The pandan drip and pandan jade drinks fell short on the actual flavor of pandan. The coffee and matcha used however were good quality. I paid $1 to try the mochi boba and it was good with a nice texture that had a lot of chew which was great but not sure if I would get it again as they don't give you a good amount of it in my opinion. Especially when there are competitive shops like Wushiland, share tea and quickly that give you more value for your $. But when in Temecula the shop is worth a try.

Cute spot located off of Temecula Parkway. It's located in the back at the end of Starbucks drive thru. Their tea is really good. I ordered a chocolate smoothie with boba and it was delicious. Our server was very sweet. Once done, they put the drinks on these turtles laying on their stomach. Their eyes open once drink is on their shell. Super cute idea. The store is very clean and prices are decent. I would definitely visit this place again.

Very friendly and fast service. Was able to sample toppings/coffee if curious to try something other than your regular order. Very nice decor and place to hangout. Build your own if you don't see what you like on menu. Plus can adjust the sugar. Will come back the next time!

I think I've gone to this building suite, for the past three boba places. I truly hope this one stays. The service was great. Friendly smiles and greetings offered upon entrance. The place was highly decorated with Labubu dolls. They have an assortment of flavors that look delicious. But most of all, their boba has good flavor and texture, cooked just right. I am definitely coming back.

Brand new boba spot in town. There are a ton of boba shops around here, but they're not all created equal. Yum Cha is definitely one of the best around. They have a very expansive menu with lots of customization options. We were able to sample a couple of things before deciding to order something. My go to at these types of places is a taro smoothie with cheese foam. Yum Cha made me a taro smoothie with egg foam with was absolutely delicious. I also tried my wife's apple ginger drink with green apple popping boba which was recommended as an extra. It was also amazing, a tad sweet for my tastes, but we'll tone that dow next time. The spot is very inviting, open and clean. The kitchen is spotless and so were the bathrooms. Can't wait to bring my daughter back this weekend.

Service here from uncle was 10 stars, super cool guy to chat with, he's very helpful and very friendly, always smiling and welcoming to all his customers. Brown sugar mochi boba was sweet and chewy and I thoroughly enjoyed my Citrus Bloom iced tea. I did not care for the Share Tea here prior and never had the chance to visit when it was Mr. Chi but I wish this place nothing but success in all their endeavors! Would return if in the area again based on service alone, many drink options to choose from, guaranteed something for everyone to enjoy!

After visiting Pechanga Casino with my family, I discovered a hidden gem named "Yum Cha Spot" along the 15 Freeway. I initially assumed it was a Dim Sum restaurant, but it is actually a Boba place. The space is not very big, but there are just a few seats. The staff is really nice and helpful in explaining which drinks are good. It has a Labubu with Boba drink display and adorable Merry Christmas decorations. The drinks that we had were excellent, and we are definitely coming back when we visit Pechanga Casino again.

Yum Cha Spot continues to promote their shop with early morning specials, new drink creations, and Labubu giveaways. Recently I've had the Golden Matcha (3/5), Jade Sunrise (3.5/5), and Avocado Smoothie (5/5). Their matcha drinks are okay, they seem a bit watery and not as rich as I would expect from a matcha based drink. Their Avocado Smoothie is great, full of creamy Avocado goodness in slushy form. Their staff and owner are enthusiastic and treats customers well. Its clear that they are really pushing for this store to gain traction with guests. Great boba place in Temecula. My favorite in this area so far.

MANGO SMOOTHIE: 5/5 I bought it for my mom on this hot day and she said it was very good. She said it was not too sweet and very refreshing! BLACK DRAGON: 5/5 I have always been a big fan of oolong tea and the tea flavor really hits the spot! PANDAN COFFEE: 5/5 This was a favorite of ours that was not on the menu yet. My husband asked if they had Pandan flavor and she said yes! We were so grateful that they made it for us because we would usually have to go to Westminster for the Pandan coffee. Now Temecula has its very first drink spot with Pandan! PANDAN SMOOTHIE: 5/5 not on the menu yet and I'm also so grateful they made this for me because it's my new favorite drink now. They were also very nice and let us try a few toppings! The aloe vera went really well with the Pandan smoothie as it came with NICE HUGE CHUNKS! I hope they make the oolong mochi topping soon! That was REALLY good and I don't usually like mochi ;) We will be back soon! We love supporting very nice business owners. Thank you for helping our city of Temecula grow one business at a time! This took the place of Mr. Chi Boba, under new management. The menu is the same. I had a house milk tea smoothie with boba and my son opted for a Thai milk tea. The employees were helpful and the drinks were made fairly quickly. I visited Yum Cha last week with my daughter. It is very cute and clean inside. We were greeted warmly by the friendly girl behind the counter and a very pleasant and attentive man I assumed to be the owner. They have a huge selection of drinks on the menu here! They have all sorts of teas, coffees, sparkling drinks, and a fun seasonal items menu! The owner was kind enough to ask questions about what we like and offered some recommendations. He even gave us some samples of his delicious coffee to try. He gave us the sweetened version- which was some of the best coffee I've had, as well as just the black unsweetened coffee, which was super strong, perfect for those who love strong coffee. I ordered a honeydew which is my favorite drink at the tea spot I normally go to, and this one was just as good or even better! My daughter had the matcha with boba and she said the boba was the best she has had. One thing I really appreciated is that they asked us what level of sweetness we wanted for each of our drinks. I think this is great because perhaps someone wants just a touch of sweetness as opposed to sweet or super sweet. To top off our great experience we were even given a cute little tote bag! I know we have a lot of tea places in town, but this one stands out from the rest. We will definitely be returning to try more of their yummy drink creations! read more

my first impression was that the boba shop is very clean and updated. it's located in a small shopping center near the freeway with plenty of parking. the man behind the counter was patient and very helpful. this is our first time here and we appreciated that we could ask all the questions and he wasn't annoyed with us. we ordered the purple haze and hanoi velvet at 100% sweet with boba. there was a huge difference in sweetness between the two drinks. the hanoi was VERY sweet and the haze wasn't sweet at all. I didn't enjoy the topping- i'm not sure if the boba had been sitting all day but the texture was off and the flavor was bland. boba topping was mushy and missing that chewiness of typical boba topping. if the man wasn't nice, i wouldn't come back. read more

As people who have tried vietnamese coffee from northern california to orange county it's definitely worth trying. Yum Cha was fantastic! Tony was great - kind, personable, and made our drinks perfectly. The service was excellent, and the place is clean and welcoming. The Thai tea tasted authentic, just like what you'd get in Thailand. The matcha pandan was so yummy - and honestly, I've never seen a boba spot offer this here. The only other place I've had it was in Vegas, so we were instantly hooked. I'm so glad they have it here! This will definitely be our new go-to boba spot whenever we're in the area.
