Went here with my dad we spent $30 to get the wrong drinks and then when we pointed out they were wrong we were treated weird and told we could add flavor to the drink we already have... yum two completely different flavors mixed together sounds great..... anyways we weren't offered new drinks for the mistake they made and just decided to leave since it was an uncomfortable vibe. Checked ingredients mostly R40 anyways. Won't be back, overpriced chemicals. read more

Absolutely love coming here, everyone is so friendly especially the owners Rhonda and Lisa. There are a variety of fun flavors for shakes and teas. They have coffee and matcha too! My fave meal replacement shake is waffle cone aka Cinnamon Toast Crunch. It's filling and tastes great! Another fave of mine is the New York cheesecake, biscoff and cafe latte. I tried the French vanilla which was ok. The strawberry shortcake and peanut butter cheesecake wasn't for me. I try to order a different flavor each time and I like to order ahead to pick up and go. Whenever I come in, I can't resist picking up some protein donuts if they have some displayed at the front counter. There have been times when I've gone in and the patrons that do stay to dine. They always look like they have a great time. There seem to be lots of regulars. It's not noisy in there and they have good music playing. There's seating indoors. The shop is located at the one of the ends of old town in a small shopping plaza. I've always been able to easily grab a parking spot right in front of their shop. I was really craving something fresh and fruity like a smoothie, but when I got to the location I realized that it was mostly protein style drinks. I ordered a mango pineapple shake and was so disappointed to find out that there was no real fruit in my shake. I was even more disappointed to see that it was literally just herbal life protein powder. I personally did not enjoy the artificial taste or drink. The location was nice and clean though and the service was great, I just did not enjoy the drinks. read more

We happen to be in Temecula and were wanting a nice cold drink on a hot Cali day. We happen to stop by Old Town Nutrition located in a shopping center and had the pleasure of meeting the owner by the name of Ms. Rhonda. I asked for something fruity and sweet (not really realizing I was in a healthy drink establishment) and Ms. Rhonda tried to accommodate my needs. Ms. Rhonda is very sweet and welcoming! She made me a New York Cheesecake vanilla vibe shake as that was probably the sweetest and fruity it was going to get. I have to admit I never had a protein anything before in my life. I'm the type of person who when I cook everything starts with bacon drippings. Complete opposite of healthy for sure. The most delicious and satisfying protein shake I've ever had. The way this shake kept me full and satisfied was amazing. The taste and texture top notch. So many choices to choose from. The staff very nice and friendly, very knowledgeable about their drinks and offerings. The location is easy to get to but you might have park off site if you don't get there early, so many of the establishment there do get a lot of customers. We were wondering around Old Town Temecula today and came across Old Town Nutrition. We decided to try the white chocolate raspberry drink. These drinks can replace your meal if you are not sharing. The price is pretty up there. But the drink is very thick but delicious. You can definitely taste the protein punches in every sips. The lady that helped us might have been the owner, and she was very friendly and was making small talks, we didn't get her name though. These drinks were awful. I got the banana berry shake, and my mom got the blueberry shake. It tasted so artificial and disgusting. Also, consider that the shakes are literally just powder, water and ice blended. That's it, maybe at least use milk? It creates the thickest and airy texture that was honestly barely drinkable. We both had 3 sips and threw it out. The only positive is that the lady behind the counter was super friendly and super kind. Other than that, total waste of my money and super disappointed. read more

So I just walked in and even in hours states that it's open until 5 o'clock at 3o'clock on Saturday and the lady said that she was close. She was really on the phone and it was 307 when I walked in. I'm very disappointed. People just want to come from the gym and go get it a nice healthy drink and it really sucks when you guys close your days and not put any signs out. I think it's ridiculous. I'm pretty upset. Some Hispanic lady was I. Her phone and apparently more important then making a drink for a customer. Thought I'd give yoi guys a try. Well that's our the door. I'd been wanting to try this place out since my gym had advertised it. I'm a sucker for smoothies and shakes so when I saw that these were a "healthy" version, I thought why not? In I went around 430pm and the lady was busy helping a customer ahead of me. She also had a group in the back of the store she was making drinks for. She was the only one working and I overheard her say it was her 2nd day today. I waited about 15/20 min before she got started on my strawberry cheesecake smoothie and peach tea. She was nice about it and I didn't mind because I wasn't on a time crunch. When I finally got my drinks, she apologized for me having to wait. Very friendly, however I don't know how to feel about her not wearing a mask or gloves at a food establishment especially when covid19 is still around. I was wearing my mask (as I do in all public places I go to) and she said, "oh you don't have to wear a mask" to which I replied I do it to protect others around me. Every other place I have been to that serves food/drinks including drive thrus have their employees wearing masks and gloves. Not sure why, but yeah...if I get sick in the next few days I'll know why. As far as the drinks I got, I was bummed they were out of the new york cheesecake. I'm not a real fan of strawberry but she sold me on the strawberry cheesecake. It tasted ok, but a bit gritty for me. The peach tea was disappointing because it wasn't sweet at all. She said it was, but it just tasted like a plain iced tea. It's cute and clean inside with lots of parking in the strip mall near Old Town Barbers and pricing is ok (no tax added), but I'm not sure I'll be back anytime soon. The whole no gloves/mask thing kinda freaked me out, so that's why I'm giving it 4 stars. :( read more

This place is AWESOME! I love their protein shakes. I personally prioritize getting more protein into my diet, so this is a really great place to grab a tasty protein shake. Their shakes are packed with protein and delicious! They have such a fun variety of flavors! Everyone that has helped me has been so kind. One day I actually arrived a few minutes after they closed.
