Yogurt Island was honestly way better than I expected. I've been to plenty of froyo spots over the years, and this place really stood out from the typical Yogurtland-style setup. The selection of frozen yogurt flavors was huge, and the topping bar was on another level. Tons of options, everything looked fresh, and there were actually unique choices instead of the same basic toppings you see everywhere else. The yogurt itself was really good too. Super creamy, flavorful, and not overly icy like some places can be. You can tell they put effort into both the quality and the overall experience. The shop was clean, well-stocked, had friendly workers, and had a great atmosphere. Definitely one of the better froyo places I've been to in a long time. I've been going here since I was a kid and had to take my kids here to taste the nostalgia! The owner is so sweet and offered us samples to try the different flavors before choosing what we wanted. I love how many different topping options they have and how clean she keeps the yogurt knobs and sample spoons since it is self serve. I came here for years when I was walking miles back then. Lol I used to treat myself to some soft serve ice cream/yogurt after my daily walk, but I haven't done that in a while. This place is very decent when it comes to cleanliness and toppings. They have good flavors and its not too expensive. I mainly come with my dogs to treat them out. They had doggy ice cream too but im not sure about today. I didn't go inside since today's treat is for my dogs. My husband got them ice cream and it was fast. I love their vanilla flavor and cheesecake flavor. There is outdoor seating. Its spacious inside and out. This is self served so you get your yogurt and then weigh it. Its pretty chill so service cant be bad. Mainly bc you do everything yourself. My dogs loved the vanilla today and that's what counts lol! read more

This place is trash now. Brought my daughter in on a rainy day. Just the two of us in the place. Girl working comes out from back area. Doesn't greet or smile at us. Just stands leaning against counter. Checks us out and asks if we want our receipt. I respond with a "You're welcome" when she forgets to thank us for our patronage. How is it even possible to give shitty service on a day where you have the opportunity to give better service. We will no longer be coming here. Which is a shame. Very yummy, never had problem and there is always fresh new toppings available and the service is great, usually there is only one person in there (too my knowledge) but they keep it going. the inside is very nice and mostly clean (sometimes there will be a lil bit of ice cream on the table bc of the person that was just there) and there is outside seating too. I didn't appreciate her not accommodating to the usual pink t shirt dress code either, she had on a grey hoodie, how dull. Just like her personality. Cute self serve frozen yogurt place with a little outside patio seating. They had a bunch of different flavors as well as non dairy options. Wow! This yogurt shop is great. They have a ton of different well-stocked toppings. All of the yogurt flavors were working and there were a ton of choices. They even had several different spoon choices and cup designs. This is a perfect spot if you're craving a Dole whip they had the classic pineapple dole whip flavor plus Hawaiian dole whip flavor which was delicious. We've been going here for years. The best yogurt around! They have carob chips & I won't go anywhere without these. But... they used to change out their flavors all the time, but they don't anymore- flavors don't change so can get boring. I really wish they would vary it up. Sad, disheartened, disappointed. My family and I are (were) loyal customers and have gone here multiple times weekly but tonight when my son accidentally dropped his yogurt in line, the worker said he had to pick it up off the ground with his hands, put it back in the bowl and weigh and pay for it. This is just plain mean and humiliating. She said it is the store policy and she gets personally in trouble if she doesn't force customers to do this. She also appeared pretty humiliated by the situation and rightly so. The owner who has obviously implemented this policy should be ashamed, but anyone who forces a kid to pick up his spilled yogurt, place it back in a bowl and weigh and pay for it I can't imagine having consideration for anything but the bottom line- very short sighted because now you've lost about 150$ per week of profits from our family alone. read more

I watched a child touch the tongs and stick it back in the cherries. I did say something politely and the employee yelled at me in front of everyone for saying anything to the other customer. This place was conveniently located and easy find but parking was a bit of a challenge due to the large number of retail stores in the area. Once inside we found a very good selection of flavors and lots of toppings to choose from. Every thing was clean and well stocked. Now for taste... the fresh strawberry was excellent, and pineapple was even better! I'm sure we will be back to sample the other flavors soon. The best tasting frozen yogurt on this side of temecula! Super clean store, always fresh toppings, staff is always very polite and professional. I love all the flavors honestly but I'm really digging the Hawaiian passion fruit, I think is what it's called is super great mixed with pineapple. My husband LOVES the taro he always has to take an extra one home to throw in the freezer. I came again last night during our "covid 19" lock down, and the girl followed us around cleaning everything we touched, switched her gloves multiple times and was very polite! It's fun to try something new, but other times an old favorite (like chocolate or vanilla) just feels right!!! They also have a lot of toppings to pick from, along with the usually candy, nuts, and sprinkles they have this delicious marshmallow pump that comes out looking like whipped cream but tastes like marshmallows!!!
