Our favorite treat after having dinner next door at Luna Grill. The employees are very nice and friendly love walking in and they acknowledge us because they remember us. I love how they are patient with us when we want to sample new flavors. The ice cream is always great along with the portions. Our favorite place for a sweet treat or dessert after dinner when we are at the mall. The kids working here are always so patient, polite and helpful. We have never had a single bad experience and they have the most off the wall, crazy and unique flavors. Cookie butter ice cream was on point! Creamy, rich cookie butter flavor, smooth texture...delicious! Service was quick and as first time customers, the worker was really patient with our party for wanting to try a variety of flavors. Their servings are pretty generous so at least you feel like you're getting your money's worth. My only wish was that there were a couple of tables for us to sit and enjoy our ice cream inside the shop. read more

This is a to-go spot as there are no seats inside; only a bench outdoors. Upon entering, there was some hip hop music playing and we were immediately greeted. We tried a few samples and we landed on ube brownie (this was sooo delicious! The ube was pronounced and creamy) and the matcha berry crunch. This was amazing as well... perfect blend of matcha, berry and some white chocolate crunchies. Yummmm! My friend had the mango sorbet and she said it was good. We straight inhaled the ice cream. I tried Afters for the first time today and really enjoyed the ice cream and service! There was only one person working. She was friendly and offered me some samples, which I took her up on. I tried the Biscoff flavor and the milk and cereal flavor but went with the Biscoff since I am a creature of habit when it comes to my ice cream and I like to stick to my usual. They also had some interesting and unique flavors that would've been fun to try, including an ube and a matcha. I asked the employee if they offer any sugar free options and they don't, so that would be great if they could offer that in the future. They do have some vegan options, which is nice. There was no seating indoors but there are some benches outside in the outdoor mall area. Overall, I had a great experience, and would recommend this if you're at the mall! read more

Stopped by after dinner walking back to our car. The selection of small batch handmade ice cream was creative and unique. I had Ube Brownie and was sweet with tons of brownie pieces. This is the first time ive seen Ube paired with anything w texture (brownie). It was delicious, creamy smooth with brownie pieces!! The service is great and they will allow you to sample as many flavors as you like. They obviously like chocolate at this store, as many different types of chocolate based ice creams. My friend had mint brownie and he said it tastes better and better as he ate it. The business appeared clean and no seating inside. Ice cream to enjoy on the go as you walk around the shopping area. Workers are too lazy to clean the milkshake blenders 2 hours before they close so they deny making stuff- we were also told they don't do floats either. Super good!! love the unique flavors they have. my boyfriend got Thai tea ice cream and I got ube with brownie. I loved mine so much. Staff is very friendly, and the place is very well kept, minimalistic, and clean. Prices are fairly high, it was about 20 bucks for the two items I got. One topping was included for each. read more

This is our 5th time coming here over the last few months and every single time they have a new excuse as to why they can't make a milkshake. First time we had no reasoning, second time they were out of milk, third time they're out of cups, last 2 times they said all the blenders were dirty and it would take 35 minutes to wash a blender!! These are some of the laziest employees I have ever met how hard is it to go in the back and wash one blender? They even suggested we go to a different ice cream shop across the mall to get a milkshake! There wasn't a single other person in the store and there were 2 workers. Before our wedding, we had Afters milky buns only once (several years ago too) and that was enough for us to decide to have them cater our wedding. And they were a HIT! Everyone kept talking about them! Some guests visited the ice cream shop the next day to get more and try more flavors! We're from Northern California, so this was a big thing for us We had 68 guests, 2 ice cream flavors, 3 toppings, and 40 milky buns. We probably should've gotten 80 milky buns because of how popular they were, but we had a dessert table too so we were advised not to get more. However, even when we ran out of buns, there was a lot of ice cream still for guests to enjoy Carlos was our main contact from beginning to end, and he was amazing! Gave great suggestions and was able to make wishes come true, like having the Ube Brownie as one of our flavors although it was a limited flavor at the time.
