Who doesn't like a good Cinnamon roll? Anytime you have a sweet tooth, this is one of the best places that can satisfy it. On top of being made hot and fresh, they always have different promotions that keep you coming back. My only gripe is that it's located in the mall. I'm a sucker for Cinnabon when i'm at a mall, which isn't very often. This was my first time at the food court in the Temecula Promenade Mall. It was so busy! Tons of people eating and ordering and shopping. The line went super quick though at Cinnabon. The cashier was very friendly. Counter area was clean and bright and they had a lot of options available. I ordered one traditional cinnamon roll. It was served very warm and fresh. BUT, they are much smaller these days and it wasn't as "ooey and gooey" as I remember. I guess they want you to buy the extra cup of frosting? It was still yummy but I wish it was made like it was years ago. Costco sells gift cards, so much better deal to use those when you visit Cinnabon. read more

The people who work there are the problem. We waited in line to get a $8.00 cinnamon roll. They had 4 cinnamon rolls in a pan...on in the middle that they were cutting around and not serving to anyone. Wouldn't you know when it's mine turn I got the one they weren't serving anyone. When I inspected the cinnamon roll after stepping out of line it was because it was missing a third of the cinnamon roll...you know the one I paid $8.00 for. When I turned around the young girl was telling the older lady that I was gonna complain...and they both looked up at me and then looked away. Rather than complain (because they knew exactly what they did) I gave my kid their cinnamon roll and walked away. Don't worry we won't be purchasing these for our holidays, business or school events anymore! I will make sure to spread the word. In this economy you should be training your staff better or this will continue and you will keep loosing customers. read more

I do have to say, I've been eating these delicious cinnamon rolls since I was a little kid and they have always been consistent, doesn't matter which mall I got it from, tastes exactly the same. To me, that's pretty darn good, same quality all these years, prices are higher, but you know, inflation. We LOVE Cinnabon's and this is a Christmas morning tradition. Unfortunately they turned customers away because this year this location decided pre orders only. Why? You didn't want to pay your employees to staff the store and make the Cinnabons? In the 3 minutes I was there she turned away 4 customers. Let's just say 55 customers an hour multiplied by the $$ they weren't spending is lost revenue. I then went to Moreno Valley where I was able to purchase our Cinnabons. Ordered on the website via YELP. By the time I paid all the delivery and service fees, it was $70 for 2 large boxes. I don't think I would have it delivered again, but the buns were amazing. The cinnabon was not warm and hardly had any icing. Most of the icing was in the pan. If you request for them to add icing to your cinnabon, they will tell you you have to pay for extra frosting. I told them why not scoop the icing in the pan onto my cinnabon for me and the gal working there just stared at me. I wasn't sure if she was confused, didn't care, or what. Quite disappointing consider the cost of the cinnabon came out to over $7 for one. Good customer service is non existent. read more

Cinnabon is back! Well... kind of. Ummmm... maybe I got the short end of the stick but it's back and smaller than ever. Went with the wife and sat with others. One person's looked normal sized and the rest were skimpy. $6 for a runny sink cinnamon roll. Only good thing was that it tasted amazing. Haven't had one in years and it def tasted awesome. Portion size sucked so keep that in mind. They have a few pics here but that's false advertising bc the one I got, was weak. And that wasn't just me. Just opened! Expect the same warm, ooey, gooey deliciousness that is the classic Cinnabon! They have a wide selection of sweet treats & bun sizes in mini, small, and classic! Staff was super friendly & helpful. I'd suggest keeping one monitor still so that a customer can see the pricing without waiting for that select screen to come back. Cinnabon was great as usual! The service on the other hand was to be desired. The line to be served was 7 deep and there was only one person at the front tending to all the customers. Yet, there were two females going to the back and not helping the poor girl in the front. I thrive on great customer service. Staff need to be more attentive and trained. In addition, they overcharged me on the fist transaction and said it would go back to my credit card, 1 week later had to call back to get the credit posted to my credit card. Hands down, my favorite place to get cinnamon rolls... but this location wasn't the greatest, unfortunately! & it's the only nearby location, also unfortunate! Staff was friendly, location was clean, but the cinnamon rolls were sad! I love cinnamon rolls, and I've always loved the thick and fluffy cinnamon rolls from Cinnabon, but these were thin! & I mean awfully thin! Like tortilla chip thin! Worst Customer service ever . I went on a Sunday, after long road trip, decided to stop in at the mall before heading back San Diego. The place was busy( as any Cinnabon ), instead of employees being helpful, telling customers ahead of time, that it will be few minutes or so for fresh baked Cinnabon's , they expected the customers to know what and when it will be done for the fresh batch . I got up to front of line, I asked the girl at register how long until fresh batch is baked, the girl looked and said " I don't know about ten minutes " and just stared and just started talking to her co-workers regarding other things . I interrupt them , asked "Well is there anymore bottled drinks or water ? The girl then again looked at me as if I am asking to many questions ! She said "Nope what ever we have out there is all we have , as if the customers is suppose to know what they have in stock or in their inventory . I've never had a bad experience in any of Cinnabon in my town or in any other city . I should have just stopped at the Escondido North County fair Cinnabon . My grand baby Mckeynseliiee had a hankering for a sweet delicious cinnamon roll last weekend. as the memaw i am i said cmon darlin let's head on down to cinnabon. we made our way down to the mall in my kia sol (red) and walked on in. we were greeted by the employee by the name of lauren. what a sweet little gal. never before have i had such great service in my life. in the time of my ordering lauren took care of us to the max. in small talk i mentioned i had always wanted to speak german. lauren said say no more. then and there she booked a trip down to germany and learned how to fluently speak it, and came back and taught us all how to speak the german language. she also baptized us, cooked us dinner and tucked us in bed, then sprinting back to make it in time for her next shift. what a great employee. way to go lauren. 10/10 read more
