My mango was def sweet enough at 25% sweet I might even try 0 next time. Oolong milk tea is unique, tried the rose flavor and it's delicious and got boba too. Yum lives up to its name! Always looking for a new, yummy, boba shop in the Temecula area because they're so sparse! Drinks were customizable and delicious. I got a Green Thai tea base with Pandan milk and grass jelly, made to perfection! Husband got the Hanoi Velvet which was indeed silky and rich, tasted like a crème brûlée. And kiddos got the Pineapple coconut, non-caffeinated and tastes like a pina colada-- which goes well with the weather we're having. Yum Cha Spot is my favorite Viet coffee place in Temecula. Everything I've tried has been consistently good. The pandan drip is delicious, the egg foam and taro foam are both solid, and the black sesame drip feels like the hidden gem on the menu. Lately my go‑to has been either the pandan or the black sesame. So good. The vibe is simple and easy to pop in and out of, and everyone who works here has always been really nice. If you go before 10:30 am you get a discount, so I usually end up paying around six dollars for a really good coffee. For the quality, the price is great! The pandan drip and pandan jade drinks fell short on the actual flavor of pandan. The coffee and matcha used however were good quality. I paid $1 to try the mochi boba and it was good with a nice texture that had a lot of chew which was great but not sure if I would get it again as they don't give you a good amount of it in my opinion. Especially when there are competitive shops like Wushiland, share tea and quickly that give you more value for your $. But when in Temecula the shop is worth a try. read more

Cute spot located off of Temecula Parkway. It's located in the back at the end of Starbucks drive thru. Their tea is really good. I ordered a chocolate smoothie with boba and it was delicious. Our server was very sweet. Once done, they put the drinks on these turtles laying on their stomach. Their eyes open once drink is on their shell. Super cute idea. We come to Temecula to eat Phil's bbq, and found this boba shop on yelp. It's super cute inside and clean. The pandan Vietnamese coffee is my favorite, soo good! If you like milk tea, the milk tea + Vietnamese coffee is also good! They even have smoothies and can adjust the milk tea for the kids. Great service, she let me change my drink last minute. Brand new boba spot in town. There are a ton of boba shops around here, but they're not all created equal. Yum Cha is definitely one of the best around. They have a very expansive menu with lots of customization options. We were able to sample a couple of things before deciding to order something. My go to at these types of places is a taro smoothie with cheese foam. Yum Cha made me a taro smoothie with egg foam with was absolutely delicious. I also tried my wife's apple ginger drink with green apple popping boba which was recommended as an extra. It was also amazing, a tad sweet for my tastes, but we'll tone that dow next time. The spot is very inviting, open and clean. The kitchen is spotless and so were the bathrooms. Can't wait to bring my daughter back this weekend. read more

I think I've gone to this building suite, for the past three boba places. I truly hope this one stays. The service was great. Friendly smiles and greetings offered upon entrance. Recently I've had the Golden Matcha (3/5), Jade Sunrise (3.5/5), and Avocado Smoothie (5/5). Their matcha drinks are okay, they seem a bit watery and not as rich as I would expect from a matcha based drink. Their Avocado Smoothie is great, full of creamy Avocado goodness in slushy form. Their staff and owner are enthusiastic and treats customers well. Its clear that they are really pushing for this store to gain traction with guests. Great boba place in Temecula. Service here from uncle was 10 stars, super cool guy to chat with, he's very helpful and very friendly, always smiling and welcoming to all his customers. Brown sugar mochi boba was sweet and chewy and I thoroughly enjoyed my Citrus Bloom iced tea. After visiting Pechanga Casino with my family, I discovered a hidden gem named "Yum Cha Spot" along the 15 Freeway. I initially assumed it was a Dim Sum restaurant, but it is actually a Boba place. The space is not very big, but there are just a few seats. The staff is really nice and helpful in explaining which drinks are good. It has a Labubu with Boba drink display and adorable Merry Christmas decorations. The drinks that we had were excellent, and we are definitely coming back when we visit Pechanga Casino again. read more

We came on a Sunday evening around 6pm. There was one person working there. He was excellent. Very nice service. I brought my teen and she got the green tea drink. She asked for 25% sugar and he let her bring it back for more sugar. I got the Pandan Vietnamese coffee with oat milk and Matcha foam. I like all 3 but loved the pandan the best even at 25% sugar. The ratio of pandan to Vietnamese Coffee was like 30% to 70%. I loved the pandan so much next time I would ask for 30% Vietnamese coffee and 70%Pandan. The Vietnamese coffee was strong just how I like it but i just love Pandan latte more. The Matcha foam was a bit thick. I did like it though. read more

Tried this place for the first time yesterday and it was so yummy! My boyfriend got the black sesame latte, and they included extra black sesame foam with his drink which was super nice. I got the jasmine milk tea with mochi boba. I've never had mochi boba before but it's def a new fav. So soft and not too sweet at all. Jasmine tea was super fragrant too! The service was outstanding as well. They gave us a free sample of their gingerbread drink from their Christmas menu as soon as we walked in and were so kind and friendly. I got 3 chocolate drinks for my boys, got my daughter a Thai tea with boba and of course my Vietnamese coffee! Everything was delicious! I forgot to take a photo of the drinks since I went straight to devouring mine and so did my kids lol. I also, got the cutest glass cup for free with my purchase and some raffle tickets as well.
