I brought my family here tonight thinking that the previous establishment called Monsta Snow was still operating. We noticed the change right away, but decided to give it a chance. The attendant was nice and helpful. I got the boba float and it was DISGUSTING--literally undrinkable. Not to mention it was $14 plus tax. It tasted like straight heavy cream mixed with coconut cream and sugar. Instant headache and stomach ache, I could not take more than a few sips before wanting to regurgitate. I can't believe I'm saying all this of a boba since I love bobas and have a sweet tooth. The rest of my family got waffle ice creams and everyone said it tasted "mid". You get two small balls of ice cream, one medium size waffle cone, a ton of whipped cream and chocolate syrup all for the price of $14 plus tax. Way overpriced. The drink quality has gone down. There's a man making the drinks and not the lady. I find he does not know how to make them. The chai latte I ordered tasted terrible, it was literally like water and a chai syrup taste. I gave it another try and got the new yuzu lemon green tea. My daughter tried it and thought it was awful (so I know it wasn't just me). It tasted like an artificial syrup mixed with water. That was my last try here. The girl working here is soooo rude. I have no words for the lack of customer service. I simply asked her some questions about the menu and she rudely yelled saying NO WE HAVE A SET MENU. OKAY GIRL. !!WARNING!!! This place doesn't use real milk for the milk tea! It's non-dairy coffee creamer, so it's not MILK tea. Very unprofessional and misleading. Also, the almond milk tea isn't made with almond milk; it's almond-flavored. It tasted like an almond candle. The spot seems clean and maintained, but that doesn't matter if you're not serving real milk tea. I'd skip this place if you don't want to waste your money. read more

Gave this place a shot after replacing Monsta Snow, it was alright. The boba didn't taste fresh, felt like it was sitting there for a while, mush and not as chewy. The honeydew melon was good. My kid had a cotton candy build your own waffle and surprised he didn't like it! Cost is way too high for one scoop of ice cream with a waffle. I used to get almost the exact same thing when it was monsta snow and it was usually around 12 dollars plus tip but it would be a lot more ice cream. I definitely will not be back. I can just go next door to sprouts and buy a half gallon of ice cream along with whip cream and fresh strawberries and it will probably be less. read more

Came here thinking it was the old business Monsta snow but decided to try anyways, I got a Thai tea and a honeydew milk tea, it was almost $17 for the two drinks, I did add lychee popping pearls to one though, both drinks were pretty bad I was very upset especially considering the very high price, I will say the popping pearls were delicious and the boba was good but the drinks themselves were gross, sadly won't be coming here again :( read more
