I really like this coffee shop! I got the caramel cold brew 1/4 sweet and it was perfection. We also got a chocolate cookie cold brew and it was delish. It's spacious inside with tables and big chairs that are cozy. The baked goods looked so tasty but we didn't get them. I want to go back for the olive oil cake!
Great coffee, lattes, and food, just not my scene. Stopped by Hush Coffee Roasters and I'll start with the positives--the coffee and food were genuinely solid. Drinks were well made, flavors were on point, and everything came out quick. No complaints at all on quality. That said, the overall vibe just wasn't for me. The shop leans heavily into a Christian theme, and when I was there it felt more like a full-on Bible study environment than a casual coffee spot. Totally fine if that's what you're looking for, but it caught me off guard a bit. There was also a group of Incels nearby having a pretty intense conversation around religion and politics that made the atmosphere feel a little uncomfortable and hard to relax in. Bottom line: great product, just not a place I'd hang out in. I'd definitely come back--but I'd order ahead and take it to go next time.

I ordered the avocado toast and added an egg, delicious! I also drank the decaf coconut latte and that was delicious as well! Cute spot and plan to come back whenever I visit again!
Every time I have come to Hush all the employees provide excellent service and are very helpful with a fantastic willingness to help! Today I tried the Big Brekkie Sandwich with an affogato (vanilla ice cream with shots of espresso - which I really enjoy!), and a coffee cake (made with sourdough starter) with melted butter. A neat thing, the coffee roaster is visible in the dining room.
I stopped by Hush Coffee Roasters with a friend and honestly didn't expect much -- just wanted coffee and a quick breakfast. Turned out to be one of those spots that quietly surprises you. The place itself feels calm right away. Clean interior, soft music, plenty of light. Nothing loud or chaotic -- just a relaxed morning coffee atmosphere. They open early (6am) and it definitely feels like a breakfast-focused place. My friend actually ordered the food, so I still don't know the exact name of the dish. But it looked wild in the best way. Imagine a breakfast sandwich... except instead of bread they use egg. Inside there was turkey, a little bacon, cheese, and this incredible sauce drizzled all over it. That sauce honestly made the whole dish. It tasted like some kind of mustard-based house sauce, but not straight mustard. Something smoother, slightly sweet, and really balanced. I also tried the iced maple espresso and that drink alone is worth mentioning. Smooth, not overly sweet, and actually refreshing. Small moment that stood out: I first asked to sit outside. The employee brought the food out there without hesitation. A few minutes later it got a little hot in the sun, so I asked if we could move inside instead. No problem at all -- he picked everything up and moved it inside for us with a smile. Little things like that matter. Total for two people came out to $43, which honestly feels completely normal for California -- especially for fresh, clean breakfast food like this. Good atmosphere. Friendly staff. Great food. Easy 5 stars. Definitely planning to come back and try more of the menu.

Hush Coffee Roasters in Murrieta is such a gem. I popped in on a Saturday and immediately felt right at home. The vibe in here is so good, lots of natural light coming through the windows, plenty of seating, and just a really cozy relaxed feel you won't find in other coffee shops. The staff were super friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I got the Iced Matcha Latte with oat milk and the Deviled Egg Toast, and both were so good. Everything got brought right to my table after I ordered at the counter which was nice. The matcha was light and refreshing and the toast was seasoned perfectly, not bland, not too salty, just right. I also have a pretty sensitive stomach and I felt totally fine afterwards which says a lot. They use clean seed oil free ingredients and you can really tell the difference. Oh and they roast their own coffee beans in house and sell bags to take home too which is cool. Honestly just an all around great spot. The food, the drinks, the atmosphere, the people, it all comes together really well. I'm definitely going back to try more things on the menu!
If you're ever in the area, here's a must try coffeehouse that will brighten your morning and brighten your day. My hostess was Robin. She has amazing energy, perfect for the am. What a way to start the morning!!! Robin also assisted me with perfecting my Dirty Matcha one of my favorite drinks. She gave me the hack on how to make it taste good. I was truly grateful. I really enjoyed the taste of beverage and the wonderful ambience at Hush. Must try if you're in the area.
Very cute and clean coffee shop. I wanted to try their matcha latte, which was ok. You can tell the quality of the drink just by the color and I typically prefer a more matcha forward drink. I did appreciate that it's not already sweetened and you can ask to customize that. Their other coffee drinks looked really good though so I might stick that next time. The hot food they offered was good if you wanted a light breakfast or snack. They also had baked goods which I might want to try the next time as well. There's quite a few tables inside which is nice since most coffee shops have 3-4 tables max inside.
I got an espresso. It has a decent layer of crema and relatively thin body. I tasted dark chocolate bitterness and mild acidity but the strongest notes were burnt, possibly just a darker roast but could have been over extracted. 2/5. Would probably make a better latte than a straight espresso.

My office decided to shop local and try something new so we opted for Hush. My coworker went to pick up our drinks, and mine was an iced matcha latte with brown sugar syrup and vanilla cold foam, no ice because I have sensitive teeth and I like my matchas creamy too. Noticed that there was significant room in my cup when it finally arrived and you can't tell me it's the cold foam "melting", the baristas intentionally failed to fill my cup, apparently because I ordered no ice. As you can see, I didn't drink out of it prior to the picture else there would be foam on the side and lid. Aside from my cup being short; my matcha didn't taste like it had brown sugar in it either All I can say, is that we scratched this off our list of local coffee shops to try and won't be returning. read more

This review is long overdue. Last year I was in a hunt for a local roaster to start shopping locally instead of the online subscriptions. I am glad to stumble upon this gem of a family owned shop. Been coming here since December as I really loved all the different roasts that I have tried. But the best part is how they treat their customers. Last May I dropped by late in the afternoon past 5 PM knowing they closed at 4 PM. I was just trying my luck hoping they will let me grab a bag. I felt bad as they were already closed for the day but Jason and Robyn didn't hesitate to unlock the doors and allow me to buy a bag of my favorite beans "Chiapas" even when the cash register is already turned off. As always the beans were freshly roasted. The shop features ample seating if you elect to dine in. But because this place is well loved in the community, it can get packed, a good sign of well run coffee shop . Great ambiance and all around great vibes. Stopped by on the way to San Diego for a drink. I arrived 10 minutes before closing and was greeted and my order taken right away. I ordered a latte, the bells and whistles, with oat milk. When I received it I was confused why there was separation in the drink. I was told that they use oat milk made of just oats, water, sea salt and vanilla bean- No seed oils "won't cause inflammation". Never in my life have I wanted seed oils so badly! The latte was ruined and I paid $8 for this. I wish I would have been told what kind of oat milk they use before hand. I would have ordered something completely different. The space is big and clean. It's a Christian establishment in case that influences your choice. read more

Chill spot to grab coffee and some food. I tried the seasonal banana bread matcha. The matcha flavor is on the lighter side but the banana bread aspect was really good. We also tried the breakfast sandwich which was great. The sourdough bread is great. read more

This is the first time I have ever been here. I love the bible quotes on the sweaters. I got the avocado toast with ricotta. It was so creamy and perfectly fluffed. The honey is super sweet, I loved that they put the perfect amount of drizzle so that it's not overly saturated. There's a good amount of salt on top for a perfect balance. I had the vanilla latte, it was good but I do prefer it a little more strong, so next time I will order extra shots of expresso. Be sure to come here on a weekday because it can get quite busy on the weekends. I came here on a saturday and I got an amazing deal on a Christmas sweater for $20 from coveted cloth. Mandatory coffee break during wedding intermission activities Drink: First, the Dutch Cold Brew was a secret menu suggestion from the barista. It had a cookie butter base with chocolate. Absolutely delicious and not overly sweet. The Dubai Chocolate Cold Brew tasted similar; we were taste testing the differences but nothing too striking. My favorite choice was the Dutch Cold Brew! Service: it's a family owned business. Their son was running the register who was kind, attentive to our questions and welcoming. They even brought the drinks to our table with a gracious smile. I ordered a baklava flavored coffee, regular latte, chocolate chip cookie, and chocolate chip banana bread. All were amazing. The owner served us and was so friendly. There was enough seating with comfortable chairs. They are even dog friendly. I highly recommend this place if you're passing through Murrieta and are looking for great coffee, treats, and family style service, check this place out. You won't be disappointed. read more
Coffee surely had me wide awake and tasted delish! Don't get me started on the cookie and banana bread because I'm craving it again but they are already closed for the day. Service was spectacular. The husband helped us at the register and told us about how his wife makes all the baked goods, which made me want to try their cookie and bread. Hush has only been open about a month. Apparently that already makes me 'late to the game' so to speak. It was full! The shop is gorgeously decorated with tile, wood, and leather combining into a modern and laid back aesthetic. It's also ADA friendly. You'll place orders at the counter. Then be seated if eating in. Ordered the Carmel Cove coffee both hot and iced. It was delicious both ways with hits of salt at the end. The Carmel flavor was just right! There were several other options that also looked yummy. When it comes to food, Hush is all-in on clean, organic offerings! No seed oils here. (Love to see that!) There are also locally sourced ingredients in the way of sourdough and hand soaps in the merch area. First impressions were strong. 10/10 read more

Great new coffee spot here in Murrieta. Family owned and very spacious. Neutral decor and friendly faces. Glad I came in to try after getting my car washed. What a treat talk about a flavorful bean. Definitely can taste the difference. I tried an iced baklava breve so delightful able to customize it the way you like I got half sweet with no caramel. Perfect taste of pistachio. Definitely coming back to try more flavors. read more

Decided to check this new place out and had a pleasant first visit. The wife and I tried a few items. The big brekkie sandwich - egg, ham, turkey, bacon, cheese, avocado, house spread, greens ( I ordered extra turkey for 1.50 and it made the sandwich so huge. It was 70grams of protein. They use quality meats they slice themselves in house.) if you are hungry get this for sure - $14, 4/5 stars Iced caffe cola - basically a coke espresso tonic with cream. So delicious and creamy. If you are adventurous and live to explore what quality coffee can be this is a good one to try. I'm a huge fan of espresso tonic ice and this is a tasty not too sweet treat. It's similar to a coke float if that helps. $6, 4/5 stars. Affogato - espresso on top of vanilla gelato- creamy espresso goodness.$6.50, 5/5 stars The owner walked over to make sure my sandwich was good, since they just opened and haven't added extra meat added to a sandwich before. He said most people don't finish the normal one. It's a great sandwich but I also split/shared mine with my wife. So we made it through and it was delicious to say the least. I will have that again but I will be trying more menu items to come. The hospitality was superb. The atmosphere is inviting and bright. All in all you should try this place out a couple of times to try your usual coffee and try some new ones and open yourself to the world of coffe read more
Cute, modern, yet comfy welcoming vibe. Artisan food made without seed oils! Walk up counter and seat yourself. Cashier and barista were super welcoming, friendly, and sweet. This is a locally owned and operated business. The food was delicious! You can tell they use quality ingredients and take care in preparing the food. No shortcuts here! Sourdough bread is made in micro batches. The Mexican Mocha was perfect in both iced and hot versions. Loved the sweet and salty ricotta toast! Not something I've ever had but it sounded really interesting. I'll be ordering that again for sure. The Big Brekkie Sandwich was as described! Big enough for 2 and so delicious.
