Pulled an official all nighter last night. Football game finished late and got lost in conversation w the hubby in the patio without keeping track of time. End result = no sleep and work time!! Went to NFCU next door and the delightful strong coffee smell inside was enough to wake me up. Baristas were friendly and welcoming and my drink was great!! Got me a blonde roast black w 2 extra shots of "wake me up". The blonde roast is good bc it has a mild enjoyable taste not like the bitter and pungent dark roast. Hope the caffeine power lasts until 10 lol read more

Stopped during a road trip in need of caffeine. Traffic was ridiculous for some reason. Placed my order on the app and headed over. The air conditioner on high was a glorious relief from the 100°heat outside. This location was clean, well kept. I walked in and didn't have to wait long at all. Mobile order was ready in just a few minutes. I ordered a Venti Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew (my favorite) and a Frozen Pineapple Passionfruit Lemonade Refresher. I am so beyond fed up with this Starbucks location. Every single time I place an order on the app and request to line the cup with mocha (which, by the way, I PAY EXTRA FOR), they either completely skip it or barely put any at all. It's not rocket science it's literally one request! When I bring it up to the staff, they act like I'm the problem. One time they straight up threw a new cup at me with so much mocha in it, it was practically a chocolate flood like they were mocking me for asking. Completely unprofessional and childish behavior. Then there's this one guy who works there every time I ask to line the cup, he acts annoyed and puts the tiniest drizzle inside like he's doing me a favor. Why am I even paying extra if you're not going to make the drink how I ordered it? What the actual fuck is going on here? I'm tired of wasting my money and being treated like I'm asking for too much when I just want what I paid for. Do better, Starbucks. This is ridiculous. read more

My husband and I stopped for a snack and hot drink after Christmas shopping this evening at the local Starbuck's and were greeted and served by Olivia, who just sparkled. Olivia was very warm and welcoming though it was somewhat close to closing time. We purchased dinner, dessert and specialty coffees instead of just a snack. This Starbucks is my Favorite!! They are so personable and get my order perfect every time! And if they make a mistake they do not hesitate to fix it. (Where some Starbucks I've been to bitch and complain for their mistake.) Even though this store is small and there is no drive thru, I love the vibe here! All the baristas are so friendly and helpful and they just put out warm, welcoming feelings. Even though it's out of the way, I will always stop here when I'm in the area (or the Target one) depending on which errands I am running. Today I had the honor of standing in front of a customer in line that apparently just had a drink named after her (Susan) and it was so sweet to see how excited she was over all the love and attention she was getting. My usual Starbucks that I go to is on Clinton Keith. I go there A lot!!! However this particular day I was in a different part of Murrieta and I went into this location. One of the Managers, DeSean that recognized me from my regular store noticed me and called me by name!! He explained he was covering for a manager on vacation. What an awesome feeling to not only be recognized in my own store but to receive the same service and acknowledgement in a different store. Most people wouldn't take the time nor would they be that aware but DeSean made me feel special. I am sure his outgoing personality and smile is with him wherever he goes! Hi Iced Caramel Macchiato with extra caramel and two pumps of hazelnut syrup, how are ya? This is a super safe and FANTASTIC drink that I recommend to anyone (the hazelnut syrup is extra because I'm extra like that). This is the worst starbucks I've been to! The baristas here are more focused on thier own conversations than doing thier job in a timely matter. As you can see how long the line is. Good starbucks, friendly. Not sure why most gave 3 stars. Its bigger than most Starbucks, but hidden in the corner of a strip mall. I usually go to the drive thru off Clinton Keith, but this one was nice and cozy. There seems to be a lot of regulars, and the staff was pretty nice and chatty. 4 stars for the service, but -1 for the location. Not the easiest access. read more

Was driving up from Mexico and was tired as heck so stopped by here to get a little bit more perky. The ladies running the store were fantastic. Beautiful smiles, polite, vibrant, professional, and friendly. Their energy picked me up almost as much as the coffee. My experience at this Starbucks was amazing and that is a direct reflection on the employees working here tonight. Paige, Dustin and Kay should model customer service for the rest of the company. Not only was my experience her amazing, but I sat and watched as I drank my coffee as they helped other customers. These employees welcomed every customer, used their regular's names and made an effort to use the names of every customer. Despite the fact it was consistently busy, the experience was personalized for every customer. Keep up the great customer service. The manager at this location (Joyce) went above & beyond. She was very helpful with helping me find what I was looking for. I've never had an issue with my drink orders or the staff at this location. The staff I've encountered have always been friendly. If I worked closer to this store I would be getting my daily SB fix here. read more

Customers shouldn't feel like they're bothering staff simply by placing an order.

I would give this place more stars if they had better Managment. Some staff members are nice, some are crappy. They really need to brush up on their customer service skills. Always running low on essential supplies, showing poor management. Waiting area....Wait! There is None. Waiting for a drink is very uncomfortable at this place. You have no space to yourself to wait for a drink. Such a poor layout. It's better off if they had a drive-thru. Absolutely no apologies for making the wrong drink. Their 'manager' should be more lively so that she doesn't drag her staff and the atmosphere down the drain with her. Especially focusing on getting in the right amount of supply in is the least she can do. I don't appreciate having to carry 5 drinks without the tray and having it spilled in my car because someone there couldn't do their job right. I have to cross my fingers and hope that I get a decent cashier when I'm there. Someone who won't ruin the next few hours for me because she hated her job. I visited this Starbucks the last Saturday evening in August 2015 and the store was clean, but when I received my beverage, it had a 8 inch blonde hair inside. I took the beverage back to the counter and the staff was courteous and remade my beverage and gave me a gift card with the cost of the beverage. I returned within a four days around 3:00pm to redeem my new card for the same beverage. While waiting for the beverage I was shocked to see how dirty the tables and floor was and to see an employee sitting at the counter eating her lunch or etc. who was so happy to eat her lunch or etc in such a dirty place. The store was rather deplorable. The door had so many smeared hand prints and I really did not want to even touch the door handle. I thought the hair incident was isolated. This place might have passed inspection in July, but this is September. read more

Limited seating inside. No outside seating. The wait time varies on who is the cashier. Drinks are made right 60% of the time. However, their wait area sucks! If there are more than 3 people waiting, then u feel like u are stuck and cramp into a tiny space. Since the location is convenience I tend to return most of the time, otherwise I wouldn't. I recommend that the management order their supplies ahead of time rather than consistently providing excuses why I don't have this & that. Less talk from cashier and more time into making our drinks right. read more

This store is epic. The staff is friendly and professional. At times this smaller location can get very busy and crowded; but even if short staffed these guys/girls manage to make orders quickly, accurately, and with a smile on their faces.
