And we will remain loyal customers because the product has always been great and the customer service has been friendly. We live in Murrieta So we frequent the Murrieta location Several times a week. Unfortunately over the past few months almost Every time we place our order of a 20 oz latte we get handed The 12 oz they usually are quick to Apologize and make our drinks again. However today once again we ordered the 20 oz and received the 12oz...when we brought this to the manager on duty I was told that I was charged for 12 oz...and would have to pay the difference for them to be remade. I recieved NO APOLOGY from manager and when I asked What I needed to do to recieve the correct order I was told I should double check the order to make sure they didn't make a mistake... apparently I work here...? the manager rolled her eyes when I asked why I NEEDED double check the order. She eventually resolved the issue after I suggested she give me a coffee token as I no longer had time to be rung up for the additional charge or to wait for then to remake my drinks btw...all this in front of other customers... It should be noted that the young lady who took our order independently offered to remake our order and apologized for her mistake. An example her manager on duty should emulate. read more

I found this place just walking by exploring the small quiet town. Vibe: cool shady outdoor seating along the side walk lined with white tea roses. Wandered inside, the aroma of coffee luring me in. The baked goods in the case look delicious and well crafted. They offer a few vegan options- exciting find: chocolate Oreo frosted donut or chocolate with rainbow sprinkles, a vegan mini frosted carrot cake loaf made with almonds (not walnuts, yah!) and two kinds of sliced quick bread loaves: blueberry and cinnamon biscoffee. I order a choc donut and a carrot cake to go...a little treat and calorie splurge for Mother's Day! As for drinks...they offer the standard menu. One was irresistible to me today: Vegan Tiramisu "Almond milk" Latte, what a treat. Nice presentation, good balanced flavors, served at perfect ready to drink won't burn your tongue temperature, served in a thick amber glass with soft creamy foam topped with a land finger dusted with cocoa. Delicious, all I hoped it would be for a tiramisu lover's palate to be satisfied. Fast friendly people, including the locals who were welcoming. Comfortable soft black leather chairs to sink into next to tiny round cafe tables with Mable tops on black base...so cafe chic. I like the black and white contemporary decor, B&W large framed photography on the walls, good up tempo music. They have bar stool seating if you like watching barista's in action. There is two sides on seating in the cafe, the non-bar side has brick covered walls and a big brown leather couch to lounge in. This is a cute and spacious coffee shop. They have lots of drinks to choose from and good desserts. The service is fine. They do get pretty busy. I love to sit outside on a nice day. The avocado toast is amazing and so is the hibiscus rose iced tea. My friend really likes their blueberry muffin. My other friend loves their Matcha and we just love to hang out there and talk outside. What a wonderful surprise to find our favorite coffee shop in Temecula has multiple locations. Our lattes were ridiculously delicious. The staff was friendly, helpful and very attentive. Special shout out to the barista on Saturday late morning. She was crushing drinks and still checked in with the people waiting instead of just ignoring them. Little things like that make a big impact on customers. Our kids devoured their croissants. They have gluten free treats available at the register as well. This location has a large room around the corner from where the drinks are being made. Perfect to do some work or meet up with friends. I absolutely love The Press Espresso! I normally visit the Winchester location, but I was in the area for work and needed my caffeine fix and they did not disappoint. The Coffee Cake Latte is hands down my favorite thing ever. It is perfectly balanced, cozy, and just so good every single time. This location was much bigger inside than I expected, and it was packed, which says a lot. The only challenge was parking. The small lot behind the shop was completely full and it was a bit tricky finding a spot. I am not sure if there is a secret parking situation nearby, but plan a few extra minutes just in case. I usually come here when my dog is at the groomers. I had the avocado toast with tomatoes and balsamic. The service is always good and I like coming here because it is quaint and love the decor. There is different types of seating areas in the house and there is regular seating in the front and that back of the cafe. There is also baked goods, quiche, and sandwiches. Earlier today I ordered the matcha latte as I normally do and today it tasted grainy and chalky. Maybe it was a bad day, or they were busy, or just weren't paying attention to my drink. Wow what can I say. We have 2 young kids and only come here in the weekends to visit family. Probably been here 100+ times and always order 5+ drinks each time, usually solo. My husband and I LOVE The Press. The only thing we don't like about The Press are the other customers. Lol. Let's just say we realize we are not the demographic that you mostly see if you come here. But we gladly ignore disapproving looks occasionally to come here and get our iced mocha and iced mexican mocha and pastries. Heck, we'll even sit down and eat them right there and talk to each other! The service here is excellent, the staff is great- they are always so busy but handle it gracefully and we have never felt unwelcome by anyone who works here. Personally, we love the ambiance. We wanted to try a new coffee shop over the weekend, so I went in with my husband and our two daughters. I immediately loved the setup and the vibe of the shop. It was beautiful inside. While ordering at the counter and asking for drink recommendations, the lady who rang up our drinks made an unnecessary and inappropriate comment about my family. I am brown-skinned, and one of my daughters has a lighter complexion with ginger features. The barista questioned whether both of my daughters were actually my husband's and mine. The comment was completely uncalled for and made me very uncomfortable. As a parent, no one should ever be questioned about their children or family in that way. Although I left a tip out of habit in the moment, I later realized how inappropriate the interaction was and felt increasingly upset while waiting for our drinks. I did reach out by email to share this experience but never received a response. I'm writing this review so other families, especially those who may not all look alike, are aware. I was visiting an old friend in Temecula, and after having some food, we decided to stop by here for some coffee. Being the coffee connoisseur that I am, I was hoping that this place would serve a decent cup of joe and maybe some decent pastries. This place definitely met my expectations. I got an iced coffee, and paired it with a cinnamon roll. The coffee was smooth, and it packed a punch. The cinnamon roll was delicious. It had the right balance of ingredients, delicious but not overly sugared. This cinnamon roll beats the cinnabon rolls I used to have years ago. The ambience is pretty chill. There were mainly decent locals either working on their laptops or having a conversations with family or friends. The place is kept clean, and the workers are friendly and efficient. There is one restroom, and there was no wait to use it. The place has plenty of seating, and has a front and back entrance which allow plenty of sunlight and fresh air. This is a great coffee shop. Why does this place have to be as good as it is??? I come here every week or two for fresh beans. They pull so smooth and creamy on my espresso machine. Not to mention the drinks they sell are AMAZING. There was a point where I was going 3-4 time a week. Most notable is the Thai coconut espresso and the tiramisu. I do say that for myself, I have to add a shot because the larger in drinks you go you're only getting more milk but they make there flavors in house so everything is a treat. Wanted to bring my husband here after a pretty good first experience at the location off Ynez. This was not it for us. The service was far below subpar, no greeting, not warm, friendly nor welcoming. Parking here is the pits, it felt like a sauna with the heater running while it was already 85° outside. The food took a bit after we received our coffees, which neither were very tasty compared to the other location and we were both sweating sitting inside drinking our iced coffees. An extra star added because the turkey panini was yummy even with my lackluster over toasted, hard breaded, avocado toast. $30 for two small coffees and breakfast was not worth this visit.
