There was one employee who absolutely made the visit. He was tall with curly black hair and had some of the best customer service I've experienced. He was incredibly polite, had a great sense of humor, and kept joking with me while I was checking out. It made the whole interaction feel welcoming and genuinely fun. I think he was flirting with me but I couldn't tell. I also heard one of his co workers calling him Nick but I couldn't tell if that was his name for sure. You can tell he enjoys talking with customers and knows how to make people smile. Whether he's naturally charismatic or just really good at his job, he definitely made the visit memorable. I opted for the gf Vietnamese Coffee and gf Dulce de Leche topped with chocolate chips and Heath bar toffee bits. It was so good! Our son in law chose the Açaí bowl, which he devoured. Our grandson had chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry-Neapolitan basically with rainbow ribbon, hubby got chocolate & peanut butter with Oreo bits, and our daughter got chocolate & vanilla with chocolate chips. Someone there has a knack for selecting delicious flavors that go well together as well as providing variety that will please most customers. The yogurt is always fresh, cold, and scrumptious! And the toppings are everything you could wish for: such as mochi, chocolate chips, raisins, coconut flakes, sour worms, yogurt bites, chocolate sauce, caramel, strawberries, and others. Occasionally there is a "Bogo" offer courtesy of one of the local advertisements which is hung on our door, and a Yelp "Check-in" discount periodically. We got out of there for around $29. That is a good price for a decadent dessert for 7. They also have a loyalty program. With our first purchase we have already qualified for a free float. First of all, we were warmly greeted by the employees and immediately attracted to the bright, spotless clean interior. We tried a couple flavors and got a pretty wide array for our group. They had several non-dairy options, and about a million toppings. I'm serious, I could have spent a lot longer in there trying for my ultimate combo. Just had the most amazing experience (at the fro-yo level) here. This is a new ownership, we had been to the previous frozen yogurt here. The new owners had left for the day, but the employees were on their game handling the customers to perfection. They did such a great job that I actually asked them if they were the owners. First the frozen yogurt and toppings were of great quality. And I found the cleanliness and organization to be better than other places I go such as Menchies. The price was great as well, and at least for right now, new customers (again to the new ownership) get like 15% off their first visit. Regardless the price was great. They have more variations like waffle cones or red velvet cake to put your frozen yogurt on as well. The atmosphere was improved as well, although I can't pinpoint what made me feel that way. So overall a great place for dessert. Now for the real reason that I'd write a review. Amazing customer service. They handled my routine transaction for my wife and me with efficient ease, that was enough for me to think about giving them a good review. Then a couple with a small child had come in while we were enjoying our treat. After they had spent time deciding what to get and made their 3 yogurts covered with thoughtful toppings, they realized that they had forgotten their wallet and were quite embarrassed. A young lady employee took immediate charge and directed them to enjoy their yogurt. She comforted them telling them that these things happen, and turned their awful moment into a much better one. Even without this unusual event, I was already preparing to write a great review opening Yelp on my phone when it all went down. I would give it less if I could, my wife has breathing problems and is told she shouldn't wear a mask because it is harmful to her lungs. Upon entering the store nothing was said then out of nowhere the lady behind the counter decided she was going to make everyone where a mask my kids are too young for masks and my wife can't I put one on just because I have no reason not to. She was extremely rude and told my wife because of her having breathing issues which have been with her way before COVID was even a thing, she couldn't touch anything. I will not go back and I messaged the owner about it and she could care less about people's health.
