As an art store, there are already small aisles since the store is filled with displays. The customers that come in and out aren't the kindest people. There's pushing, shoving, and nonexistent boundaries. My only hope is for some sort of expansion so there's less exchanges of germs. As an avid collector, I'm still a fan and still adore this location. My only hint to visitors: park in the building next to Din Tai Fung for the easiest and quickest access to the store!

I did not have the receipt, as it had been discarded after opening, but the manager had me entertain him by searching for a spot with good cell phone reception (providing proof of purchase within 30 days) and after all the time spent re-explaining the problem and finding a place in the mall with good cell phone reception, and logging into my credit card account, was still told there was nothing they could do about it. That is terrible customer service! Why would you waste a Customer's time and effort if you plan on not resolving the situation? I did not intend to pay over $30 for a poorly sewn product and do not recommend doing business with the South Coast Plaza Popmart store.

I wasn't aware of this so I drove a good 30 minutes down to the store in UTC just to be stopped at the front door saying there was a "line" which was quite ample to which I promptly left disappointed without the figurine I was hoping to get as a gift. Looking inside it didn't really seem that busy so it was definitely staffing issue related. Not sure why we're still working off of capacities in the big 26, either hire more workers or expand the size of your business if it cannot allow that many people to enter at one time. Won't waste my time coming back here until something changes.

They host many brands here, with pop toys such as the famous Labubu and Hirono and anime+video game IP's such as Riot Games (League of Legends), Naruto, One Piece, and much more. Prices are what you expect from a high trending, gacha, and exclusive toy store. But I think shopping in person gives a lot more piece in mind on ensuring authenticity of the toy you're buying! Instead of buying just one blind box, many people end up purchasing the entire case, and the total definitely adds up quickly.
