Owners Ryan and Lulu have combined their many years of fitness expertise, and this here is their bread and butter! I finally got a chance to try one of their shakes from the muscle menu and also one of their elevated teas. I picked the Salted Caramel Cheesecake for a post-workout shake and the Cactus Cooler tea. The sizes are huge, so you definitely get your money's worth. They even let you have the leftover shake in a cute baby cup! If you have little ones, they'll love it, too! The Cactus Cooler was so refreshing, and it was a pure delight watching them put it together. My shake had 36 grams of protein and honestly kept me satisfied for most of the day. I wasn't hungry until late afternoon, and I got the shake around 10 am. I love that you have the option to add more protein by the scoop. If you're having trouble hitting that daily protein intake, I highly recommend coming here. They even give a discount when you purchase a combo like I did. What's not to love? The open parking lot outside is great. Bonus: they're located next to a donut shop, so you can sneak in some macros while you're here, lol! The protein shakes taste delicious and the toppings give you the treat you've been avoiding without giving you a ton of extra calories the way a milkshake does. The energy teas are delicious and every one of them tastes different and exactly like their description says. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. And they are always ready to make recommendations of some of their favorite things on the menu. Grabbing a protein shake and energy tea or refresher has become part of my routine after a good workout with my trainer at the end of the week.
