This is a nice and cozy coffee shop with delicious bagel sandwhiches and coffee! I ordered the funky monkey which has peanut butter and banana syrup - it's a bit on the sweeter side and was a nice refreshing treat! Also got their breakfast bagel - the bagel sandwich is delicious with simple ingredients which is just what i need some days! There's several small tables and comfy sofas to get some work done. I'm a coffee snob. When I order a latte or anything with flavor in it, I want to taste the coffee more than I do the milk or syrups, so I always have to order extra shots of espresso. They have a toasted vanilla brown sugar latte that is pretty remarkable--not sure how they make it but it's definitely tasty. I usually order one extra shot but I might have to try adding one more because it's still a little too weak for my tar-filled insides. My only complaint is that it's pretty crowded inside. Not just from the amount of patrons that are usually coming in for a hot cuppa... but the flow of the place is just a little cramped. They are always so nice, though, and get my order out quickly and it's always piping hot. Definitely my new go-to coffee place when I'm in town. read more

The place is small but bustling, with people constantly coming in and out for their coffee and pastries. I immediately felt a sense of community and comfort. But something that also stuck out is the pride for Law enforcement! I also noticed the support in small owned businesses where there's a shelf with homemade sourdough bread for sale, an area for crafty handmade trinkets, and the shrine of patches and challenger coins for law enforcement! But of course, the drinks and goods are ofc the selling point. I enjoy their breakfast sandwiches the most, the coffee is a bonus lol! All in all I love the feeling of supporting locally owned businesses. I'm honestly so sad I don't live nearby, but I'll definitely be coming back if I'm ever in the area again, especially if I visit Temecula for the wineries. This classic coffee shop was my go to largely due to reasonable price making it possible for frequent visit The downside is inconsistency. While the owner cares quite a bit, the baristas don't have the same pride in their work, and the result is that while usually you get what you expected, that a very good amount of the time, you will wait eons for a bad coffee or a wrong order because it's lower priority to the barista than socializing or social media. Given home vs out cost, even if it means going less frequently, Id rather pay a bit more for the peace of mind than play roulette with my time and drink, just to save a couple bucks. Given the distance from home, I'll probably be back, but unfortunately I think it's time to find a new regular spot. read more

I really wanted to like this place because they were NICE, which is sometimes hard to find. I went here, specifically, because I wanted an iced matcha. I ordered an iced matcha and an egg and cheese sandwich. I was starving and the sandwich was simple but tasty - and I wasn't hungry anymore. The matcha made me so sad. It wasn't as expensive as other places but it was not good. It was so CHALKY. I'm not sure if it was a product problem or the way it was executed, but I had two sips and had to throw it out. Disappointing. Lastly, I wish I had taken photos but there are two trash cans on either side of the entrance and they were not just full but overflowing. We were sitting outside and that was absolutely disgusting. It may be the property owner's responsibility and not the individual businesses responsibility but it makes ALL the businesses there look bad. It looked like a health hazard for sure. The overall setting for the coffee shop was cute and there was a ton of artwork everywhere and plenty of room for you to catch up with some friends , study , or read a good book . I didn't get to try any of the pastries that were displayed but I did love how there were gluten free and vegan options for pastries . I do however want to come back here to try one of their coffees called roasted butter pecan which sounds really promising . Came here for the first time today and my experience was extremely disappointing. From the second we arrived to the register and were looking over the menu we were meet with a smug face. We received our drinks quickly but were disappointed in the quality. Too sweet, too milky, the matcha we ordered tastes like straight sugar milk. We continue to wait for our food and we eventually asked how much longer after seeing other people receive their order. The employee then proceeds to say it has been sitting in the back ready yet they never called it out. The food order itself was also incorrect, likely due to the employee on register not taking the time repeat the order back or a lack of care from the kitchen staff. The bacon was also undercooked. As we walked out we heard employees gossip behind bar. The environment is very hostile, employees with no care or intention. As much I love to support a small business this is one I will not be returning to or recommending. read more
