I went here last night and bought 2 juices. One of them was the dragon fruit hydration which I opened first. I gave my daughter a sip and she called it nasty. I also did not love the flavor, but I continued to drink it because I didn't want it to go to waste after paying $7 for a juice that is supposed to be good for me. I couldn't drink more than half of it because it was just not tasting right. Mind you this is at 8:45, right before they close. We go home and I am ready to go to sleep but starting not to feel well. I lay down for a bit then had to get up because I was feeling HORRIBLE! Until I finally threw up. I am so upset with our visit today, I've spent so much money here including multiple delivery orders. I did cancel my VIP membership awhile back when I started ordering more infrequently. We went into the store today to get a few juices and your cashier was completely dull and non engaging like she just didn't want to be there. I asked for a juice (by its specific name) and she pulls out a different one. When she finds the right one and she pulls out 2 when I asked for 4. Any question I asked, she answers me with her back turned so we couldn't understand a word she was saying. My husband said he's pretty sure she input my phone number wrong for my rewards, I'm just upset because the entire visit I felt like I wasn't being listened to. Then on the way home I pull up my app and there is a deal for 6/$35 ... I bought 5 which coincidentally also turned out to be $35 (regular price since I don't have the VIP anymore) and if your employee had been paying attention or knew about the specials, should have said something at the time of checkout, I basically missed out on a free juice. read more

Been to a few Pressed's in San Diego. First time at this location. Was nice and cool inside as it was 115 in Temecula. Only one staff member doing orders and operating the counter. Staff member was pleasant and professional. Last few reviews at this location were 1-2 stars. I did not encounter those employees or problems thank the Juice Gods! Order was perfect, everything tasted wonderful as usual. Storefront was clean. Chairs aren't the most comfortable to sit at. Look forward to returning. Parking is slim out front so be prepared to park in the parking garage and walk over. read more

Went back in to try one of their freezes. I forgot my protein for after my workout today so perfect opportunity to try it out. Liann helped me today and she was very helpful and super nice. She let me sample the strawberry, chocolate, and blood orange freezes. I'm not a fan of coconut, so I didn't like the blood orange. Strawberry was ok, tasted more like a smoothie to me. The chocolate was good. Ended up choosing that and turning it into their blueberry muffin sundae freeze instead of the original vanilla that it comes with. I opted for the smaller size which I think is a 4 oz. You can get the bigger 8 oz. if you want more. Forgot to take a pic of their current special, but right now you can get 5 juices or freezes for $20. Nice! Liann said you could mix and match them if you wanted to do that. I've been meaning to get around to trying an açaí bowl from Pressed Juicery and I finally did. I got the original bowl and thought it was decent. The base itself was a bit too sweet for my liking but the consistency was just what I like. It was not too watery or dense. The fruit that was on top tasted quite fresh, but I wasn't a huge fan of the oats that the bowl came with. The portion size was big, and I was struggling to finish it. As for the store itself, it's super clean and sleek. The interior is small but the place has a great vibe to it. The staff members were very friendly, and I didn't have to wait very long for my bowl to be made. Overall, I thought Pressed Juicery was pretty good. The ingredients tasted fresh and the portion size was good. Next time, I'd love to try some of the actual juices and "Freeze" ice cream. read more

Our first time to Pressed Juicery and we were looking forward to trying a delicious juice without additives. Left pretty disappointed. Customer service was fine. Wouldn't say we were warmly welcomed. Just a "hi, what can I get you?" I don't know! Never been here ! LOL I did express that it was my first time and was curious about the menu. But wasn't offered any other info. My impression is that the store is just one large refrigerator. You walk in, ask for a juice, the cashier turns around, grabs a ready made bottle from the fridge hands it to you and charges you a ridiculous amount of money. Oh and there's even a tip button for that service! I mean, a scan and go would eliminate the overhead here. I'd rather go down the street to Nekter Juice Bar and have a better experience and interaction. And my juice is made for me or I can grab one from their fridge if I want to grab and go. I would have really liked to have had the juice fresh made. Cute spot, quick and easy - but not for me. I also was not a fan of my berry protein juice. Sampled so far are the juices and I have already found some favorites. The Almond Date with sea salt is delicious and the Orange Turmeric is a great pick me up with a hint of pepper. I went to Pressed Juicery on the grand opening and it was absolutely amazing, the line went smooth and fast. The staff was very helpful, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. It was overall a great experience. Fast forwarding to today, I have gone to presses Juicery literally almost every single day and I have to say that the staff is absolutely amazing. The staff members always recognize me and my friend and we can literally chat all day with them. (shoutout to Emily) Such amazing spirits and not to mention the store manager who is absolutely caring, friendly, and super passionate. Pressed Juicery literally couldn't have picked a better handful of people to place in this store. The wait is well to be expected at times but this isn't a fast food service. This is a service that is personalized for every different person coming in and I don't mind waiting a few minutes for everyone to experience the tasting and selection they carry. Be patient and stay humble. In regards to the juice selection. Absolutely Outstanding!! I am a member there and I am so impressed with the ingredients, the freshness, and health benefits with all. Wow what great service! Nadya took the time to walk me through the various juices they offer. She was extremely friendly and pleasant. The place was very clean and I even tried the vegan yogurt which to my surprise was pretty good. I ended up going xmas shopping. But stop back in afterwards to purchase some wellness and vitality shots. Jason helped me and informed me of the various packages they had to help lower the cost. Also followed Nadya advice and picked up a few Strawberry basil lemonade (only 20 calories!) and a few chocolate almond juices for a protein meal replacement. Highly recommend giving the place a try! Pressed Juicery is my and my boyfriend's favorite place right now. We've done two cleanses already and will definitely be back for more. The juices taste great, as well as the ice cream. Shoutout to the worker named Lexi. She's so sweet, knowledgeable of the product, and friendly every time we walk in! I took away one star because with the amount of people that come in, sometimes the workers do take a long time. Also, they've messed up my orders twice now. I asked for the cleanse 1 but they gave me a cleanse 2. They messed up the stickers on my juices, but luckily I knew the order of what I needed to take. It's fine, and I understand it gets super busy, but the workers should pay more attention to what they're doing. Also, the wifi sucks! If they require members to show our barcode every time we buy something, they should provide better wifi. And I'm sure it'll make the lines go faster because right now, customers take a lot of time trying to access their account. Or they should develop an app so it'll be easier for us to get to the barcode. This morning, we went to add another day to our cleanse, and the girl (don't know her name but she's blonde and has a lot of tattoos on her arms) was very unfriendly and looked miserable to be there. Used to work at this location right when it opened, drove all the way to San Diego for training for a month. Was so excited when our store finally opened up and I could commute closer to home. Too bad management hired too many of us and expected us to quit after our grand opening. Since none of us quit, we all got scheduled one day a week unless you were the manager Nadya or her favorite shift lead Lexie. I ended up quitting when one of my shift leads went through my purse without permission and sent me home whenever she felt like it because "she had that authority". One of the workers was really nice but one of the ladies was so rude, I was standing in line for a while and then after I got my juice I was waiting to be checked out meanwhile a lady comes in after me and is being checked out right in front of me so I ask if I can just pay quick for the juice and the worker/ cashier rudely responded "I am checking her out" and I said that I've been waiting and then due to the rudeness I didn't want to purchase the juice anymore meanwhile she flicked her hand and said "then you can go". This is one of my favorite places in town. I've been here 5 times since they have opened. They have an amazing staff, who are all super welcoming. The manager Nadya is doing an amazing job running the store and did an amazing job hiring such great employees. The facility is very clean and welcoming to people of all ages. If you're dairy free, or just like to eat healthier, I highly recommend. They have top of the line "freezes" which is frozen yogurt basically, and it's all dairy free. If i could give this place 0 stars I would. I came into this place the other day to try some juice after sampling in the front. It was 106 degrees outside and i'm surprised they even had people sampling in that horrible heat with no shade. So therefore, after trying some out, I came in to buy a strawberry basil juice. I was greeted in an odd "scripted" and forced fashion and then a worker came around the counter and got on her knees to pet my dog... my service dog. I was so excited when this was opening because I love going to sprouts and buying their Pressed Juice products. The only problem was the employees. That's why I gave it a three star review. I waited in line for the freeze which I should add-since the employees won't inform you-that you need to go to the left side of the store for the freeze and the right side of the store for the pressed juice products. The girl came out of the back to help a family when I was waiting in line. She should of asked who was next but instead helped out the family when I've been waiting for the same thing they wanted longer than the family that walked in. The problem was when I did inform them that I was waiting for the ice cream the girl gave me an attitude problem. After I dealt with the attitude problem from the young girl working there. Her coworker informed me there's two different lines. How would a new customer that's never been in there know how the lines work when the employees themselves don't communicate with you but give attitude to the situation? There should be signs inside the store or...pressed Juicery employees should communicate so another situation like this could be prevented. The two employees there had two annoyed family's with the situation at hand. The employees didn't even apologize to me or the other family about there rudeness. And told us about the two different lines once we were paying definitely won't be going back there if those employees give me attitude every time I go in.
