It is very tidy, tastefully furnished and decorated. I was warmly greeted by Emily, who helped me decide by explaining the different types of coffee. It wasn't hot out yet so I chose the Americano with a shot of Toffee Nut and ordered a GF Ube cookie. I found a table by the window and sat in one of the armchairs where I sank into it & made myself comfortable. It took no time for my order to be ready. I sat back in the chair luxuriating and savoring my very tasty coffee. The cookie was meh but I was in love with my coffee. I sat, relaxed, sipped, chewed, and looked over my phone while people watching. By the reading nook, was a young lady whom I assumed to be the mom and her son relaxing while perusing her phone. When I was done I took a few more photos of the interior and asked permission to take photos of the staff. The only one who indulged me was Troy. So, thank you Troy! I look forward to returning as I enjoyed my first visit here. It has a very calming ambiance, friendly staff, and great coffee!

This location is in a big shopping plaza, funny enough right next to a Starbucks. Staff was really nice and welcoming! Very relaxed vibe inside with a large seating area. I enjoyed a delicious chocolate protein cookie and a iced coffee. I like my coffee black and no additives. There is a different taste in Silver Heart's Coffee. It a good different though. After drinking the coffee I felt like a mental clarity. I thought nah I am just hyped on caffeine but it was seriously delicious and guilt-free. On top of that the cookie was pretty amazing! I see protein cookies often but only had tried one other prior to this. It wasn't chalky as I experience with many of my protein enhanced foods. It was smooth and easy chew. It didn't crumble as soon as I bit into it or opened the package... needless to say I enjoyed it. Overall the atmosphere that Alexis creates in addition to the tasty treats I give SilverHeart 5 stars! Can taste the coffee flavor vs the milk. Not too bland as well. For the iced matcha. My wife ordered the the unsweetened ceremonial match latte. We can really taste the bitterness of the matcha which tells us that they use authentic ingredients. This is our 4th time here before giving a review and i can say that this is one of our fav coffee spots. Price is a little high but you pay for the quality.
