It is very tidy, tastefully furnished and decorated. I was warmly greeted by Emily, who helped me decide by explaining the different types of coffee. It wasn't hot out yet so I chose the Americano with a shot of Toffee Nut and ordered a GF Ube cookie. I found a table by the window and sat in one of the armchairs where I sank into it & made myself comfortable. It took no time for my order to be ready. I sat back in the chair luxuriating and savoring my very tasty coffee. The cookie was meh but I was in love with my coffee. I sat, relaxed, sipped, chewed, and looked over my phone while people watching. By the reading nook, was a young lady whom I assumed to be the mom and her son relaxing while perusing her phone. When I was done I took a few more photos of the interior and asked permission to take photos of the staff. The only one who indulged me was Troy. So, thank you Troy! I look forward to returning as I enjoyed my first visit here. It has a very calming ambiance, friendly staff, and great coffee!

Ya, I'm not about to pay like $4+ for a piece of cake three days old. Yikes, people, buy your pastries more often! Also disappointed they didn't offer dine-in cups. Very wasteful. I had to ask the barista to clean the table before I sat down. I get that they prioritize drinks over wiping down tables but it's still icky (and they weren't that busy).

The ambience…read morewas welcoming and relaxing, with beautiful Cuban decor and salsa music playing that instantly made it feel like home. The cashier was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made ordering easy and enjoyable. Although I was a little disappointed they didn't have some classic signature dishes like yuca con mojo de ajo or moros, the food absolutely made up for it. I ordered the Ropa Vieja and took the cashier's recommendation to try the yuca fries on the side, while my son ordered the spicy Cuban sandwich. Everything tasted incredibly authentic and fresh. The flavors truly danced in my mouth and honestly brought me back to being in my grandpa's kitchen. Even the yuca fries paired perfectly with both dishes, which surprised me in the best way. The prices were very reasonable and comparable to other Cuban restaurants I've visited, especially considering the freshness and quality of the food. I do wish they offered more Cuban desserts, but I ended up trying the coffee cake and it did not disappoint -- moist, soft, and full of flavor. Overall, this place gave me such a nostalgic and comforting experience. I'll definitely be coming back, especially with my parents so we can share those memories together. Highly recommend!

Sadly it priced itself out of 5 stars. The quality is good, just not great any more. I actually…read morestarted learning how to make beans and rice Cuban style on my own. This was our go to place for so so long but it is a once in 6 months place instead of every three weeks.
