I really liked this place. The waffle was warm and fresh, and the boba was actually really good too. The staff was nice and everything came out pretty quickly. Definitely a good spot if you want something sweet without it feeling too heavy. I'd come back. Very clean too! read more

The drink quality has gone down. There's a man making the drinks and not the lady. I find he does not know how to make them. The chai latte I ordered tasted terrible, it was literally like water and a chai syrup taste. I gave it another try and got the new yuzu lemon green tea. My daughter tried it and thought it was awful (so I know it wasn't just me). It tasted like an artificial syrup mixed with water. That was my last try here. I will no longer spend my money at this place. read more

I had such a wonderful experience at Waffle & Boba Brew! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels welcoming, cozy, and perfect for enjoying a sweet treat or a refreshing drink. The menu has so many delicious options, but the one that completely won me over is their banana waffle pudding with ice cream-- it is absolutely my favorite! The banana waffle pudding is incredible. The waffles are warm and perfectly soft with just the right crisp on the outside, layered with creamy pudding and fresh banana flavor that tastes homemade and comforting. Every bite is rich, sweet, and perfectly balanced. It's honestly one of the best desserts I've had. The drinks are also great, and everything always tastes fresh and high quality. The staff are friendly, quick, and make the whole experience even better. If you're visiting Waffle & Boba Brew, you absolutely have to try the banana waffle pudding -- it's a must! I'll definitely be coming back again and again. read more

The girl working here is soooo rude. I have no words for the lack of customer service. I simply asked her some questions about the menu and she rudely yelled saying NO WE HAVE A SET MENU. OKAY GIRL. Will gladly not buy from here and tell everyone to do the same. In response to your reply. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IN MY REVIEW THAT WAS FALSE. I never said this happened in person. I said nothing about where it occurred. It did occur on the phone and your employee was extremely rude. There is no need to yell as someone simply asking a question about your menu. As a small business you should focus on providing exceptional customer service. It isnt hard to be kind. God bless you read more

Came in after getting $5 sushi at Sprouts and noticed they run a $1 off waffle bowls promo on Wednesday. It was a hot day and ice cream just seemed like a good idea! It was! Great flavor! Truly enjoyed it and the owner is super friendly! Will definitely be back! Went with the banana pudding and my son went with the Cookie Monster and both were perfect! Thank you! read more

I brought my family here tonight thinking that the previous establishment called Monsta Snow was still operating. We noticed the change right away, but decided to give it a chance. The attendant was nice and helpful. I got the boba float and it was DISGUSTING--literally undrinkable. Not to mention it was $14 plus tax. It tasted like straight heavy cream mixed with coconut cream and sugar. Instant headache and stomach ache, I could not take more than a few sips before wanting to regurgitate. I can't believe I'm saying all this of a boba since I love bobas and have a sweet tooth. The rest of my family got waffle ice creams and everyone said it tasted "mid". You get two small balls of ice cream, one medium size waffle cone, a ton of whipped cream and chocolate syrup all for the price of $14 plus tax. Way overpriced. I can't believe I paid over $50 for 4 ice creams. Edit: The lady at the front refunded me for the drink that disgusted me so much without putting up a fight, which I appreciated. read more

!!WARNING!!! This place doesn't use real milk for the milk tea! It's non-dairy coffee creamer, so it's not MILK tea. Very unprofessional and misleading. Also, the almond milk tea isn't made with almond milk; it's almond-flavored. It tasted like an almond candle. The spot seems clean and maintained, but that doesn't matter if you're not serving real milk tea. I'd skip this place if you don't want to waste your money. read more

The drinks were very scrumptious, and the service was very nice, too! They were short staffed and there was only one young man making drinks as well as taking orders. He handled it very well! There were also cool chairs. Very nice . read more

I was in the area and was craving something sweet and saw this place. OMG amazing! Customer services super nice family working there. I'm into matcha and asked if their matcha is ceremonial and he explained to me how they make it and it's legit matcha! I also got a Vietnamese coffee and they were both delicious drinks! Totally recommend this place and I'm going back when I'm in town! read more

Waaay over price 4 specialty waffle is 56 bucks before it was Monday monta snow it was 40-42 . My kids said the ice cream was good but still too pricey for me to come back . read more

Cost is way too high for one scoop of ice cream with a waffle. I used to get almost the exact same thing when it was monsta snow and it was usually around 12 dollars plus tip but it would be a lot more ice cream. I definitely will not be back. I can just go next door to sprouts and buy a half gallon of ice cream along with whip cream and fresh strawberries and it will probably be less. read more

Waffle & Boba Brew - Got this for over 15 dollars. Definitely not worth the money and wont be back. - Bubble Tea Near Me - Menifee, California

Gave this place a shot after replacing Monsta Snow, it was alright. The boba didn't taste fresh, felt like it was sitting there for a while, mush and not as chewy. The honeydew melon was good. My kid had a cotton candy build your own waffle and surprised he didn't like it! It did feel like a waste of money a bit because it wasn't cheap either but all in all everyone has different taste. read more

BOOOO. bring back monsta snow !! environment and drinks are not it. my friend ordered the simplest drink and they messed it up... how

Came here thinking it was the old business Monsta snow but decided to try anyways, I got a Thai tea and a honeydew milk tea, it was almost $17 for the two drinks, I did add lychee popping pearls to one though, both drinks were pretty bad I was very upset especially considering the very high price, I will say the popping pearls were delicious and the boba was good but the drinks themselves were gross, sadly won't be coming here again :( read more

crazy they stop serving waffles after 830 the girl in there said which is crazy you are open till 9pm

I had the banana pudding matcha, it was really good. The staff is really helpful and the ambience was great. Would definitely recommend .
