I saw this place featured on Go Wildomar's Instagram and immediately got excited when I saw they had a banana pudding latte. As a banana pudding lover, I knew I had to give it a try, and I was not disappointed. A lot of places attempt the banana pudding flavor but don't quite nail it. This place absolutely did. The latte had the perfect balance of banana and creamy sweetness without being overpowering. I paired it with a ham and cheese croissant, which was shaped like an adorable little fish. It was flaky, buttery, and packed with flavor. My only minor complaint would be that it could use a little less cheese--it definitely delivered an impressive cheese pull! Cozy little cafe tucked in a shopping plaza. There's quite a bit of decent seating inside and the place is really cozy. Service has always been nice and quick, and sometimes lines can be a little long. Everything is made to order, but wait times aren't that long - maybe 5-15min depending on how many people were ahead of you. The matcha and Vietnamese coffee here is 10/10. This is probably my new favorite cafe. You can tell the quality of the coffee and matcha just by the color! Sipping it just proves it! Coming from being spoiled with countless cafes in Orange County, this place is great! I love the matcha drinks I've had so far. Don't judge the corn matcha latte until you've tried it! Got the banana pudding matcha and banana pudding latte both half sweet. The matcha was still too sweet for my liking even after asking for half sweeter (I tend to like things on the less sweet side) the coffee was perfect though. The Vietnamese coffee is unique; it is strong, with a robust, somewhat smoky undertone, very pleasantly accented by the foam custard topping. I got the banana pudding custard foam and it was awesome! I could not have imagined that banana and coffee could go so well together! The brow sugar latte was my wife's choice and she thought it was very good. We had the cinnamon and Nutella fish shaped croissants- they are a unique and delicious treat, totally worth trying! If my review were only for the coffee and croissants I'd give it five stars. But i also have to take the ambience i to consideration. It is nice- but the industrial basic tile floors the stark lighting leave a bit to be desired. Opening Day! Love supporting local businesses and had to try this one on opening day. I brought my patience just in case there were some kinks in service but everything went smoothly! The cashier was friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and was efficient in taking our order. The coffee was SOOOOO good!! I ordered the Classic Vietnamese Iced Coffee topped with Taro (Ube) Cold Foam. Totally worth the $0.75 upgrade! The hubby had the Salted Honey Latte and said it may be his new favorite in town! Went to The Fin Coffee which used to be a Smoothie/Acai bowl spot before. I walked in and saw a good amount of customers ordering and dining in which is always a good sign. The staff was friendly and greeted me kindly. The interior was nice, long and spacious and have a nice table in the back to sit at. I ordered the Marble Viet with oatmilk and half sweet, I want to say the nice girl who took my order was Phoebe, I could be wrong. She confirmed the Vietnamese Iced Coffee was premade (which is a pretty much an industry practice so that's all good) but they could add oatmilk to tone down the sweetness, I said great. I also ordered the corn latte for my mom the same way. My mom's coffee was delicious and nice. Now coffee...... it was t****ble. It tasted h****ble, no balance in flavors and chemically. It tastes like they used oatly, an oatmilk I really don't like the taste of. It was undrinkable, it didn't have that taste of Vietnamese iced coffee. I tried the strawberry matcha latte and I was pleasantly surprised! very smooth high quality matcha, not too sweet, and slightly tart strawberry puree. if I had to nitpick, I thought there was a little too much strawberry, since it kind of overpowered the matcha flavor. I don't know who gave this place a low rating, probably a Starbucks drinker, but it is AMAZING! Been 3 times in 2 weeks already. Been open for 3 months and wish I knew about it earlier. As a Vietnamese American and coffee aficionado. I can relate to the owner's personal story where I grew up with my dad making Vietnamese coffee in the mornings. So of course I had to try the Vietnamese coffee. I am a huge fan of their sweet cream corn latte because it's not too sweet (the ultimate Asian compliment). In regard to the fin's Vietnamese coffee, the chicory flavor does stand out a lot. So if you are expecting more of a strong bold coffee flavor, the chicory does over take it and it may not taste as you were expecting. I did try mines with the taro cream which I thought gave the Vietnamese coffee and chicory flavor a good balance. I also tried the marble Vietnamese coffee with sweet corn cream which the marble is just more milk so the Vietnamese coffee isn't as strong. The chicory flavor does still stand out even diluted with milk so just keep that in mind. If you are not used to or do not like the chicory flavor then I recommend ordering a latte. The sweet cream corn latte is still my personal favorite and top choice. I think that everyone has their own personal taste buds and preference. With that said, they do have a sign that says if your drink isn't perfect they would love to remake it for you. The owner and the girls working there are so nice. You can see them working so hard on everyone's orders. They recently opened I don't even think it's been 2 weeks and every time I've gone they have been busy with customers. It does take time to make the drinks and food so just sit back and relax. They have coffee shop music playing. You could read a book or play a game. If you are in a hurry, it might not be the best time to stop by if they are busy. Keep in mind this is a small local business and not Starbucks. Personally I am not a fan of Starbucks drinks or food but only go there when I have no time because I can order ahead on the app for pick up when I'm in a hurry. However, those are desperate times and a lot of times I'd rather go without coffee. Then go to a local coffee shop when I do have time so that I can enjoy it. read more

This spot is a hidden gem! It is very unsuspecting on the outside. It's is in a busy shopping center. There is plenty of parking. It is bright and cheerful on the inside, with its white wall and framed pictures. There is cute merch like shirts, mugs, coffee, and matcha. There are Christian motifs like bible verses on sweaters and on the wall. There is also a little book shelf for reading and a gratitude wall. You are able to write what you are grateful for and hang it on the wall with a ring and put a string though it. I thought that was very nice. There is limited seating. There was a few people inside and as more time went on, more and more people came in. The front counter had laminated menus and a pastry shelf with chocolate chip muffins. When it was time, I ordered an original açaí bowl and was able to switch the almond butter to peanut butter. I asked the cashier about the corn cream latte, since I was curious about it. She explained that it basically corn cream foam on top of a latte. She asked if I wanted to taste it. I said yes and she gave me a plastic spoon with the foam. It tasted exactly like the creamed corn. I didn't really like it but I can get understand why some might like it. I decided on a hojicha which is like a roasted matcha latte. It came around to $22 with tip that I added. Cashier asked if I wanted to join the rewards program for points. It's cool they have that. My order did take a bit since it did get busier but I didn't mind. My name was called and I asked for a lid since I was taking it to go. The barista seemed surprised by my request. Have visited a couple times, even when it's busy the drinks are made very quickly which I love. My go to is always the matcha with banana pudding which is always amazing but you have to be very specific about how you want your drink. They have the option of maple or honey sweeteners so I'd suggest a matcha with oat milk and maple and add the banana pudding (the perfect order) My boyfriend has gotten the matcha with matcha foam and it was pretty bitter and it had some chunks of matcha so it wasn't that enjoyable. Our party enjoyed that drink. My boyfriend and I opted for an iced matcha latte with reduced sweetness. On our return trip, we also tried their Vietnamese coffee with the matcha and corn cream toppings. I enjoyed all of their drinks, but I was disappointed that you cannot adjust the sweetness for their Vietnamese coffee since the coffee is pre-made. Their Vietnamese coffee is on the sweet side, which is typical for Vietnamese coffee. Their matcha is okay.
