He was super nice and friendly, answering all our questions, letting us taste different items and giving his recommendations to us first timers. We tried the Blue Lagoon and the Tropical bowl, both yummy! Highly recommend and would definitely be back, but please fix or turn the air on in here. I came to get my usual at everbowl and didn't realize there was a "free bowl" event until I got there. The line went out the door and into the parking lot, but the workers handled it very well. I was in and out with my normal order pretty quickly, and I hardly paid anything because of the event. I've also had great service every time in the past. I have been going to Everbowl for a couple of years but the one in Menifee. However, the other day I was starving and hadn't eaten by 3pm. I looked up the closest Everbowl and this location was the winner. I went and got a create your own bowl with Acai, granola, grapes, pineapple, and apples. It was amazing! It brought me back to life. Lol. The fruit was nice and fresh and just what I needed. However, even though the bowl was delicious the customer service is the reason I will be back. There was a young lady named Valerie who was working when I went in. She was working alone. There was a mom with her kids in front of me and Valerie was so kind and warm to them. She paid undivided attention to each child as she helped them and was so patient. It was extremely hot outside and it wasn't the coolest in the store but Valerie was amazing. When she helped me, she was so friendly and took her time with the bowl. There are so many people who would complain about customer service but I wanted to make sure Valerie got the compliment she deserved. read more

I hate to be the one to have to say this but this location sucks. I came in yesterday and as soon as I get in there I'm greeted by an employee and she starts making my bowl. The bowl that she made me was looking good until I saw the fruit. Majority of their fruit was browned and old looking. I requested fresher fruit but she said that this was all they had at the moment. I told her to pick the best looking fruits in the bunch. When it comes time to pay she informs me that she didn't have any tops for the bowls so she would have to put plastic wrap over the top of my bowls. I was not impressed. I was quite disappointed. After the bowls were made, the clerk said it is cash only, no exceptions. My partner and I are regulars at this everbowl and honestly there's always something missing or wrong, either they're out of a certain topping, a base or chai pudding ( they literally didn't have this pudding for 3 weeks straight because someone kept messing up or they were out of ingredients) or theres chunks of frozen pieces in my bowl that are slightly inedible. Etc BUT even all of what I've stated isn't the reason I've decided to post. I've met almost every employee, my partner and I are regulars we come here once or twice a week. Everyone is always awesome, they know us when we come in and have always been super accommodating and even gave us suggestions to add to our bowl. I now get the same thing every time. There's a new employee or maybe someone I've never encountered until recently and she's awful and just RUDE. Two separate days I had to deal with her attitude and declining my requests. Not one employee has ever stated what she said to me, she wouldn't spread a layer as I asked, she complained about the toppings I requested and how I requested, she kept declining and saying she had to keep everything "within the bowl". Umm aren't all the items in the bowl does it matter? I'm paying for what I want how I want it not how the employee wants it. Everbowl is known for their unlimited toppings/etc right? Why am I not allowed to get from an employee what I'm paying for? I don't understand Regardless, she was rude the entire time I spoke and gave attitude. If you hate your job DONT WORK HERE. You've ruined a regular customer's experience to the point I don't want to come back until you're not here! My partner tried calling beforehand to ask if the store had a base they didn't have yesterday and the call wouldn't go through. The number google provides for this location is incorrect or not working. We brought it up to this employee and you know what she said "you're not searching the number right " with an attitude like it's OUR fault YOUR number is working? She could've said "ill bring this up to my manager " or something normal? Rather blame the customer and I'm calling for service? wHaT? And we even showed her our phone and where we got the number from and she STILL said " you're searching it wrong try Google" , UMM WE SEARCHED FROM GOOGLE thus how we got the address to arrive here. I absolutely love this place. Every time I come here their customer service is fantastic!! It's been different gals each time and they never disappoint. They are friendly and go above and beyond on explaining flavors, recommendations and do a great job steering us in the right direction. I've been coming here since pre-covid era as our family loves açaí bowls. I especially enjoy the coco-love base they offer. I feel like they are constantly changing things (menu changes/ordering process) which over complicates something that shouldn't be. The prices have significantly gone up, which I understand due to inflation everything has gone up but the main reason I've been turned off from coming here is that they won't accept cash payments! I felt awful one of the last times I came I placed a $30 dollar order and had to leave because they did not accept cash and that's all I had on me. But get this, they accept cash tips!
