Tried this spot for the first time, I had seen a lot of reviews on TikTok! Inside looked really clean and cute! The owner was very polite and friendly, her customer service was excellent! I was very excited to hear they make their in house oatmilk! I ordered a oatmilk matcha with honey sweetener! And she was very nice by adjusting the sweetness level! I tried the strawberry matcha latte and I was pleasantly surprised! very smooth high quality matcha, not too sweet, and slightly tart strawberry puree. if I had to nitpick, I thought there was a little too much strawberry, since it kind of overpowered the matcha flavor. I could not have imagined that banana and coffee could go so well together! The brow sugar latte was my wife's choice and she thought it was very good. I highly recommend this place. Ann is super nice and all the staff here is purely amazing. I was fortunate enough to experience her drinks and fin shaped croissants, let me tell you they're delicious. My favorite drink so far has to be the Vietnamese coffee with Banana pudding top. Opening Day! Love supporting local businesses and had to try this one on opening day. I brought my patience just in case there were some kinks in service but everything went smoothly! The cashier was friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and was efficient in taking our order. The coffee was SOOOOO good!! I ordered the Classic Vietnamese Iced Coffee topped with Taro (Ube) Cold Foam. Totally worth the $0.75 upgrade! The hubby had the Salted Honey Latte and said it may be his new favorite in town! Definitely going back to try the rest of the menu. They have cookies and pastries (both savory and sweet!). Oh and they make their almond and oak milk IN HOUSE fresh everyday!!! As a Vietnamese American and coffee aficionado. I can relate to the owner's personal story where I grew up with my dad making Vietnamese coffee in the mornings. So of course I had to try the Vietnamese coffee. I am a huge fan of their sweet cream corn latte because it's not too sweet (the ultimate Asian compliment). In regard to the fin's Vietnamese coffee, the chicory flavor does stand out a lot. So if you are expecting more of a strong bold coffee flavor, the chicory does over take it and it may not taste as you were expecting. I did try mines with the taro cream which I thought gave the Vietnamese coffee and chicory flavor a good balance. I also tried the marble Vietnamese coffee with sweet corn cream which the marble is just more milk so the Vietnamese coffee isn't as strong. The chicory flavor does still stand out even diluted with milk so just keep that in mind. If you are not used to or do not like the chicory flavor then I recommend ordering a latte. The sweet cream corn latte is still my personal favorite and top choice. I think that everyone has their own personal taste buds and preference. With that said, they do have a sign that says if your drink isn't perfect they would love to remake it for you. The owner and the girls working there are so nice. You can see them working so hard on everyone's orders. They recently opened I don't even think it's been 2 weeks and every time I've gone they have been busy with customers. It does take time to make the drinks and food so just sit back and relax. They have coffee shop music playing. You could read a book or play a game. If you are in a hurry, it might not be the best time to stop by if they are busy. Keep in mind this is a small local business and not Starbucks. Personally I am not a fan of Starbucks drinks or food but only go there when I have no time because I can order ahead on the app for pick up when I'm in a hurry. However, those are desperate times and a lot of times I'd rather go without coffee. Then go to a local coffee shop when I do have time so that I can enjoy it. read more

Feeling really excited about this new spot. Super close to my house, their hours actually make sense to be able to stop by early in the morning - even on a weekend! The Fin Coffee serves both coffee, tea, and matcha beverages and savory and sweet taiyaki croissants. Ann informed us that the their Coconut Cloud Matcha is very popular. Our party enjoyed that drink. My boyfriend and I opted for an iced matcha latte with reduced sweetness. On our return trip, we also tried their Vietnamese coffee with the matcha and corn cream toppings. I enjoyed all of their drinks, but I was disappointed that you cannot adjust the sweetness for their Vietnamese coffee since the coffee is pre-made. Their Vietnamese coffee is on the sweet side, which is typical for Vietnamese coffee. Their matcha is okay. Ann said that they use four grams of matcha, so their matcha drinks should be stronger than other shops. Overall, their drinks are solid. read more

I love authentic Vietnamese cafe sua da and it's rare to find one that taste like in Vietnam or in Orange County area. Orange county has variety of coffee shops. One of my favorite coffee spot is Phins coffee. So when I came across this place inspired by phin coffee I was so excited to try it out. I stopped in today. The place is fairly new. Decor is simple. Small and narrow with alot of customers coming in and out. Quite busy around 10 AM . Wait time for the coffee was about 10 to 15 minutes, which I think wasn't too bad for for that many customers . I ordered the simple Vietnamese, cafe sua da and cream on top. I have to say .. I was disappointed . The coffee wasn't what I expected to be. The flavor wasn't that in depth of a Vietnamese coffee it's more of like an espresso like Starbucks. Maybe this place is still quite new and the worker doesn't quite get it the recipe?! I don't know. Personally I didn't care for the matcha latte because it leaned more on the vegetable side and I prefer my matcha on the sweeter side and more of a balanced taste.
