Been a committed man to the Garden Grove location, but had to jump on this one while down in Temecula.. The employee working was awesome! She said her name is Heaven, such an uplifting name for an uplifting facility.. I got my strawberry yakult, she made it better than ever. Fresh, sweet, best taste and forever a perfect treat. It was raining and cold out, so business was slow. I have no regrets coming through, but I hope things picked up for them.

I was in the area and super excited to see that the R&B Tea was finally opened. I got one of my usuals the the jasmine green tea with cream cheese at 50% sweetness and I was really disappointed. The tea tasted watered down and bitter like it had been steeped for awhile and not flavorful. It tasted more like at 30% sweetness. What saved the drink was I got it with honey boba. I didn't want to go through the trouble of telling the employees to remake the drink & wait more. I cannot comment on service because I left and came back for pick up The ambiance was like a claw arcade. They have machines on all sides of the store with cool plushies. I'm sure it would've been fun to play.

Love the vibe! Really delicious drinks. I tried the Hawaiian Fruit Green Tea and the Strawberry with Aloe. Both had fresh fruit in the drinks, which were very tasty. Sweetness level can be adjusted, which I'd recommend if ordering the strawberry. Looking forward to trying more of the selection.

First Time here we ordered the avocado stormy and watermelon slushy. They were both delicious. The service was great. Definitely will be coming back. The ambiance is cute and pretty with claw machines.

Stopped in on Sunday afternoon after shopping at the mall. The place was really warm, almost uncomfortable. The drinks were fine - I got the strawberry black tea with aloe vera, which was refreshing and pretty good, and my daughter got a Brazilian lemonade, which she didn't care for much. The reason I am giving them 2 stars is because the 2 employees working there were so unfriendly. They never even said thank you, or a simple "you're welcome" after we thanked them. They just made our drinks and set them on the counter. We said thank you when we took them and they just ignored us. There are other tea places in town with better customer service.

You gotta check out this place. They have the best coconut pudding. They come in different flavors very light and delicious. I'm not being on coconut, but these putting I can have every day. Service is very nice, there's always someone very kind behind the counter ready to help you out. They have a large selection of different goodies, including a few fun arcades machines. It is very quiet when you walk in but very clean and I love their center focal point on one of the walls. Again you gotta try their stuff my kids love their Boba drinks, but my husband and I truly enjoy the coconut pudding.

Taro Slushie it is, for the ube lover! What you like. It was ok. Expecting fireworks but got a sparkler instead. Lol! Just wanted to try it.

Tried the Taro Slush (I think? It was purple and slushy, so close enough). Tasted like your classic taro... sweet, creamy, and exactly what you'd expect from any decent boba shop. I risked my sanity in this parking jungle just to try it. Worth it? Kinda. Will I be back to try other flavors?? Maybe... if I bring a parking spot as a plus-one, then i just might be back!!

Lemonade w/ boba for my daughter and Taro Stormy with Boba for me.

Found this on yelp when we were craving boba while shopping at the promenade. Service was fast and dude was hella helpful . They also have claw machines that you can grab lafufus. Will Be coming back here soon and try to nab one of those .

My boy Ty!! Yes from the Murrieta store, lol! Go see him next weekend, his last weekend at R&B! =(

My friend and I walked in to this new R&B Tea location in Temecula after we had lunch. As soon as we entered, I heard an enthusiastic "Joy!!" LOL! Surprise, Surprise, it was my boba boy Ty from the Murrieta location! I only went there so many times, haha! He is the cutest!! Same owner, newest location near Pho Minh! The service here is always impeccable, and the store is super clean. It's like 4x the size of Murrieta and they have the crane games so you can try your luck at winning plushies! We tried, but we aren't very good, lol. You'll find pretty much the same menu here, and the prices are on point. I like the quality of the drinks you get here. They are always consistent and I've never had an issue, ever. The employees KNOW what they're doing, and they're all so friendly. R&B is perfect for a treat especially while we're all dealing with this SoCal heat. My friend got the XL Hawaiian Fruit Tea (you can choose Green or Black Tea), and I highly recommend that to quench your thirst. It has real fruit pieces in it! Last time I got it, it took me 2 or 3 days to finish. So good!! If you happen to see my guy Ty, tell him I said Hiyeeee!! Go visit them and spread the Yelp love! ;)

I typically believe most tea places are the same, but this one is different. Their drinks are just good. It tastes like tea. If there is oolong in it or whether it's made with black tea or a different type of tea, i can actually taste it. The sweetness levels seem accurate, and I like their cups. I got the taro blended ice and a milk tea. I had creme brulee or their pudding in it. That was really good. Inside was aesthetically pleasing.. they have a bunch of claw machines. Lol. I'd definitely come again.

Lychee Green Tea and Mango Green Tea (w/ Boba)

Good boba drinks! We came during their grand opening and were pleasantly surprised by our drinks. They offer a wide menu with a good range of drinks and flavors to choose from. The service was a lot slower than we had hoped and they were kind of disorganized, but it was pretty busy so it's understandable. Compared to the other boba shops that we usually go to, this place is also slightly more expensive. * Lychee Green Tea: 9/10 - sweet and refreshing * Mango Green Tea: 8/10 - great mango flavor * Boba (Topping): 7/10 - not very chewy, gets hard very quickly The place itself, however, is rather spacious and cute. There are a ton of claw machines and some chairs to sit at. It's located in the corner of a plaza so there are tons of parking spaces. They have another location in Murrieta, but we found this one to be a lot better. Nice addition to the plaza!

The boba here is of good flavor and texture. The drinks themselves are delicious. I love having the option of ordering from a kiosk because sometimes I need time to think. It's also a visual for me if I want to include additional items. The staff were patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. The claw games are reasonably priced at a dollar each. I'm pretty good at claw games, but didn't win anything from my visit. Super clean and well designed location. I will return.

Today was my second visit in one week and I just wasted $14.25 on 2 drinks that were watered down and didn't taste good. The boba was at least fresh. No they were not busy. I was the only one there so it's not like my drinks got messed up during the afternoon rush. They were labeled incorrectly too. No biggie since there's only 2 drinks. Took a sip of the cereal milk one and yuck. Had high hopes for this one since I am a fan of almost anything cereal milk flavored. Ok so on to the classic. Everyone gets the Classic Milk Tea right, right? Nope. Sad to say this was watered down and lacked flavor as well. I know this location just opened but there are too many other great boba spots to miss the mark like this. Took one star away. Their Hawaiian fruit tea was pretty good. Tried that at their Grand Opening. Be warned though. It has a lot of fresh fruit so you may get pulp and seeds in your mouth. They have a bunch of claw machines though if that's what you're into and they keep the place really clean.

Inside is full of crane games!

When I found a video about Our Matcha Place I was instantly intrigued by the beautiful pink cafe and when I checked out the menu I was extra excited, the menu looked really great. They have a little parking lot but we were lucky to find parking on the streets. Their matcha is a little bit more costly, ranging from $8.50 and up, but I felt like it was worth it. I opted for the French Madeline with a matcha cold foam and I grabbed the cookie royale, while my other friends ordered the sweet and zesty lemon cookies. The baristas were super friendly and brought our drinks to the table, my friends all really liked their drinks, they have coffee too and I had a sip of my friends latte and oomf it was tasty. My drink was so good, the right amount of sweetness without being over bearing. The cookie royale was delicious so many bits of macadamia nuts and my friends lemon cookie was so good too. I'm not a lemon girly but it was perfect, good texture the right amount of tartness. If you're in Temecula please check out Our Matcha Place, it's really cute, the drinks are tasty and the baristas are nice.

They have a toasted vanilla brown sugar latte that is pretty remarkable--not sure how they make it but it's definitely tasty. I usually order one extra shot but I might have to try adding one more because it's still a little too weak for my tar-filled insides. My only complaint is that it's pretty crowded inside. Not just from the amount of patrons that are usually coming in for a hot cuppa... but the flow of the place is just a little cramped. They are always so nice, though, and get my order out quickly and it's always piping hot. Definitely my new go-to coffee place when I'm in town.

I have been to their two other locations and experienced it with *one* of the four scones I tried at the other Temecula location. The third other location in Murrieta was a perfect 4/4 on the texture. At $7/ea this is hard to come to terms with because I spent over $30 with tax for food that tastes dry and somewhat stale due to that. No one wants to eat a dry scone! I was telling the girl at the register I had an issue with the gingerbread scone at another location (remember the 1 out of 4 scones I said was dry at the other Temecu location?) and asked if the egg nog flavor was also dry. She said the scones with the icing were less dry due to the fact they were iced. But their blueberry, which is my favorite, is not iced and isn't dry at their other locations. But it sure was here. I also ordered a cranberry orange, peach, and a brown sugar and butter. I wouldn't order them there again. At the Murrieta location I also ordered the orange cranberry and it was perfection. The peach had an overwhelming amount of cinnamon, making it taste more like spice cake and hiding the peach flavor. Sad face. I think the baker here is a bit off on their ratios or bakes them a little too long. Possibly the oven runs hotter. I couldn't tell you. That's not my area of expertise. What I do know is that I won't be returning to this location and will continue to frequent the Murrieta location. I have nothing bad to say about the service. Or the cute and clean shop, definitely stop in for maybe a drink instead. But get your scones at their other location.
