i kind of had my hopes high for this. and maybe i just need to try again next time. my first visit i ordered iced cinnamon caramel latte, nutella croissant and cake scraps. they were a little bit of delay in service, but no biggie. was alot of seating inside and some outside. well lit and clean. I went on a thursday noon. so it was not crowded. there were plenty of parking. overall I'd say food and drinks were ok. the food was okay though I dont think i will be ordering that cake scraps again. Upon arrival we received a warm reception and ordered a couple of drip coffees , a Lemon Strawberry Scone and a Chai Tea Cupcake. The scone was tasty and the cupcake was adequate to say the most, but the huge surprise was the cost of the pastries for mediocre products. My cupcake was a third of the size of a normal cupcake, two thirds of this tiny thing was frosting, and it was like $5. I was not fond of the coffee because it was sour and cream couldn't rescue it. Being a lemon lover, I had to try this new gem in town. It's a bit smaller and I was surprised how packed it was for a Saturday after 11am. My drink was a tea and I could taste every flavor it included. It was very refreshing. I just wish I could of got a bigger size. My quiche was sooo good. Lemon and leeks with a flaky crust. I would buy a full size of that. I took one star off because like I said its smaller inside, and most of the seating is meant for two besides one larger booth in the back. I've visited this bakery a few times and it never disappoints! Their baked goods are incredible! The artichoke focaccia is amazing, as well as the cinnamon roll. I've been here twice and it hasn't disappointed! I think they changed their packaging on the drinks bc they are now served in glass cups (if you're eating there) rather than plastic cups. Nonetheless, the drink quality is very good and the pastries are wonderful (especially the pavlova when they have it). Service is also very sweet. The only reason why I docked one star is because both times it has gotten so loud to the point my friend and I had to leave because we couldn't hear each other at all. Along with a vanilla latte. The latte was made well and not overly sweet, which was perfect in my book. It paired well with the sweet rolls. The yellow tables and chairs outside caught my attention when I went to interpret to a medical center just next to this coffee shop/bakery. So I had to enter and give it a try! I saw on their Instagram videos that they served quiche, which I wouldn't have known from initially ordering at the pastry case because the menu listing the food items is at the register, as is the handcrafted drink menu. I ordered the cardamom orange brioche, which I was told by the owner is a favorite among customers, as is their cinnamon rolls. I also ordered the lemon leek feta quiche and a hot brown sugar vanilla latte. I agree with a previous Yelper that the quiche is on the smaller side, but was good. I was told that the syrups are made in house for their lattes and the brown sugar vanilla latte I had was good, not too sweet, which I like. The owner was taking orders and was very pleasant.
