Just went to Simon's pineapple whip and yogurt. We have come here before but we have never had the yogurt rotten . The coconut yogurt was like kombucha, it had carbonation . The cookies and cream was sour like rotten milk . We had to drive back , I walked it to tell the guy working . He said you have to text the manager. He gave me 951-249-4005 . I texted them but no answer! Great customer service!

Wow, so disappointing. I just spent $12 on a very nasty "frozen yogurt". The texture very watery, it smelled funky, and the taste, I can't describe it. This is honestly super bad. I served salted caramel and chocolate and this stuff did not taste like those flavors. Never going back. I wish this was golden spoon again.

Only giving 2 stars because I do appreciate the flavor selection they have. If it wasn't for that, I would give it 1 star. The toppings that were available looked like they have been set out for days. The popping boba and jellies looked really old and dry. The spoons are cheap popsicle-stick-spoons.. would expect something more sturdier for such a high price tag. Although good, the yogurt was very runny and watery. By the time I got home, I had to leave in freezer for a couple of hours to have the right consistency. Once I was charged and told the price, I was shocked to see that the total was $80!!!!? I got 2 reg size and 1 large (no toppings on any).... I usually pay around 35-45 at other places for the same amount I got here. Ontop of that, I asked to split the bill and the worker told me that they do offer that option. Once I paid, the screen showed the $80 instead of the amount I requested..to which I asked what happened? He then said that he's typically able to set the amount after I tap to pay... instead of trying to find a solution, I was just stared at and told "what's suppose to happen", but not offered a resolution or given a "sorry". I figured the worker is new and couldn't problem solve which is why I just ended up leaving without disputing. I really don't recommend this place and won't be going back. You're really only paying based on the location. Drive a few min more and you can find equally delicious yogurt places at half the cost.

As soon as I entered, an associate came out from the back to wait as I prepared a frozen yogurt concoction. There was a good variety of flavors and toppings to choose from. Although the flavor was average, the customer service I received was excellent! I am in this area often and their light up "OPEN" sign appears to be on no matter what time. Whether it's 2am or 7am. So in case you're wondering if they're open 24 hours, they are not.

The best place ever. This is a hidden gem and I highly recommend coming or it's definitely one of my new favorite snack spots. The toppings are really good and the yogurt is amazing. Cannot find this anywhere else especially places like Yogurtland. I like that the yogurt is very light and fluffy. Staff is also very nice and the atmosphere is so cute. 10000% will return!

This late review was for 2023.09.03 when I had the yoghurt there. The young girl associate back then was very nice to me helping me with different flavours explanation & accepting the payment! Then I said that my name is ALSO SIMON this is why I am here to eat "MY OWN YOGHURT" haha! She then smiled and said that's wonderful! Glad you enjoyed & liked here! Then after getting the pineapple flavoured yoghurt, I then ate it & smiled & went back to my motel~! Ye I stayed in Temecula as a visitor for just 3 days~! read more

Experience: the staff member was welcoming Pricing: $13 with tip. Expect to pay a higher price for your yogurt. My sister bought 3 regular sized servings at paid $50!!? Options: many options including non-dairy and low fat. Our yogurts were watered down. Cleanliness: some machines could use attention as there was melted yogurt on them. read more

I really really hate writing bad reviews but I came in here on a day I was feeling a little down and wanted a pick me up to feel better. I walked into the place and it was empty employee nowhere insight , it was my first time there so I started filling up my cup. I didn't get much just one pull of about four or five flavors. There were zero toppings available. I go to pay and it totals out to be almost $10 for a splash of a few flavors with zero toppings. I was shocked but it's been a while since I've gotten frozen yogurt, so I figured maybe the prices went up. Then after tasting the yogurt I threw it away. I am not a picky AT ALL I will eat anything. But this was the first time I've ever thrown a sweet treat away. I go to another yogurt shop and stack up on yogurt and toppings... $7 and tasted amazing. If you love bad/spoiled frozen yogurt this is the spot. Went in with my friends from San Francisco expecting a nice treat when in reality we got a frosty disaster. My coffee yougurt tasted like fermented wine, I'm talking like a Sangiovese wine. I'm surprised I wasn't carded for the frozen yogurt. And to top it off the employee told me they had just had a health code violation... Me and my group should have never walked through that door. Will not come again! read more

Wow, this place is so bad! As soon as we walked in, we were let known by an employee, who was nice enough, that they were out of chocolate ice cream which was disappointing because that was really the only flavor my kids were looking forward to, but fair enough, sometimes these things happen. After we finally decided on some alternative flavors, we headed over to the topping station that was extremely lacking. There were almost no fun toppings. Almost no candy, No sprinkles, no cheesecake, brownie, or cookie dough bites, no fresh fruit. Finally we sat down and after just the first bite of ice cream, it was thrown out in the trash. Even the ice cream itself was horrible. The vanilla ice cream was not creamy at all. It was icy. I will give them the benefit of the doubt and say maybe we went on an off day? However it was bad enough that we won't ever return. read more

Gross! Gross! Gross! The milks on all of the yogurts was spoiled. Smelled like baby spit up. No refunds and they never answer the phone. There's yogurt and 2 miles a way. In addition, the only cups provided are extra large. They charge by weight. The cup alone cost $2. Total waste of $45. I've made a complaint to the health department. Also, I recorded the sever agreeing with the spoiled milk. read more

I decided to try this place and instantly regretted it. Initially because it was 30 bucks for two yogurts. Which quite frankly is absurd. It's a yogurt shop not extraordinary desserts- which would also be cheaper. Then I decided to try the yogurt and that was worse than the price. The coffee and chocolate flavors tasted more like whiskey and brandy than anything. The vanilla and tart tasted normal and the toppings were decent, but it was all masked by the alcohol taste in the chocolate and coffee flavors. This is sad because the other Simon location in murrieta was great. Still a little pricey, but not as bad, and the yogurt was good. read more

The yogurt is very icy and not creamy at all. The machines barely work. There's even signs saying "keep pumping until ice cream comes out" or something of that variation. It tastes horrible. The toppings were in these crusty see through boxes that looked dusty. Nothing seemed too clean and it kind of smells weird in there. I don't remember how the service was because I was disappointed in everything else. read more

tldr: Do not come here! I will be calling the health department first thing tomorrow. I came in with my partner around 10:30pm today and first, we asked for sample cups but the employee said they no longer offer them due to "sanitary reasons". We were completely understanding of that answer and moved on to the regular cup size. When I dispensed the vanilla, black bits that I can only assume were mold was coming out. I showed the employee and they let me toss it and get a new cup. I moved on to cookies and cream and my partner chose the peach flavor. We paid, walked to our car, and immediately after taking the first bite we walked back in to request a refund. I explained that it tasted unusually sour or rancid but the employee said they don't offer refunds and could only provide the store number to try calling another day. We tossed the cups and left. I will be calling the health department tomorrow morning, especially in light of the other recent negative reviews on Yelp and Facebook with the same complaints of spoiled tasting yogurt. Additionally, it is true that their topping selection is extremely lacking and their prices are too high. read more

My husband and I frequently go out for yogurt and the price typically ranges from about $12-$15 for both cups. We went to Simon's today for the first time and it cost us $38!!! Now that would have been okay with no complaints if it was good yogurt but it was WATERY! The flavors we chose are supposed to be creamy unlike a sorbet. AWFUL AND OVERPRICED! read more

First time in to this shop, we saw the dole whip in the name of the shop & we're excited to come in & try it. Upon walking in it's just like a regular frozen yogurt place. I didn't see any sole whip item except maybe one or two drinks? Kind of a bummer. We got 2 cups of the smaller size & it was $26. Kind of pricey. Inside was cute lots of plushies & island counter type seating. The service was okay, you basically serve yourself so. Overall I thought this place was just average. read more

Cute place. Indoor counters to sit at to eat your frozen yogurt and play games. Lots of outdoor seating and parking. Always giving 25% off coupons and the frozen yogurt is so good! Tons of different flavors and lots of fresh fruit, nuts and candy toppings. Even have pup cups. Open till 11pm. Great place for friends and family with kids to hangout. read more

Not what we were expecting. The whips we ordered had some chunky/ice pieces instead of being completely soft serve like other froyo places. We came here for the dairy-free options but at $0.75 an oz, it is definitely on the pricey side. We asked if we could sample as it was our first time and we were told yes, but employee had to serve it and we could only sample 2 flavors each. Flavors were ok, but didn't taste very natural, more artificial-flavored and sugar-based. Still we decided to purchase floats as they seemed to be more bang for our buck at $8 or $9 each (can't recall the exact amount) Once we dug in to our floats (that are employee-poured) we realized they were swirled with a hollow center, just found it odd that they'd be made like that so it was unexpected. It's a local business so we tried to support but don't think we'll be back. read more

So OVERPRICED & tasted BAD! This place is the worst frozen yogurt shop in Temecula. They had little to no toppings to offer, staff was in the back the whole time, it costed $35 for 2 cups of yogurt, the yogurt tasted sour. Definitely will not be going back here ever again. We had an amazing experience at Simon's Pineapple Whip & Yogurt! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick. The raspberry pomegranate flavor was absolutely delicious, and the passion fruit guava was so refreshing and flavorful. While walking through the mall parking lot I found this on the ground. I then realized there were 100's and 100's of them scattered through the parking lot, most of the ground but some wedged in door handles and on windshields. It looked as though someone stood on the roof of the 5 story parking lot and just threw 1000's of them over the side. Temecula is a clean city. Please find some other way to advertise. read more

The owner is a terrible person who does not pay his employees and for some reason he thinks it's a good idea to litter all over the city. He leaves flyers all around my apartment complex and i somehow get them at my car when im going to the Walmart on Temecula parkway. This dude needs to get a ticket for all the littering he's doing with these stupid flyers and his food and drinks ain't even that good read more

HIGHWAY ROBBERY. I was charged $17.89 for what would be $8 at an honest establishment. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Price gouging like this should be punchable by law. If I was smarter I would have left the crap yogurt on the scale and told them to screw themselves. The owners are probably opening a Learing Center as their next business venture. read more
