Nice Jamba location by Costco across VMHS. My fave drink is the Mango A-Go-Go!!! It was made really good here. Not too sweet, icy or bland. Awesome smoothies! Everything is always well-blended and the flavors are all great. I'm so glad that they still have the original smoothie flavors from years ago. I highly recommend the Caribbean Passion or Mango-A-Go-Go. The worker was really nice and efficient. I wanted my smoothie a bit chunky and wasn't sure if they would be able to do it, but she was really accommodating. She kept coming to show me the blender and ask whether it was how I wanted it. Excellent service! The prices are definitely a bit higher than you'd expect so keep that in mind. The shop itself, however, was quite spacious and really clean. There was plenty of tables and chairs to sit at and they have their own designated parking space in the corner. Highly recommend stopping by for their super fresh and delicious smoothies! read more

This location has a variety of flavored smoothies and snacks to choose from. The parking, lot easy to get in and out. They also have an outside seating area in addition to inside seating. Staff is nice and knowledgeable of all the new products. My smoothie was a perfect blend of watermelon and lemonade. They also offer Watermelon Tajin and Watermelon Breeze smoothies (you have to try them before summer ends as they're seasonal) I ordered a small smoothie for 7.99 and medium cost 8.49. Felt bad for the workers, two had to put up with a co- worker have a screaming meltdown in front of customers. 4:30pm on 9/20. Haven't seen that before. The two looked like they were used to the behavior but embarrassed. One just put her head down and wasn't talking. I have teenagers working now so it hits a little closer to home than normal. The rest of the service good and Jamba is the best smoothie place around. Manager should definitely ask the poor co-workers. read more

Friendly cashiers at this location. They are quick and effective. The drinks are always delicious too! But when it gets crowded, there is a little long wait. I've noticed that this typically happens when there's only three employees working. Great location, invisible from ftom all directions. Visited this new location for the first time and although service was quick (only one ordering at the time) and friendly enough, it wasn't the same as I remembered. First they didn't have large cups so I couldn't order large smoothies. Then they had "Vanilla Blue Sky" on heir menu which is the "Vital Proteins Blue Smoothie" (my favorite) at Juice It Up but, they didn't have pineapples. Cashier was apologetic and said they were out of a lot of things. I decided to replace the pineapple with mango, but I'm pretty sure they didn't put it in because it tasted straight up like I was drinking a blue bland banana. The White Gummi tasted the same as well as the Strawberry Surf Rider. Their Carrot Karma is no longer on their menu, but it's my oldest's favorite and they assured me they could make it. That was definitely not the same as we remembered it at all! Very disappointing visit after spending $40, maybe we will return if they can get things back in stock soon! read more

Always a pleasure. Drinks are made well. Staff is always nice and accommodating. I definitely enjoy coming here! Management was super sweet. I saw him come back in after having ran some errands. I decided to try this location after leaving Target on a Sunday afternoon. I ordered 3 pink star drinks light ice, and 1 pumpkin bowl. I was literally the only customer there the entire 10 minutes I waited. There were four workers making drinks for mobile orders, then they finally got to mine. Again, there were no other customers, only myself. Yet, I had to wait for all the workers to finish the mobile orders before they got to me. There should be at least 1 worker designated for walk-ins. I finally get my drinks and they are watered down, can't even enjoy it. And the pumpkin bowl was the consistency of soup. Money wasted. I sat in the parking lot for a few minutes, and still no other customers show up, not even the mobile orders. I will stick to the Temecula location- they are faster, friendlier, and better at making drinks. read more

It had been a while since I've been to a Jamba. That feeling of familiarity kicks in as soon as you step inside. This is a new location and though people kept coming in and out, it was never too busy and the employees were quick at getting the orders out. The two smoothies that we ordered were made well and tasted very good. Both, the staff that helped take my order and the ones that made the smoothie were polite and smiling. While I wait for my order, I like to look at the interactions between the employees and the customers. They were all positive. I had the pleasure of being helped by a very pleasant young woman named Caylie. She suggested a few of their drinks because I wasn't quite sure which was the best for my taste. She also mentioned that I could customize my drink with a vitamin or protein boost, or a whole food boost, extra fruit and more. I absolutely love this location! Brand new and super clean. I come in the mornings with my toddler to enjoy a smoothie and a waffle. I came into Jamba at about 8pm Saturday 11/12/22 after being at urgent care for 2 hours with my 3 yr old son. Upon arriving, Emmy let me know that it was cash only due to their system being down. I was thoroughly bummed because I didn't have cash on me. At urgent care I kept telling my son that we were getting a smoothie after. She said she'd be able to fulfill my order through the app. My app had to be updated and that took awhile for some reason. Then, it wasn't able to locate the store. Instead of letting my son down, Emmy let us have the smoothie on the house since the app wasn't cooperating. She didn't know we were at urgent care for 2 hours and she didn't know my son was feeling under the weather. She made his night so much better.
