He even asked her to try the yogurt herself, but she responded that she would "try it later." He then asked if we could get yogurt from a different machine or exchange it for another flavor since the product was clearly spoiled. She told him they do not offer refunds or exchanges. To make matters worse, they do not offer samples, so there is no way for customers to know the yogurt is spoiled before purchasing it. Outside, there is a sign advertising "New Management, New Flavors, Better Pricing," but the pricing was actually quite expensive for a product that was inedible. The employee gave us a phone number to contact management, but the number was disconnected. We left a message at another contact number and never received a response. Very rarely have we experienced a business that serves spoiled food, refuses to make it right, and provides no working way to contact management. Between the poor product quality, lack of customer service, and complete absence of follow-up, this was an extremely disappointing experience.
