I love the layout and seating. It's cozy and comfy and a calm environment to work in or just hang out. I love coming here to sit on the leather couch and cozy up with a book and warm coffee. I love their seasonal items and had a strawberry latte since I wasn't feeling coffee late in the evening. They also have really cute merch and coffee making/brew at home stuff!

I don't expect an over the top greeting when I walk in, but the unfriendly looks and apparent annoyance from staff make customers feel unwelcome. On more than one occasion, I've experienced baristas audibly huffing or acting inconvenienced when placing a simple order, such as a plain latte. Unfortunately, this hasn't just happened at one location, I've noticed the same attitude at multiple stores. I genuinely enjoy the products and want to continue supporting this business, but the customer service experience needs improvement. Customers shouldn't feel like they're bothering staff simply by placing an order.

My coworker went to…read morepick up our drinks, and mine was an iced matcha latte with brown sugar syrup and vanilla cold foam, no ice because I have sensitive teeth and I like my matchas creamy too. Noticed that there was significant room in my cup when it finally arrived and you can't tell me it's the cold foam "melting", the baristas intentionally failed to fill my cup, apparently because I ordered no ice. As you can see, I didn't drink out of it prior to the picture else there would be foam on the side and lid. Aside from my cup being short; my matcha didn't taste like it had brown sugar in it either All I can say, is that we scratched this off our list of local coffee shops to try and won't be returning.

The crust is so buttery and delicious with the warm apple cinnamon filling. The Dark Chocolate Tahini Latte was wonderful iced. Not too sweet and you could taste the complexity of the flavor combo. Green Mango Tea I'm not a fan of mango but I could drink this again and again. We had it sweetened with agave. The Breakfast Sandwich was good. The sourdough bread they use is great! The strawberry smoothie didn't even taste like strawberry, in fact, it had close to no flavor. My daughter kept insisting it tasted like a "spring roll", so very green. We would not recommend! I ordered the Blue raspberry coconut energy drink (not blended). It was undrinkable. There was a faint taste of coconut, but ultimately it tasted like when you leave a seltzer water on the counter for a few hours, then remember you had it and take a drink and it tastes like flat flavored grossness. Also would not recommend. So perhaps it was our mistake not ordering coffees at the trailer, because maybe that's where they shine.
