for customers who don't like their drinks too sweet. Overall I'm glad to have a boba shop in Perris and will definitely become a regular and encourage any and everyone to come in and give them a shot! read more

The drinks where super good quality. I was a bit skeptical to try coffee at a boba shop but the coffee tasted really rich. You can practically design your own coffee with everything they allow you to add. The owner was very sweet. Josh is literally the nicest person , good customer service, have so much more than just drinks, they only have one size of cups , got a milk tea Jazmin with boba came out to be 6.50.
