The phone number for that company cannot be found. They do not respond to contact messages on their website messaging or emails. There was zero customer service- it just doesn't exist with Pacific Coast coffee after MULTIPLE attempts of emails & messages via their website. We received the wrong order and there is no way to contact for correction over weeks now! I am correcting my review based on an email response Temecula coffee roasters who committed to helping me resolve this problem as the shipper/supplier of the coffee that I ordered from Pacific Coast coffee. After drinking the coffee I felt like a mental clarity. I thought nah I am just hyped on caffeine but it was seriously delicious and guilt-free. On top of that the cookie was pretty amazing! I see protein cookies often but only had tried one other prior to this. It wasn't chalky as I experience with many of my protein enhanced foods. It was smooth and easy chew. It didn't crumble as soon as I bit into it or opened the package... needless to say I enjoyed it. Overall the atmosphere that Alexis creates in addition to the tasty treats I give SilverHeart 5 stars! The customer service was incredible and I was extremely impressed by the energy and good vibes I got as I waited to be served. I'll for sure return!

This location is in a big shopping plaza, funny enough right next to a Starbucks. Staff was really nice and welcoming! Very relaxed vibe inside with a large seating area. I am glad to stumble upon this gem of a family owned shop. Been coming here since December as I really loved all the different roasts that I have tried. But the best part is how they treat their customers. Last May I dropped by late in the afternoon past 5 PM knowing they closed at 4 PM. I was just trying my luck hoping they will let me grab a bag. I felt bad as they were already closed for the day but Jason and Robyn didn't hesitate to unlock the doors and allow me to buy a bag of my favorite beans "Chiapas" even when the cash register is already turned off. As always the beans were freshly roasted. The shop features ample seating if you elect to dine in. But because this place is well loved in the community, it can get packed, a good sign of well run coffee shop . Great ambiance and all around great vibes. As you can see, I didn't drink out of it prior to the picture else there would be foam on the side and lid.
