We have been coming here for about 4 years and every time we come we never leave disappointed, just wanting to try more unique flavors. I tried the popcorn (10/10) and the Lavendar (10/10) my wife had the mango (10/10) and the cucumber (10/10). All the creamy flavors are usually so amazing and the unique flavors like the cucumber or the mango are just so refreshing. The owner is always working super hard and is super friendly and generous and offers samples for any flavor you like. Every time we come in he always just gives us samples when we are browsing the flavors without us asking for samples, so nice and hospitable! He truly is passionate about what he does and it shows in his craft! This time we finally tried the chimney cone, my goodness amazing! Very crispy yet soft and fluffy on the inside. We enjoyed dipping pieces of the pastry into our gelato for an elevated experience. We got the cinnamon sugar flavor and wow we will definitely be getting it everytime. The mint chocolate chip tasted different from the traditional version and I didn't notice any chocolate chips, so I ended up ordering a scoop of the peanut butter in a cup, which tasted just like peanut butter. Amazzzzzzzing gelato!! We tried almost all of the flavors. The lady at the counter was super nice and told us about the gelato and the chimney cones, she was so nice. The food was fabulous!! I love that the flavors are freshly made daily, and you won't find them anywhere else. I was surprised that I liked the Orange Basil and Cucumber, as those are pretty odd flavors for Gelato! I chose a scoop of each for my Golden Glaze Chimney Cake, and I handled the thing like a champ! Some people may say it's "too bready," but I thought the Gelato-Cake ratio was on point. Prices are higher than average, but you can't help inflation, and you are 100% paying for quality. The place is clean and inviting, although it is a bit warm when you step inside. There's a few tables and a couch inside, but they also have a small patio out front. Parking isn't a problem here at all, but it could get a little cramped during the week. I wasn't expecting much when I saw Unique Pastry Factory pop up on Yelp when I was searching for a place to fulfill my "desserts" cravings. It was already a cold day that had my shivering outside, but nothing can stop me from desserts! The interior of the shop was warm and cozy. The owner started giving us gelato samples unprovoked. There were flavors I wouldn't have asked for which blew my mind! The gelato here is truly top notch. The texture is super creamy and it just melts away in your mouth. It was so hard to narrow down which flavor I wanted. In the end, Stracciatella was my winner and I was very close to taking some pints home (but not ideal since we were traveling).
