Located in a busy parking lot with other businesses. Right next to the Starbucks drive thru. Tried the immunity C juice and added an immunity shot. Shots come in powdered form so be sure to mix up your beverage well or else you'll see the shot caked to the bottom of the cup. Service was friendly, given they were the only employee working and were busy making other orders. Ambiance is your typical smoothie bar/ spot. Plenty of parking in the shared lot, but you may need to do a couple of laps before you find a spot. My juice was delish and what I needed! read more

Not sure what drink I got but it was delicious. It can get busy on Sundays as families are coming out of church and supporting local businesses. I hope they hire 1 more employee to help the young gentleman up at the front. read more

Came in for smoothies after dinner, I ordered a blue vital protein smoothie which is my normal go to but this time I asked for no collagen because the collagen flavor really overwhelms the smoothie. I ordered a medium but received a large, so unsure about what transpired there as the employee didn't say anything about it or maybe just inputted my order incorrectly and charged for a large instead. My husband got the limited POG smoothie and we both loved it! read more

This has to be my new favorite juice place because the juice that I ordered was so delicious and nutritious. As well, my husband ordered the waffle which I believe was Maple flavored and it was so warm and delicious. Truly, we will be coming here again. But we made this place a 10 out of 10 was the customer service. The young lady that made our drinks was so nice and sweet . I was so stuck on what to order and she took the time explaining different drink options for me, especially with me being seven months pregnant. I wish I could've gotten her name because she was so nice. We were there yesterday on Sunday morning. read more

I really like the OG strawberry banana smoothie at this place. I get it with probiotic shot added and split into two cups to share with my daughter. The staff is so friendly, great location! read more

Tucked away in a hidden strip mall, this place is small with a staff of two or three cranking out super flavorful drinks. The store is usually clean and nice a cool in the hot summer. Love all of the options. Not to mention the rewards program. read more

I normally never write reviews but I'm pretty disappointed. I want to start by saying this is not the employees fault, she was just doing her job! My husband and I ordered an acai bowl and a smoothie. My husband's acai bowl was amazing. But my The Zone smoothie (which I've ordered many times) was awful. It tasted like nothing but milk. I debated going back in to have it remade and finally decided I should since it was supposed to be breakfast and I had just paid $10 for it. After going back in and nicely asking to have it remade (and feeling guilty about doing that in the first place), she told me that because I left the store and drank a few sips before coming back, she had to charge me $6 to remake it. Again, I know this is not her fault, she's just doing her job. But as a customer, that really rubbed me the wrong way. So after all I ended up paying $16 for a smoothie, from juice it up of all places. I'd rather take my business somewhere else if that is the protocol for their customers. Again, this was not the employees fault, she was super sweet. But management, do better come on! read more

I went in to order a few drinks. After our order we went to use the restroom while our drinks were being made. We went in and immediately turned around. This restroom was in the most disgusting condition! I don't think it had been cleaned in weeks. I let the employee know and he just nodded. Wonder how often their kitchen gets cleaned? I will never return there. read more

"Philip" the Cashier was rude. Placed a mobile order at 1227, I arrive at 1257 hadn't even started my order. Poor customer service, not even a "hello, be right with you" I went it said I had a mobile and he turns on the blender. read more

Place looks shabby from the outside but typical JIP from the inside. The drinks are awesome as my girls always want to stop in. The service is usually slow -ish because there's about 2 workers. I had a reward available to use and the employee didn't give me a chance to apply it before she finished ringing me up?! Not cool. Next time I'll be sure to mention it in advance so the opportunity doesn't slip by. read more

Great place to get a smoothie. We ordered and paid ahead and went in to pick up. Our 5 drinks were ready in 10 minutes! I ordered the coconut pineapple and banana smoothie. It was delicious. My daughter ordered a lemon lime and cucumber smooth and she said it was refreshing and loved it. My son in law ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and split it with my granddaughter. She said it was so yummy! The place is clean, the staff is friendly and are wearing masks due to COVID. I highly recommend and will be back! read more

I came into the store and let me just say it was an awful experience. I am just now writing a review because of the shock I was in after leaving this location. The girl working with blue eyes had horrible customer service. There was a long hair in my smoothie which is disgusting and her and the store looked dirty and unprofessional. Please stop hiring young kids to run your business. Hope this can come as constructive criticism and changes can be made. Thanks, Joe read more

This place is always the bomb.com. First of all it's way tastier and cheaper than Jamba Juice. If you're going to check it out, I highly recommend the California cooler or the lava flow. But you really can't go wrong. All of that smoothies are delicious. read more

I went into Juice it up this morning to get two Zones. The young lady taking our order was very rude, and did not make the drink to the way I specified it. She then proceeded to get an attitude when I asked her to make the drink thicker as I had specified in the order. Her response was "we only have fresh bananas today, so it won't change anything unless I add more ice". I kindly asked her to not add any more ice to the drink we I didn't want it to be watery. She then said "well there's nothing I can do for you" I'm a very frequent customer at this location and have never been treated this way by any other employees. A simple "would you like a different drink?" Or a refund option would have been the appropriate resolution to this issue. read more

Juice it up has a wide range of options. Sometimes there's issues with blending well but overall positive experience. My favorite is the dragonfruit sunset. My kid loves the lava flow. Hello. I am a concerned employee from a few stores down. This store is absolutely DISGUSTING, unless you want bugs in your drinks I would not ever come here. I have overheard a lot about the store's boss. The boss of this store is a rude, disgusting and disrespectful person who will watch employees on the camera and make assumptions on what they think employees are doing and will call employees while at work to cuss them out. The boss is never at the store unless health or corporate come in, in which case they will be there and lie about absolutely everything. They had their employees working in over 90 degree weather with no AC, the inside of the store was worse than outside. Management is also very irresponsible and horrible at their job. Whenever there is a problem like someone needing a refund they have to wait on a boss or manger to give them the time of day because they are never at the store. This is completely crazy and UNACCEPTABLE. All appliances in this store are brown and rusty, this should be a hazard. The walls and ceiling are moldy and turning black. Is there a number I can call or an email because this is absolutely ridiculous. read more

I always go to this Juice it up to get smoothie bowls. They are usually very good. I ordered 2 today and there was NO smoothie in the bowl. It was all granola and the toppings on both of them. We ended up throwing it away half way through, because it was so gross. I also ordered a smoothie and it was not sweet at all. Everything was bad. These are a lot of money to not get what you order. Below is a picture of each smoothie bowl. Really disappointed. read more

Came to this location early in the afternoon with my three year old. Out the door in under a minute with our smoothies and a smile. In fact, I've never had a negative experience at this Juice It Up, whether it be ordering ahead or in person. Polite and knowledgeable staff, great drinks, affordable prices. And my three year old advises all future customers to get "blue smoothie". We'll be back, on the regular. read more

Take too long to call out orders, little high schoolers messing around. Management should do something immediately. I had an order that was completed around 2:07 and entitled girl who was working 3/19/21 opening shift, took our order and didn't even call out our name or bring it to the counter??? Does she need to be trained again or something? Ty to the guy who was patient and trying their best. My drink is now melted and that took 20 minutes! Unbelievable and very unprofessional. The fact that we had to approach you to get our drinks should speak to management. TLDR: Staff should work towards becoming more cultivated and courteous of the customer's time. This is the best way in order for our community to thrive. read more

Juice it up that's exactly what they do. first time here, was in the area so the wifey and I said let's try it. I got the California cooler delicious clenched my thirst. the wifey got strawberry wave and my kiddos also went that direction it was also tasty. I ordered 3 medium sized drinks for me the wife and my two kiddos to share 1 and also ordered a pretzel and chips. Came to be around 25 I believe. While waiting for our drinks I see a chalk board and they offer a family deal 2 medium sized drinks and 2 small drinks for 16 but the person who rang me up did not mentioned it. that deal would have saved me a couple bucks and I wouldn't have heard my kiddos fighting over there drink on the long ride home. I'm sorry this happened in the Hemet juice it up read more

This juice it up went down hill. It's Hot, dirty, not consistent, and not fresh. Just go down the street to Jamba Juice.

I like this location because the vibe here is pretty friendly. They never skimp out on ingredients or toppings from my experience and they've never gotten an order wrong so far. Overall I'd take Juice It Up! over Jamba Juice any day of the week. My only complaint is that some of the workers sometimes look like they don't want to work there so it ruins the vibe of the whole store. I'd like to come in to a good-feeling place with good vibes and happy people. I also wish that they sold more snacks like Lenny & Larry's complete cookies or protein bars to fuel my workouts. read more

The customer service is good but their juicer has been broken a hand full of times. I mostly go for the juices so it's kind of annoying. This joint is run by a group of high school kids who seem like they have to go out of their way not to give a shit. There is no personality in here aside from the wallpaper. While smoothies in my experience have been consistent, so has the lackluster give-no-shits attitude of the staff. How does a place that promotes such healthy positive fun juicing go about hiring the most complacent kids that the local high school has to offer? Even if I told you to go to another location, I'd be doing the staff a favor because it seems to inconvenience them to actually do what they're paid to do. read more

Guess I have to amend my other reviews. Went in today for the same drink as always, the ZONE. All os a sudden it's $2 more than normal. I ask about it and another ( equally clueless) girl comes over and charges the same, so I complain and another (...) comes over and I try and explain the math which after 12 minutes of holding up the line she GETS. Wow, what a pain in the ass, just read the menu and input the numbers, right. Anyway this was my favorite place and it may well be again, but for now I can't recommend them unless your in a giving mood. Better luck next time Juice If Up!!! read more

When I'm in the mood for that smoothie, I'll take my butt...to Juice It Up! Normally a fan of Jamba Juice, I can't see my self driving 25 min to get to the nearest one. Juice It Up! is only a couple exits down so I can cruise there from the Menifee area in about 10. So out of convenience, I'm forced to stop here if I want to satisfy my fix. At first I wasn't sure it would live up to the JJ's goodness, but I have to admit this place has grown on me over time. Became a fan of the Just Peachy drink and I find myself stopping by here during my frequent travels down to San Diego. It's really good stuff and the drinks (if I may be so bold) are comparable to the JJ's flavors. Texture of the drinks are similar and you got the same type boosts to choose from. I wouldn't say that this place is better though....just different. Store is clean and staff is not bad. I always get my drink in a decent time frame. I like how the store is real close to the freeway exit. Easy to get in, order, then get out. Overall a good alternative if you are a fan of the Jamba. I think I'm starting to like this place better though... read more

Love this place. for a quick tasty treat this place rocks. I can only comment on 5 smoothies. Raspberry Craze, Mango Madness, California Cooler, Melon Madness and Pina Cool-Ada. besides those items, i have no idea what there other products may taste like. I've been to this juice it up so many times now and just figured I'd finally write a review because honestly, they deserve it. I come in, I order, I get my smoothie, I leave. I've never had any real problems and I was honestly surprised reading through some of these reviews. It's a smoothie shop like any hundred smoothie shops out there and it gets the job done. The girls who work here have never been rude to me and they always get the job done to the best of their ability. As someone who works retail I will never understand how customers can be so entitled. To be frank, every bad review on here sounds like full grown adults acting like children without any regard for the real world. If waiting a little bit longer than you expected for a smoothie upset you so much that you had to go home and write a bad review like the world owes you something, you really need to get your priorities straight. I'm sorry, I just had to say something after reading these absurd reviews. This place is great, the girls are clearly working hard even in the face of petulant adults (some that I've even had to endure waiting in line behind ), and I've left happy every time! Thanks! read more
