My friends and I were celebrating Galentines in Temecula so I was doing some light research on cute little places we could check out. When I found a video about Our Matcha Place I was instantly intrigued by the beautiful pink cafe and when I checked out the menu I was extra excited, the menu looked really great. They have a little parking lot but we were lucky to find parking on the streets. Their matcha is a little bit more costly, ranging from $8.50 and up, but I felt like it was worth it. I opted for the French Madeline with a matcha cold foam and I grabbed the cookie royale, while my other friends ordered the sweet and zesty lemon cookies. The baristas were super friendly and brought our drinks to the table, my friends all really liked their drinks, they have coffee too and I had a sip of my friends latte and oomf it was tasty. My drink was so good, the right amount of sweetness without being over bearing. The cookie royale was delicious so many bits of macadamia nuts and my friends lemon cookie was so good too. I'm not a lemon girly but it was perfect, good texture the right amount of tartness. Our Matcha Place is a pink-themed coffee shop located in Old Town Temecula. It's on the first floor of a wooden building although everything was pink from the walls to the fans to the coasters. I'm glad the place that sells matcha drinks has good matcha. You can tell they care about sourcing and preparation, which makes a big difference in the overall experience. The menu has a nice balance of classic and creative options, so whether you're a matcha purist or looking to try something new, there's something for you. They have boosters too that add around $5 to your drink. My drink with a booster came out to be around $16. I appreciated how well-balanced the drinks were--not overly sweet (can adjust), but still flavorful and satisfying. It can get packed though. My second time here, I noticed they changed the layout of the store a little, it's more clear where to line up and look at menu. The space feels welcoming and thoughtfully designed, making it a great spot to relax or catch up with a friend. The matcha tasted watered down and was pretty underwhelming, especially considering how much people rave about it. It's also quite pricey $9 for a matcha feels like a lot for what I received. The employees were very friendly, which I appreciated. One thing to note: the shop is extremely small. I came in with a stroller (not realizing how tight the space was), and it made the experience pretty uncomfortable. While I was struggling to open the door and get my stroller inside, an older gentleman, who seemed like a regular since his drink was already ready for him, assumed I was holding the door for him and just walked right in ahead of me while I was clearly trying to get inside. It was a pretty awkward moment and no one really acknowledged it. Such a cute matcha spot with a very sweet and welcoming staff. We went on a Sunday afternoon and I was surprised to find I had to wait in a long line to order. I love the concept of this place. Matcha is a thing now and I love that people are getting creative with it. Great service, they bring it out to you. I will say the space is small and I think it has a lot of potential. You have to maneuver around to get to the register. I also feel that making their drinks sweet should be an option, but it's our fault for being selective readers. There's a lot of drinks to choose from so their menu could be overwhelming and the toppings on each drink could be a lot too. I liked the triple berry matcha, it has great flavor but I wouldn't get it with the chocolate shavings. I would come back and try something else and I would recommend people to come try it, but ready the menu thoroughly. The thing I did love tho is the cookie royal !! Was in Temecula for a few days and needed a matcha fix and this was the perfect place. Walking in the place was playing very upbeat chill music and is decked out in all pink visuals. There's plenty of seats if you have a small group to matcha with. We were greeted immediately upon entering and we checked out their extensive matcha menu and I decided on the black sesame hojicha latte with vanilla foam. The people that work there were genuinely friendly and they even brought the drink to me when it was ready! I wasn't surprised how good the drink was. Second time visiting the place & I enjoyed the interaction today more than the first! The older woman today was very helpful & kind, offering different suggestions and options for drinks. Giving the spot 4/5 stars because the drinks are insanely expensive ($33+ for (3) 16oz matcha lattes, but props for their creativity -- you don't often see the flavors they offer at other spots. Also 4/5 because the matcha drinks are very desserty, rather than tasting like an authentic matcha. I think their flavors really overtake the matcha itself, but still very good & on the SWEETER side. Pleasantly surprised how much I liked this place! My boyfriend and I visited on a Sunday morning. We had no problems finding free street parking. There was a short line when we got there but by the time we left the line was out the door! Service was really slow to order, but they were nice. It's a cute shop, all pink. Ok, this place is a perfect example of why certain ethnicities should not be running businesses that specialize in Asian drinks! I was in this area and stumbled across this drink place. Upon entering, my first thought was, "wow, everything is so pink," which I thought was very pretty, but that's the only thing worth highlighting about this disappointing experience. The matcha tasted very watered down, just like many of the other negative reviews mention. This was some of the worst tasting matcha drinks I've ever had, especially compared to all the good matcha shops throughout LA, OC, and SD. Also, the inflated prices on their drinks is absurd, especially for subpar drinks. All these folks rating this place 4 stars and above clearly don't know how good quality matcha should taste. I've been wanting to try this place for a minute! This place is in a tiny shopping center in downtown area. Parking is limited, with only lot, timed, and street parking available. We were able to find a spot in front. You could see the place was busy and popular. Luckily, seating was available inside. I did see there was also seating outside. The line almost reached outside. Inside, was a cutesy, pink, and girly vibe. Everything was pink! The walls, the decor, and merch! It definitely fit a Instagram photo op aesthetic. There were tables and booths available. They have a shelf with shirts, stickers, pins. You could see it from the line, as well as the pastries. They sell scones and cookies. The line was but slow but started moving quickly. I noticed that the baristas were calling out names and bringing the drinks to the ones that purchased. They were friendly and polite. I was surprised, since I had never seen that before. I hadn't seen that in any other cafe. Before long, it was my turn. I believe it was the owner who took it. I got the organic butterfly pea matcha and the cardamom rose water. She asked how sweet I wanted it and if I wanted cold foam. My order came to $21. I went to take a seat. After a bit, our drinks were served. 6/8/25 What an amazing find! Truly a gem of a find, a little bit hidden from the main drag in the middle of Old Town Temecula! It's an adorable & IG worthy type of place to meet friends or hang out to enjoy everything matcha. My friends & I were looking for a place just to chill before meeting up for lunch with the rest of our brunch group. This little shop was perfect. The staff are fabulous, so welcoming & hustling to ensure the customers feel attended to & enjoying their experience. We ordered & were informed that they will deliver it to our table when ready. My friend received her drink but the lady who took the order noticed that they gave her the wrong beverage. She apologized for the mix up and when she returned, she apologized again & brought over some macarons to make up for the mix up. That a nice touch on the establishment's part & it was something we did not expect. It was genuinely a heartwarming gesture. We enjoyed the chill & relaxing vibe. The aesthetics are stunning, modern & chic. There is a VIP lounge towards the back that I guess may be meant for small intimate events that would accommodate about a dozen people (bridal shower perhaps?)- really cute! This has to be one of the best matcha places in Temecula. Their matcha flavor is incredibly strong in their banana cream matcha. However, their drinks are incredibly expensive. After tax and tip, it is almost $30 for two drinks! I think it's highway robbery, but they do add a lot of delicious elements to their drinks. It is located in Old Town Temecula so parking can be difficult. Matcha was pretty good, comparable to matcha I have gotten at Fireproof I would say. However it's the most expensive matcha I've ever bought, with similar matchas in Riverside coming in at $6.75-$8.50 and this matcha coming in at $8-$13. For this reason I got the plain matcha as the flavored ones are more expensive. There are likely no competitors for this quality of matcha in the area and I do believe everything they use is organic which may contribute to price. Super ambiance! I was going an interpreting job in Murrieta and decided to stop by Old Town Temecula on my way back to San Diego. Checked Yelp and found this pink mini paradise with the splashes of the green matcha drinks. I opted for a mushroom coffee since it gives me a lot of energy and need to keep going! Very good drink and beautiful presentation with edible flower and solid ceramic mug equally adorable. The to-go cups are very cute too with the sticker depicting the 2 sisters Leila and Sofia (apologies in advance if there is a wrong spelling here). They are originally from Marseilles in France and I was able to practice a bit of French too! Stellar customer service, very caring that you have their Wi-Fi, that you are comfortable, to make sure you have the menu that has a big variety of drinks. The flowers are the table in pink glass mini vases and pink crochet decor makes me want to take my mom's crocheted stuff and dyed them pink from their original white. This is cute cute place and only a girl on her laptop, yay (no campers;). They have a special room for VIP customers (clever) to hosts parties or just the people who belong to their matcha club. Last time I was here, I decided to venture out of my comfort zone and try the organic sticky date matcha. Something else that I appreciate is that everything is sweetened with monk fruit, especially because my family and I try to limit our sugar intake as much as possible for health reasons.
