The employee who helped was so nice! The ice cream was super tasteful! We ate inside since their AC was set to 60 degrees and outside was 100 degrees. We also bought 6 ice creams, great taste! Little pricey but I believe in supporting these types of business! Come check it out! read more

Gosh. This place was not good :( the ice cream was crystalized and it tasted old... not to mention the scoops were tiny. Didn't even fill up the cup. I've been to many Michoacánas and they given full scoops to fill it to the edges and top. $4.50 is a lot of $ for such little scoops... read more

I arrived at 9:28, thinking they closed at 10pm. When I arrived the Open sign was still on and they were serving other customers. As soon as I walked in, they told me these are the last customers we are serving. I will not be coming here again. I'll just make the drive to the Temecula Michoacána, they close at 11pm and they service you regardless of time. read more

Rude employee. I was told that there was no hot Cheetos and cheese available then I left the store and called this store on accident while I was trying to reach a different location asked about the hot Cheetos with cheese and was told they did have them and I can come in and get them. When I realized I called the store I had just left instead of the new store. So they basically lied! Also called to speak to the manager. I'm guessing the same lady must have been the one that picked up the phone didn't want me to speak to the manager and claimed she didn't speak English when I had walked into the store she clearly spoke English. Nothing wrong with not speaking English but I'm starting to think this lady is constantly lying to customers. Also she started asking me questions on why I needed to speak to the manager... clearly none of her business. Owner needs to get new employees. read more

I have gone the last 3 days in a row... why? because they have so much to choose from. The aguas frescas are delicious, all of them. They have many paletas and ice cream flavors, shakes, smoothies, tostilocos, frutas, corn...and much much more. I had the tostilocos, then went back for the hot cheetos with cheese and yesterday went to try the corn in a cup... I also had paletas, nieve and of course aguas frescas. They were all good, definitely worth the wait because it does get busy at times. We have been helped by Damien everytime and he is very nice, friendly and fast. The service is great and this establishment is very clean! I will be going back today for the hot cheetos corn on the cob! read more

Oh my Lord I thought it was hot outside!! seems like the Ac is out in this place came in on Tuesday and i t was way to hot just left the store today and it still is hotter inside than outside! I feel for the workers sticking through it what kind of owners run this place? it's almost an unworkable environment. The customer service is awesome just wish it was cool enough to enjoy my ice cream on this hot day it's at 104 outside! And feels the same inside!! :( read more

Simply writing this review because this location smells HORRIFIC. I don't know if all of the stores smell like this. But this one smells gross enough for me to walk in and right back out. Unlike the other place , the lady behind the counter was helpful but was not so happy or friendly like the other places I went to. She did not care to help with recommendations, she just stood there when asked about what was yummy. Also she did the mangonada very different from the other place, she did not put lime juice n no changuitrozos with the mangonada. I'd rather give my business to the Winchester place where servers always welcomed you with smiles n a hello. read more

First time here and I can say social distancing and masks are practiced. We got 3 small mangonadas. Each cup was packed with about 3 scoops of mango ice cream and tons of mangos and topped off with a tamarind sticked candy. Perfect dessert for the hot Murrieta weather. read more

I love this ice cream shop they are conveniently located across the street from home. I am literally here every week or every other week, I'm a very picky eater the ice cream has exceeded my expectations. I used to be a sucker for thrifty ice cream because I believed the taste and quality was perfected however La Michoacana takes the cake!, speaking of cake the birthday cake flavor was the reason I'm hooked, it even has pieces of cake in the ice cream, I finally decided after all this time to try a new flavor which was oreo and omg I wanted to go back and get another scoop! not to mention the ladies ALWAYS give us phenomenal customer service, they have a large menu they are not just your regular ice shop, check them out you will not regret, see you guys tomorrow ! lol read more

I got the avocado ice cream bar and it tasted less creamier and had less sugar than the previous time I got it at another location. The lady didn't really smile but she was helpful and explained the different items. The queso ice cream was good! I normally don't like cheese mixed in with ice cream but this, was tasty and not too sweet. It was a great deal because 1 scoop of the queso ice cream in a mini cone was $1.75 and the ice cream bar was $2.50. The food is great, the waiting in line for 30 minutes is the only thing that's horrible. Be smart and call ahead, if they don't answer it means the employees are not in the mood and will make you wait... one was in the back the entire 30 minutes of me waiting. The deserts are good, however, it felt extremely hot inside, I was literally sweating while I was waiting for my order, it has been like this for a few days now. I loved coming here during my lunch time every day or even after work but these last days I can't even eat my ice cream before it's already melting in my hands. I hope they get this fixed ASAP because I'm not planning on going back until it gets completely fixed, I rather take my money somewhere else. read more

I had a bad experience with the young lady called Yaneiry. She is rude I was only asking what flavors of fruit waters they had and she said what you can't read but in Spanish. I said i will let the manager know and she said it would not affect her saying she is the owner what it made it seem like. Bad customer service and disrespectful!!! read more

Very disappointed! Churro split had NO bananas, overpriced at 8.99 and had nasty stadium churros. The ice cream was average but not something I'll ever want to eat again. There agua fresca delicious! But for the price I'd rather have a brisk. Too bad cause I really wanted to like it. And our order took 15 min when there was no other customers. Crazy I was just at the location in Murrieta and ask the girl if they had fruit with crema. She told me no. I had one in Menifee and it was delicious. Visited here on 9/2/2019 in the evening, I do not know the lady's name behind the counter, (she was the only one there) but talk about rude and unhelpful! She was impatient even though I told her this was only my 2nd time there and needed assistance with the complex menu on the flashing screen. No smiles, no assistance, nothing...there were no other customers, yet all the tables were dirty, therefore we had to eat our $15.00 ice creams in the car! Worked here for only two days, it was horrible, I quit. The girls do not wear gloves and keep their nails long, they do not clean the tables, they are all under 19 so it makes a lot of sense why costumer service and normal duties that make part of the job are not taken seriously. Is incredibly unsanitary and the supervisor who's name is Stephanie is incredibly inappropriate, rude and advantageous. I travel all over California from Southern Cali to Central Cal. When I say I love This place I look in every county I travel to find this place. I get a to go cup even though they don't advertise the bionico in a cup. I travel for work so I eat on the go. I asked for a cup and she let me know that I couldn't have it in a cup. I have offered at other locations I will pay the difference. No can't do It. So I went to La Michoacán GOLDEN. Best service paid the difference no problem read more

Unbelievably bad service never spending my hard earn money here again ordered a shake and they added strawberry syrup which I did not ask for. I ordered tostilocos and before I could clarify what I didn't want in them, she started making them, never bothered to ask. Dirty tables , not one clean table around. Nasty attitudes from employees.
