This location is in a big shopping plaza, funny enough right next to a Starbucks. Staff was really nice and welcoming! Very relaxed vibe inside with a large seating area. They had a specialty drinks menu which we both ordered from. I got the flower and bee latte and my husband ordered the cherry cream. Both were delicious but I did like the cherry one a little more. The cream top was rich and delicious. They were served in cute glasses. Restroom is located outside and the staff will give you a code. read more

The baristas were super attentive and detail-oriented -- they made sure every single one of our drinks (we ordered eight!) was made perfectly. Cute place and the food/drinks that we did get tasted good but the service is what is getting the one star. They originally brought out half of our order and I asked about our avocado toast, which the employee said would be coming out in 2 minutes. About 20 minutes later, the employee called us up and said that there had been a mistake and the ticket for our avocado toast had just been pushed through and they were making it now. Another 20 minutes later, we still didn't get our avocado toast and we had to leave to be somewhere else as it had been 40 minutes so I ended up asking for a refund for the toast. It was incredibly frustrating to see the employees working on other people's orders who came well after us and not prioritizing ours even though they had messed up. I will not be back. read more

I've had the pleasure of going to another Press location near Winchester (and Trader Joe's), and therefore wanted to check out The Press Espresso + Kitchen. This location was much busier and bigger, offering a lively cafe atmosphere with ample parking and seating options for customers. I was somewhat disappointed with my honey lavender latte as I didn't really taste the lavender much. I realized it wasn't made property after my visit because when I came back a second time and tasted my friends drink, the lavender was more prominent and provided a nice fragrant aromatic coffee drink. Not sure if its just a busy location, but it lacked the personal touch, care, and charm of the Press Espresso Winchester location I fell in love with. I probably won't frequent this one as much as the other location... but Press will always hold a special place in my heart! read more

I hate leaving negative reviews but this matcha was genuinely so awful that I think they should remove it from their menu. It was a muddy grey green and a chalky flavor. I am not even picky when it comes to matcha but this felt really sad for $7. Even Starbucks matcha is better. Cashier was very kind and shop ambiance was nice. This is a super cute coffee shop! I don't spend much time in Temecula so I don't know what the coffee vibes are typically like but this place was great. Staff was super friendly, drinks came out fast and they were really good. My only suggestion is to make sure you get a straw and stir it well because the syrup really settles at the the bottom but other than that it was very tasty. Stop here to pick up two butterscotch shaken cold brews and a cappuccino. A little line to order, but not a big deal. Was able to order after about 5 minutes. I took a seat inside and waited for the coffee while being able to look around the shop. Pretty small seating area, but they make the most of the space available. After a few minutes the coffee was ready to go. The barista made sure to pay attention when I was putting lids on and asked if I wanted a tray so I wasn't juggling three coffees. When we got there we were pleasantly surprised by how helpful the servers were and nice the place looked! This was our first time here. They are located between two buildings. They have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The sizes for their coffee ranges from 12, 16 and 20 ounces (small, medium, large respectively). Their coffee is very delicious but I was most shocked by their vegan pastries! We had a biscoff and banana loaf, blueberry loaf and a strawberry strudel. They were DELICIOUS! Stopped by this coffee shop on the way to San Diego and was not disappointed. Their drinks are definitely on the sweeter side for my taste so I asked for half sweet. The banana foster latte a seasonal drink was amazing as half sweet. It's well balanced and not too overpowering. I got the cardamom matcha and unfortunately the honey settled at the bottom making it difficult to drink. The barista kindly remade the drink and mixed it for me; I would have given this place a 4 stars for the drinks alone since I didn't love this drink: the matcha tasted quite powdery and very sweet but the kind service definitely deserved the extra point. I'm really disappointed with my experience here. I ordered two avocado toasts and both of them came out completely burnt. So burnt that I cut the roof of my mouth trying to take a bite.The toast was so overdone that it tasted bitter and was hard to eat. This is not something you want when you are paying $10 for a piece of toast. I called the shop afterward to see if there was any way they could remake them later that day or even the next day since I had already left and was on my way to school. The barista told me I had to come back right then for them to remake it, which just wasn't possible for me. On top of that, the same barista who took my order didn't greet anyone when they walked in and came across like she didn't care at all. The interaction felt very rude and unwelcoming. Customer service really makes a difference at places like this, and unfortunately this visit didn't reflect that. Drive out to Temecula for some wine tasting, but needed some coffee before the wine adventure started. Saw this place on Yelp and decided to give it a try. WOW! The craft coffee drinks were so different and amazing! The strawberry shortcake was my favorite. Not only was it pretty, but it tasted great. They use tea as the base and I have never had anything like it before. My husband is a coffee person and he enjoyed what he ordered so much that we went back the next day!
