That felt dismissive and uncomfortable. The owner's response of "we're not for everyone and that's ok with us" came across less like accountability and more like not caring about a customer's experience. Mistakes happen -- that's understandable -- but how they're handled matters. What especially stood out to me was being told "sorry you felt you had a bad experience," because I didn't just feel like I had a bad experience -- I did. For a business centered around "nutrition," it's disappointing to feel like concerns about ingredients and what's actually in the drinks are brushed off. I love supporting small businesses, but finding one that's family-owned and consistently exceptional is rare. What started in a couple's garage has grown into a cozy coffee shop with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The best part is the owners. The husband is a chef who makes incredible breakfast burritos and empanadas, served with the most amazing homemade salsa. The wife creates all of the delicious coffee drinks and specialty beverages, and everything I've tried has been outstanding. The quality, hospitality, and passion they put into their business truly set them apart. We received the wrong order and there is no way to contact for correction over weeks now!
