Food/drink: 5 Service:: 5 Ambiance: 5 I found Daily Fix Nutrition while looking for a protein shake after a workout, and I'm so glad I did because I absolutely love this place. The owners, the atmosphere, and the drinks are all five stars in my book. The first time I came in, the owner (I wish I could remember her name!) was incredibly helpful and gave me some great recommendations. My favorite order so far has been the Chunky Monkey with a little extra cinnamon, and I've also tried several of the fruit/tea waters. Everything I've had has been delicious. Every time I visit, I'm impressed not only by the quality of the drinks but also by the excellent customer service. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seems happy to be there, which makes the experience even better. If you're looking for protein shakes, healthy drinks, or just a tasty healthy treat after a workout, I highly recommend stopping by and supporting this local business. Daily Fix Nutrition is definitely a five-star spot for me! read more

I love stopping by here after a great workout at Hotworx right next door. They offer a wide selection of pre-workout drinks and protein shakes, and my absolute go-to is the Pistachio shake. It's so good, and you can really taste the difference because they use real pistachio nuts. The portion size is generous too, served in a large cup that's definitely satisfying. The owners are incredibly sweet and always greet you with a warm, friendly smile. The space inside is huge, with plenty of chairs and tables, making it a great spot to sit down and relax. It's clean, cozy, and honestly a perfect place to chill after a workout. read more

Stumbled across Daily Fix the other morning and was pleasantly surprised to find a smoothie spot that prioritized nutritious and delicious ingredients rather than loading their smoothies with sugar. I got the peanut butter cup, and it was incredible. There is not a more delicious and reasonably priced smoothie in the entire area! I discovered this shop at the beginning of my weight loss journey. They were very knowledgeable at what I should get to help boost my results. I get a protein shake and elevated tea after my workouts. The super nice owners gave me advice on what im eating and drinking. Eventually switched all my pre workout products to herbalife that they helped me order. No longer feel nauseous from unknown ingredients. Long over due review! When they first opened, the owner(s) came into my work (across the street shopping plaza) & introduced themselves + gave to-go menus for the staff! When I finally had the time to go in, they recognized me and were just so friendly! It wasn't busy when I went in but it is just SO clean in there. I ordered the fruity pebble protein shake and was told that if I didn't like it, they'd make me something else. The fruity pebble shake was so yummy and definitely filling. Reasonably priced especially when comparing to Nektar or Jamba Juice. read more

I love daily fix nutrition! I workout next door to this shop (HOTWORX) and whenever I need a good pre work I grab myself a drink before starting my HITT classes. The owners are the sweetest and they care so much about each individual person that comes in. I love that they are able to recommend great drinks to customers that have never been to their shop before, From the moment I walked in, they greeted me very welcoming and by far I grabbed the best post workout drink. The ambiance is pretty laid back, as I said, the owners make you feel welcome from the beginning which makes the whole experience easier. I highly recommend this spot if you are looking for some nutritious shakes, teas, pre work outs, hydration teas and much more.! read more

I can't say enough about this family owned and operated business! Jennifer and Desmond were so welcoming, into their bright and beautiful place! Jennifer took the time, going over the menu with me. I told her I had come from doing an infrared workout at Hot Works (next-door) and would like a recommendation for a meal replacement as well as a recovery drink. I went with one of the Peanut Butter meal replacements, I can't remember the name, but it was beyond delicious! I also ordered Pretty in Pink, off of the Elevated Tea + Protein Menu. Also, very delicious. There are so many great choices at the Daily Fix Nutrition. Check out their menu on here! I love that they have low carb and high protein choices as well as electrolytes and collagen drinks! A HUGE thank you to Jennifer and Desmond!! I wanted to update my review after seeing the owner's response because, honestly, it made the experience feel even worse. What I wrote is exactly what happened. We specifically ordered drinks without Red 40, received the wrong drinks, and when we pointed it out respectfully, instead of simply remaking them, we were told we could just add flavoring to drinks we already didn't want. That felt dismissive and uncomfortable. The owner's response of "we're not for everyone and that's ok with us" came across less like accountability and more like not caring about a customer's experience. Mistakes happen -- that's understandable -- but how they're handled matters. What especially stood out to me was being told "sorry you felt you had a bad experience," because I didn't just feel like I had a bad experience -- I did. For a business centered around "nutrition," it's disappointing to feel like concerns about ingredients and what's actually in the drinks are brushed off. If caring about ingredients, transparency, and customer service means we're "not for everyone," then I think this response speaks for itself.

I stopped by Daily Fix Nutrition with my buddy, and we both tried their energy drinks. I got the Zombie Attack, and my friend went with the Watermelon Jolly Rancher. Let me just say, these drinks are a game-changer! My buddy was so energized and talkative that he jokingly asked, "What's in this, crack?" Jennifer and Desmond were the dynamic duo behind the counter, and they couldn't have been more awesome. They were super informative about the menu, patiently explaining the flavors (to my friend who didn't understand) and benefits of each drink. On top of that, they were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. If you're looking for delicious drinks and a welcoming vibe, this is the spot. We'll definitely be back for another "fix!" read more

My second visit to Daily Fix Nutrition was fantastic! I tried a large Kokomo Elevated tea and the Coffee Toffee Explosion Muscle Meal shake. Everything was delicious and high-quality; the tea and the Coffee Toffee Explosion shake were absolute standouts, truly a perfect 10 out of 10 in flavor and satisfaction. It was the ideal pick-me-up and meal combo. Beyond the amazing drinks and food, the bright and elegant ambience made it a really pleasant place to enjoy my order. The owners were incredibly welcoming and personable, adding a genuine warmth to the experience. I left feeling energized and impressed, definitely my new go-to spot for nutritious and tasty fuel! Highly recommend. read more

I tried the peanut butter praline crunch shake and it was amazing! Super creamy, not overly sweet, and packed with flavor. You can really taste the peanut butter, and the crunch gives it the perfect texture. It was filling without being too heavy. The staff was friendly and the place was clean and welcoming. Definitely coming back to try more flavors! read more

I met the owner Jennifer and her husband. Both were super friendly and since it was my first time she went over the whole menu with me. I got a Mocha protein shake which is also a meal replacement shake. With it being a hot, sunny day it was delicious! Super clean and nice instead with lots of seating. read more
