My blankets and towels (which I paid an additional fee for 4-hour service) were returned correctly, but the issue was with my clothing order. I paid $72 total and was given a $50 credit, but I am still missing multiple personal items and have not received any real update. When I called to follow up, I was met with a dismissive attitude and my concerns were not taken seriously. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of accountability and poor customer service is what's most disappointing. I'm still hoping this can be resolved and my missing items are located.
