I was really disappointed with my experience here. For an ice cream shop, the establishment felt hot and humid inside, which made it uncomfortable to sit and enjoy our food. My daughter ordered the Dubai Crepe, and for $17, it was nowhere near worth the price. The crepe appeared to be premade, which isn't necessarily a problem, but the quality was terrible. It was so tough and rubbery that we couldn't even cut through it properly with utensils. We ended up having to tear it apart with our hands, and even that was difficult. At one point, I had to double-check that my daughter wasn't accidentally chewing on the wax paper because the texture was that bad. The strawberries were fresh, the Nutella tasted fine and was slightly softer than usual, which was actually nice. However, the pistachio cream was extremely runny and made a mess all over the plate. Even with all that moisture, the crepe never softened and remained tough and chewy. Overall, the quality did not match the price. Between the uncomfortable atmosphere and the disappointing food, I would not recommend this location. read more

I was told that there was no hot Cheetos and cheese available then I left the store and called this store on accident while I was trying to reach a different location asked about the hot Cheetos with cheese and was told they did have them and I can come in and get them. When I realized I called the store I had just left instead of the new store. So they basically lied! Also called to speak to the manager. I'm guessing the same lady must have been the one that picked up the phone didn't want me to speak to the manager and claimed she didn't speak English when I had walked into the store she clearly spoke English. Nothing wrong with not speaking English but I'm starting to think this lady is constantly lying to customers. I have gone the last 3 days in a row... why? because they have so much to choose from. The aguas frescas are delicious, all of them. They have many paletas and ice cream flavors, shakes, smoothies, tostilocos, frutas, corn...and much much more. I had the tostilocos, then went back for the hot cheetos with cheese and yesterday went to try the corn in a cup... I also had paletas, nieve and of course aguas frescas. They were all good, definitely worth the wait because it does get busy at times. We have been helped by Damien everytime and he is very nice, friendly and fast. First time here and I can say social distancing and masks are practiced. We got 3 small mangonadas. Each cup was packed with about 3 scoops of mango ice cream and tons of mangos and topped off with a tamarind sticked candy. Perfect dessert for the hot Murrieta weather. read more

The girls do not wear gloves and keep their nails long, they do not clean the tables, they are all under 19 so it makes a lot of sense why costumer service and normal duties that make part of the job are not taken seriously.
