The woman who answered told me she was busy and immediately hung up the phone. When I called back to ask for her name so I could report the interaction, she hung up on me again. I used to order from here frequently and really enjoyed it, but my last few experiences have been disappointing. The portions have been inconsistent, and several of the toppings I request are often missing or barely included. Overall, the quality and customer service have noticeably declined compared to a few months ago when the staff was much more consistent and attentive. I am absolutely disgusted by this "customer service."

I even asked again at the end to confirm that the extra chamoy was added, because they didn't look like they had any, and I was told yes. Unfortunately, they were mostly sweet and missing that delicious sweet-and-sour chamoy flavor I usually love.
