I've been a long time patron of this Nékter location since they opened (even went to their grand opening). I love the variety of offerings here (juices, bowls, cleanses, smoothies, and more). What I love most is the ease of ordering on their online app and coming in to pick it up. It's always ready for me and it's always made well. I also love that they use cashew milk (house made) instead of sherbet like some smoothie places use like Juice it Up or Jamba (I refuse to go to those sugar loving places). They also use agave to sweeten things like bowls and smoothies. They also offer collagen, pea protein (my personal fav) or whey protein. I appreciate Nékter using real ingredients and fresh ingredients for about the same cost as other big chain smoothie places. Those who complain about the taste are just addicted to the overly sugared up drinks. Anyways on my recent trip I got the Protein Power bowl, which I usually order for myself. The price between this place and juice it up is about the same ($12.99 for the largest size fresh fruit juices). The difference is that Juice it Up allows you to blend 5 fruits while this place uncharges everything. Want fresh oranges? I was told today that I would get upcharged a dollar per orange used. Want pineapples? Same thing. I've been here over four times the past two weeks so I know this is just a newbie working here. I told him I have ordered the same drink numerous times expecting to pay the same every time and he told me that they shouldn't be doing that. I'm done with this location. The manager at this location is incredibly rude. I went in this morning to pick up my online order, walked up to the counter and no one acknowledged me. And the manager was standing right at the glass?? I work in customer service so I understand being busy and wanting to get orders out, but not acknowledging that someone is standing there whether they have a question or are just picking up a pre order is really disrespectful and rude. You could easily say "I'll be right with you!" Or "Are you picking up an online order? What's the name?". This is the closest smoothie shop to me but I'm willing to drive to murrieta for Everbowl since their employees are attentive and kind. read more

She answered the phone and said hello, and I was as pleasant as can be and asked "may I ask who I'm speaking with?" The response was a short rude "why?" I was surprised by the response, and said "because I am calling a place of business and would like to know who I am speaking with". She hung up on me. I called back and they would not answer the phone. I left a VM for the owner/manager. I was calling to speak with the manager or owner to let them know that I got really sick after my lunch there today. This was my first time trying nekter and I was not disappointed. I had their power protein bowl which was so so yummy. I did ask for no blueberries but was not skimped out on the rest of the toppings. This bowl had 33g of protein (if i remember correctly) and one thing i struggle with is the taste of protein in my food but you cannot taste it here at all! I would highly recommend getting this bowl. There were quite a few people when I came into the store and I thought it would be awhile to get my order but the employees working were able to get me my order in a timely matter. I've been to other Nekter locations, but this is my first time at this one. I wanted coffee but opted to get a "healthier" version with protein so I ended up here. I love how they have the little grab n' go station with juices, shots, detox packages, etc. This location is pretty big. There's plenty of chairs and tables to hang out at, but of course you'd have to deal with the sound of the blenders. They do have wifi if you end up deciding you wanna study here or something. I got the Coffee Kickstart. It was good! I think if you're looking for a better alternative to a frappe, this would be a great choice since you'd be getting 20g of protein. In Cali/LV for a week. Came here for breakfast/lunch. Reminds me of Robeks in NOVA. I got the Acai Peanut Butter Bowl. Fresh strawberries, green apples, and bananas with hemp granola over a smoothie blend. I have had other acai bowls which were sweeter than this but this was a blend and it may have been the cashew milk. I have never had cashew milk. The bowl was good overall though and kept me filled for a long time on our drive. I would definitely get it again and would love to try the smoothies and juice cleanses too! read more

I walked in to get a small juice this morning and I seen several people sitting around telling me it's gonna take 30 to 40 minutes or longer because only one person was there working I feel like that's so much pressure on her and you really need to make sure to have at least two people back there to prepare the orders for customers. So I just tried this place for the first time. I ordered a smoothie with protein added to it. It was delicious. It was the berry banana burst. I missed my lunch and just wasn't hungry so this worked perfectly to fill that void. The shop itself was clean and the workers were extremely nice and helpful.
