It's located in the corner of a plaza with plenty of parking. The store is clean with a few tables. They have a few claw machines on the sides of the stores and you can get coins to play at the front. They had one worker as well as one kiosk to order from. They have a ton of different drink options from milk teas, fruit teas, sparkling drinks, slushies, and matcha. I ordered the Hawaiian fruit green tea. I didn't realize it came in X-Large size by default and I was shocked with how big the cup was. It was as big as my face. I couldn't stop laughing about. I got it in half sweet which was the perfect sweet. I also tried the Mango green tea which was also half sweet, but that one was overly sweet. I like the texture of the boba. I was in the area and super excited to see that the R&B Tea was finally opened. I got one of my usuals the the jasmine green tea with cream cheese at 50% sweetness and I was really disappointed. The tea tasted watered down and bitter like it had been steeped for awhile and not flavorful. It tasted more like at 30% sweetness. What saved the drink was I got it with honey boba. I didn't want to go through the trouble of telling the employees to remake the drink & wait more. I cannot comment on service because I left and came back for pick up The ambiance was like a claw arcade. They have machines on all sides of the store with cool plushies. Stopped in on Sunday afternoon after shopping at the mall. The place was really warm, almost uncomfortable. The drinks were fine - I got the strawberry black tea with aloe vera, which was refreshing and pretty good, and my daughter got a Brazilian lemonade, which she didn't care for much. The reason I am giving them 2 stars is because the 2 employees working there were so unfriendly. They never even said thank you, or a simple "you're welcome" after we thanked them. You gotta check out this place. They have the best coconut pudding. They come in different flavors very light and delicious. I'm not being on coconut, but these putting I can have every day. Surprise, Surprise, it was my boba boy Ty from the Murrieta location! I only went there so many times, haha! He is the cutest!! Same owner, newest location near Pho Minh! The service here is always impeccable, and the store is super clean. It's like 4x the size of Murrieta and they have the crane games so you can try your luck at winning plushies! We tried, but we aren't very good, lol. You'll find pretty much the same menu here, and the prices are on point. I like the quality of the drinks you get here. They are always consistent and I've never had an issue, ever. The employees KNOW what they're doing, and they're all so friendly. R&B is perfect for a treat especially while we're all dealing with this SoCal heat. My friend got the XL Hawaiian Fruit Tea (you can choose Green or Black Tea), and I highly recommend that to quench your thirst. It has real fruit pieces in it! My daughter's favorite spot here in Temecula for boba. She comes here or makes me pick up at least once a week. She only gets one item here. Her favorite, the roasted oolong milk tea. Today was my second visit in one week and I just wasted $14.25 on 2 drinks that were watered down and didn't taste good. The boba was at least fresh. No they were not busy. I was the only one there so it's not like my drinks got messed up during the afternoon rush. They were labeled incorrectly too. No biggie since there's only 2 drinks. Took a sip of the cereal milk one and yuck. Had high hopes for this one since I am a fan of almost anything cereal milk flavored. Ok so on to the classic. Everyone gets the Classic Milk Tea right, right? Nope. Sad to say this was watered down and lacked flavor as well. Very happy, our kids anyway, that R&B has opened in Temecula!! Service by Ty was excellent as he explained how to get purchase credits by using your phone number on the app. We took advantage of the buy 2 get 1 free promotion and got a mango stormy, Oreo chocolate late stormy and coconut coffee. All drinks were excellent. The only issue I had was that they don't call out names loud enough when the order was ready. We waited at a table, never went outside, not facing the counter but keep in mind the space is relatively small. After 15 minutes of not hearing names I walked up to the counter and sure enough the drinks were ready. The drinks although good had melted a little. You would think that if drinks were sitting there they would call out names again. Not sure if the staff was new but this needs to be addressed. They allow you to choose how much sugar, or none at all, by percentages of a regular input. I chose 30% and it was the prefect amount (for me). We called the store and they acknowledged that our 3rd drink was sitting there on their counter and were accommodating to allow us to either go get it tonight or tomorrow. We ended up going the next day and it took a while because there was some confusion of who knew what was happening so we had to wait a bit. The drinks themselves were ok. Lemon Tea was definitely the best one, followed surprisingly by Mangonada. Not sure what the hype was in the reviews for the Strawberry Horchata, but it's basically the fake strawberry jam that you get in the cheap pastries with watered down iced cinnamon milk. read more
