I would give 0 stars if I could. I called around 8:15 PM on Tuesday, May 5th to ask why my order no longer includes the toppings I request. The woman who answered told me she was busy and immediately hung up the phone. When I called back to ask for her name so I could report the interaction, she hung up on me again. I used to order from here frequently and really enjoyed it, but my last few experiences have been disappointing. The portions have been inconsistent, and several of the toppings I request are often missing or barely included. Overall, the quality and customer service have noticeably declined compared to a few months ago when the staff was much more consistent and attentive. Love the yogurt options, the chocolate is the perfect amount of rich and I like throwing in some peanutbutter foryo as well. The topping are diverse, neatly organized, and they got cheesecake and brownie bites too. Service is good and they always got helpful recommendations if you are feeling unsure. Flavors - most are very good, but they tend to have the same ole flavors with sometimes only 3 or 4 new flavors to try. Other times they have up to 6 new flavors. You never know. Would love to have a calendar for flavors. Overall, it's a very nice treat. My absolute favorite is their Lemon Velvet Gelato! It's unexpectedly so creamy and definitely velvety! For a fast froyo fix that doesn't require a trip to my first love, Yogurtland, The Yogurt Factory sure does the trick! I haven't really ventured to the other flavors - I tend to be a good ol original tart kind of froyogi. The place was clean, they had a great selection of toppings (and most importantly it looked like it was consistently refilled and straightened up) and the person that rang my order up was super nice and friendly. Oddly enough I didn't feel the need to drive the extra 15 minutes to Yogurtland and was surprisingly satisfied with this local spot. We love the change of flavors, they have a nice variation of toppings as well. We typically spend 18 bucks for 3 pretty full cups with good amount of add one. The point system is nice bonus, we have earned free root beer floats as well as a 16oz cup of froyo so far. We will definitely continue to enjoy The Yogurt Factory. A scoop of garden-fresh blueberries and coconut jelly to add makes the dessert healthy and enjoyable to eat. Then, there are the spoons that change color as it reacts to cold yogurt temperatures continue to keep us entertained. The staff members here are personable and never fail to greet each time we visit. The place and the bathroom are clean, which speaks a lot about the establishment. Service..we've never had a problem coming here till tonight. We needed to use the restroom before we headed out, but all these 4 workers refused to let my sister use it. Said it was "closed" when it was only 9:30pm. Closing time is at 10pm. Customers were still coming in to get yogurt so why couldn't we use the restroom? Paying customers eating at the establishment & was not allowed even a couple minutes to use the RR. Very disappointed. One thing that I love about this place are their flavors, their pricing and their acai bowls. Yes, acai bowls. Their acai bowls aren't overpriced for the size and amount you get. The best part about them, is that they're open until 10 pm. Where else can you get an acai bowl (Jamba juice doesn't count), after 7 pm (most spots close at that time)? Their flavors are unique and most of their yogurt aren't overly too sweet. The best flavor that they have is the coffee flavor. It's not always on their menu because they ran out of it quickly. Another cool thing about this place is that they take any yogurt coupons and will honor it. Literally the best spot in town. We love this place because they have good options to include sugar free yogurt and açaí bowls! The reason I did not give 5 stars is because every time we go their strawberries are rotten. I mention it to the people working there and they swear it was cut that morning. When you tase it you can tase the rot. This is why probably some reviews people state getting sick. So if you don't like strawberries great place to come! Hope they find a way to preserve their strawberries better. read more
