I gave feedback on the Everbowl website and have not heard back so I will post here instead. Date of visit was Saturday 9/5/26. Hello, I am not happy with my experience at the Wildomar location. The young lady did greet me and thanked me for waiting as she was working on an in store order and then an online order. I told her ahead of time that I had five items because she was working by herself. As she was ringing me up she said I had a free smoothie and asked me if I wanted to redeem and I said yes. I told her I had two Clipp coupons that were expiring that I wanted to use for the order. She scanned one then said she couldn't do two on one order. I asked if we could do two separate orders and she said no because she already rang it up even though I didn't pay yet. At that point I felt like she was rushing me because a family of three was now waiting behind me so I just decided to pay and move on. I was waiting at the tables for my bowls when I noticed that the employees were almost done making the order of the family behind me. When I went to the register, the first employee helping me got my order out of the freezer. So I was waiting around even though my order was done and they never said anything. Now, I have a coupon that I didn't use, the employee used my points for the free smoothie when I thought it was a coupon/reward in my account because of the way she said it, and to top it off as I'm writing this, I bit into a large piece of sharp plastic in my bowl :( not a great experience at all. read more

Food was delicious and my daughter was excited to get the blue lagoon this morning, but it was the service that really impressed me today. So friendly, happy, helpful, and attentive. I like being able to customize my bowl or just get one of their signature ones for easy decision making and everything was fresh and looked great. read more

I hate it when you order, then they say they don't accept cash and have a faded wood sign off to the side engraved with faded writing saying cashless. JUST POST IT CLEAR AND CONSICE WHY MESS AROUND!!!!??? Annoyed at minimal and won't ever be back because of owners taking our money but not making a product that work symbiotic with its customers. I gotta search around for some hidden sign. It's ridiculous read more

We love this place! Never too crowded and always clean. The employees are always friendly and helpful! The bowls are always so delicious! The fruit and toppings are always fresh! They don't skimp on the toppings either! It's a small place with no bathroom. I believe there's a few tables in there that are small with two chairs each, but we usually just order a bowl and leave. We never eat there. It's conveniently located very close to us although parking can be an issue but if you go to the side of the building, you should be OK. I definitely recommend this place! read more

Have never been to an Everbowl before and decided to try it out. A bit pricey for what it is, but everything was yummy and fresh and received the best service from Dylan. He was super nice and friendly, answering all our questions, letting us taste different items and giving his recommendations to us first timers. We tried the Blue Lagoon and the Tropical bowl, both yummy! Highly recommend and would definitely be back, but please fix or turn the air on in here. I should not be coming in for a cool treat and sweating in here like it's a sauna! Bought an açaí seed bracelet and I totally love it! read more

I came to get my usual at everbowl and didn't realize there was a "free bowl" event until I got there. The line went out the door and into the parking lot, but the workers handled it very well. I was in and out with my normal order pretty quickly, and I hardly paid anything because of the event. I've also had great service every time in the past. They never skimp on toppings and Ash has a great attitude and always makes me feel welcome. I recommend it read more

I have been going to Everbowl for a couple of years but the one in Menifee. However, the other day I was starving and hadn't eaten by 3pm. I looked up the closest Everbowl and this location was the winner. I went and got a create your own bowl with Acai, granola, grapes, pineapple, and apples. It was amazing! It brought me back to life. Lol. The fruit was nice and fresh and just what I needed. However, even though the bowl was delicious the customer service is the reason I will be back. There was a young lady named Valerie who was working when I went in. She was working alone. There was a mom with her kids in front of me and Valerie was so kind and warm to them. She paid undivided attention to each child as she helped them and was so patient. It was extremely hot outside and it wasn't the coolest in the store but Valerie was amazing. When she helped me, she was so friendly and took her time with the bowl. There are so many people who would complain about customer service but I wanted to make sure Valerie got the compliment she deserved. read more

Only my second time here at this location, won't be back due to attitude! Girl rolled her eyes just because I didn't know what they offered.

The good: I started coming here because Juice It Up is horribly slow and wanted to try a new spot. I always order the same smoothie and it tastes great. No issues on quality or taste from me. Customer service is great too. The bad: In the age of COVID...in the age of monkeypox...why does my smoothie come with a straw already inside my drink and the straw is completely uncovered/unwrapped? I've never seen a place do that, even before COVID. I don't care about whether a person is wearing a mask or not, but I thought it was universally understood, before, after and especially during a pandemic...a straw should be covered. I've seen employees at places take one end of a wrapper off and stick that end inside while the outer end is still covered. I get that, I'm fine with that. I no longer feel comfortable placing a mobile order and picking up a drink here. Only way I'd order again is by stopping by and watching them make my drink which would be very inconvenient, so it's gonna have to be Robeks for me read more

I come here often and it's always good with good customer service. However today I mobile ordered for the first time and went in about 15 minutes after I placed the order. There was a small line with only one employee so I waited till the people ordering were done and asked if my order was ready since I was in a hurry, they said they hadn't gotten to it yet so I sat down only to watch them take every single new customer who came in instead of making my order then helping as I've already paid and had sat in the store nearly 30 minutes after my order. A little disappointed since I was in a big rush and ordered ahead for that reason and almost had to tell them to just refund it and leave. read more

This place is awesome. Great local healthy & vegan options, super nice & clean facilities, friendly staff, a little on the pricey side but 10/10 would recommend. My order every time: 1) Small bowl w/ almond butter on the side 2) Pitaya as the base (healthiest base as I see it) 3) chia & granola w/ extra almond butter on top 4) All fruits except apples (cinnamon throws it off) 5) Almond slivers, goji berries & cacao nibs on top 6) sprinkle of hemp seeds & light agave Honestly, cant beat it. So refreshing, great way to get fruit in your diet and considerably low in any added sugar this way. Find myself craving it all the time read more

So delicious, friendly staff! Fresh ingredients. Would definitely come back and recommend!

5 stars for the service and quality Got there right when they opened and the young lady gladly made my order of about 7 bowls. With accuracy. By the time she was done with my order she had a line of people to the door .. read more

I hate to be the one to have to say this but this location sucks. I came in yesterday and as soon as I get in there I'm greeted by an employee and she starts making my bowl. The bowl that she made me was looking good until I saw the fruit. Majority of their fruit was browned and old looking. I requested fresher fruit but she said that this was all they had at the moment. I told her to pick the best looking fruits in the bunch. When it comes time to pay she informs me that she didn't have any tops for the bowls so she would have to put plastic wrap over the top of my bowls. I was not impressed. I was quite disappointed. I have been to the menifee location and that one seems to be better. I'd avoid this location. They seem to be understaffed as well. read more

Loved this new spot! Yummy and super filling. There are a ton of great options. The menu can be a bit overwhelming to take in if you haven't stepped into one before. But you can see them make the bowls and all of the ingredients!! Staff was friendly and the place is clean! We stopped by at a super busy time. So it is important to be patient because each bowl is made to order. There are a ton of great options if you have food allergens. Both of my sisters have a peanut allergy. So it is wonderful to see that they have options other than peanut butter on their menu! read more

Was at one time my favorite. Slowly losing its greatness. I give it 2 stars because Dylan is amazing & it's almost always yummy. Cons- their bowls are inconsistent in quantity. They added sugar to almost all the bases so it makes it less healthy. & the reason I'm writing this review is because they are now corporate & don't care about the customers. THEY CHARGED ME OVER 2$ FOR A REGULAR PLASTIC DISPOSABLE SPOON TODAY WITHOUT ASKING IF I WAS OKAY OR WANTED TO PURCHASE A SPOON! Take your business elsewhere read more

Nice selection of fresh fruit options to top your bowl. Staff was friendly, location was convenient and the store was clean. First time here was a pleasant experience. I do plan to return to top my $9 bowl with all the great ingredients. My only suggestion is to have a ice water station available to wash down the bowl after. Only option for water in the location is to purchase. read more

everbowl - Bee pollen on top. yUM - Acai Bowls Near Me - Wildomar, California

My partner and I are regulars at this everbowl and honestly there's always something missing or wrong, either they're out of a certain topping, a base or chai pudding ( they literally didn't have this pudding for 3 weeks straight because someone kept messing up or they were out of ingredients) or theres chunks of frozen pieces in my bowl that are slightly inedible. Etc BUT even all of what I've stated isn't the reason I've decided to post. I've met almost every employee, my partner and I are regulars we come here once or twice a week. Everyone is always awesome, they know us when we come in and have always been super accommodating and even gave us suggestions to add to our bowl. I now get the same thing every time. There's a new employee or maybe someone I've never encountered until recently and she's awful and just RUDE. Two separate days I had to deal with her attitude and declining my requests. Not one employee has ever stated what she said to me, she wouldn't spread a layer as I asked, she complained about the toppings I requested and how I requested, she kept declining and saying she had to keep everything "within the bowl". Umm aren't all the items in the bowl does it matter? I'm paying for what I want how I want it not how the employee wants it. Everbowl is known for their unlimited toppings/etc right? Why am I not allowed to get from an employee what I'm paying for? I don't understand Regardless, she was rude the entire time I spoke and gave attitude. If you hate your job DONT WORK HERE. You've ruined a regular customer's experience to the point I don't want to come back until you're not here! My partner tried calling beforehand to ask if the store had a base they didn't have yesterday and the call wouldn't go through. The number google provides for this location is incorrect or not working. We brought it up to this employee and you know what she said "you're not searching the number right " with an attitude like it's OUR fault YOUR number is working? She could've said "ill bring this up to my manager " or something normal? Rather blame the customer and I'm calling for service? wHaT? And we even showed her our phone and where we got the number from and she STILL said " you're searching it wrong try Google" , UMM WE SEARCHED FROM GOOGLE thus how we got the address to arrive here. Anyways, I'm so upset. This is a simple experience and it's become a nightmare. I'll change my rating as soon as I don't see this employee here again. read more

I went in to buy two bowls and the prices were so expensive. But I decided to support the business anyway. One bowl was a bowl on the menu. I asked that ONE item NOT be put on it. The clerk said it would cost extra. Extra!? Why? Because then it becomes a make your own bowl. Wow! I was polite and said ok, keep the extra item on there. After the bowls were made, the clerk said it is cash only, no exceptions. I know that most people love using pay apps and credit cards to buy everything, but I wish businesses would realize that turning away polite, paying customers hurts their business in the long run. Instead of complaining, I went to a juice place nearby and tipped the clerk 10 bucks on a 7 dollar order, merely because they were nice and accepted cash. If this company has changed it's policy, please comment and I will change my review. read more

I absolutely love this place. Every time I come here their customer service is fantastic!! It's been different gals each time and they never disappoint. They are friendly and go above and beyond on explaining flavors, recommendations and do a great job steering us in the right direction. So far I've tried the Chewy and made five different "whatever bowls" and loved each and everyone!! It's always clean and the bowls are delicious!!! I highly recommend this place for a healthy meal choice after a workout or when you need something to hold you over. Again, the girls that make the bowls and greet you are by far GREAT! nom nom nom read more

I've been coming here since pre-covid era as our family loves açaí bowls. I especially enjoy the coco-love base they offer. I feel like they are constantly changing things (menu changes/ordering process) which over complicates something that shouldn't be. The prices have significantly gone up, which I understand due to inflation everything has gone up but the main reason I've been turned off from coming here is that they won't accept cash payments! I felt awful one of the last times I came I placed a $30 dollar order and had to leave because they did not accept cash and that's all I had on me. But get this, they accept cash tips! I don't understand the logic behind that and I guess this is now a Neverbowl for me. read more
