Ive taken my family here many times. Today, I decided to grab some ice cream and support a local small business. Upon entering the store with a smile on my face the owner instantly said "mask!" When he didn't move towards the ice cream counter to help me, I asked him if he was saying I needed a mask or what as he only said one word without clear instruction. He responded "my store!" At this point I realized he was telling me I needed a mask to patronize his business. I looked around the small store and noticed the only other customer purchasing stuff had no mask on! I used to come here all the time because its next to one of the nail salons i frequent. Now my nail salon moved so, I'm not sure how often Ill be going now. I love boba. Ive tried many different flavors of milk tea with boba here. Ive tried honeydew (one of my faves), lavender black tea, apple, watermelon, and original milk tea with boba of course. There all decent tasting but definitely not the best quality. It taste like the artificial powder pretty strong. The boba is not the freshest tasting either but it gets the job done. My wife went in to buy two water containers. When she came home one had a chipped peace below it. She went in to exchange it the next day. There owner exchanged it with no problem but he had the nerve to say to her "don't drop it this time." First of all she didn't drop it. The broken peace wasn't even in the container. My wife bought them without taking them out of the plastic, not really thinking they were going to be broken. Ive stopped buying water from here a while back considering the guy is rude a majority of the time. How about learning to just ask what happened? Learn to speak to people not at them. Offering a good variety of boba flavors as well as smoothies and shakes. A banana split with whip cream, nuts and a cherry is usually our favorite. But you can never (well..rarely) go wrong with a boba drink. The honeydew with extra boba is my favorite. So refreshing and flavorful, tasting exactly like a sweet chunk of honeydew I couldn't believe it. He has a small variety of ice cream flavors to choose from and a big cold case full of different refreshments. Along the counter is different chips, candy bars, or sweets also available for purchase. After half a dozen visits, I still haven't found any Asian snacks. However, there are mexican snacks like takis that are available for purchase. The water is pure, really pure and for the residents in the area, they're pretty lucky to have a filtration store like this. The water is filtered 13 times before it hits your bottle. Those rinky-dink Glacier and Arrowhead pop-ups that you can in front of drug stores only filter 5 times. Aside from water, you can also treat yourself to ice cream, milkshakes, smoothies and boba. I would suggest against the boba but anything ice cream will be good because they use Dreyer's, but they'll stick you with a $.25 charge for sprinkles. The smoothies can be hit or miss. They use fresh fruit but there's no telling how long it's been sitting in the fridge. I had a mango tropic smoothie today and it was sour but other times it's been sweet so it's pretty much a crapshoot. They also sell bottled juices, sodas, and phone cards. Been coming here for years. To echo what others have said- zero customer service/rude owner. To repeat what others mentioned, I too have had bottles break (not dropped) from his store. I guess the water bottles have the same quality as the owner's customer service. The owner has snapped at me and other customers from time to time. I have shown up when he has run out of water as well, making all of the customers waste time. Don't bring small kids inside because the owner will act annoyed. Be aware some of the faucets will splatter, again annoying the owner. I will definitely be getting water , which I can buy anywhere, somewhere else. So to keep our household hydrated and stocked with good ole' h2O, we buy 6 5-gallon jugs a week!! My husband and I usually get water together from Waterzon on Saturday mornings but this weekend we weren't able to get water because we were so busy!! He left on Sunday to get water and when i tasted it, it tasted like crap!! I asked him where he got it, he said from the vending machine because Mr Lee's water shop was closed on Sundays. I IMMEDIATELY told him to dump out ALL 6 gallons of water so we spilled it on the grass. We bought bottled water from Ralph's just enough to last us to Monday (when Waterzon opens). The water is excellent quality; smooth and tasty, insomuch as water can be tasty. It's good. In terms of ambience, the place is pretty spare, but what does it need to look/feel like? There are a good number of self serve taps, and full service if the place is busting, which I've never encountered in over a year of filling here. And bonus round, they've got a nice selection of ice cream and boba smoothies. My two favorites of the latter are Mango Tropics and Four Berry Blend. The owner is very kind and courteous and works hard to keep everything running smoothly. In all, this place is solid, and I'd like to see it do well. AFTER 10 YEARS OF SPENDING MY MONEY HERE. THIS IS THE REASON WHY I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME HERE. In the current climate that we are in. You think that small shops like this will be extra careful how they treat their customers. Especially customers who spend on average of $30 a month over a 10+ year period. I recently came in to fill 4 bottles of water. Noticed a man the same ethic group as the owner at the water re-fill station only using 2 of the 6 water stations. I also noticed a signed posted that said mask are required by law. Check no problem. I have my mask on. I proceeded to refill my bottles will maintaining good distance between the other customer. However in order to clean the bottles there is a station between the three stations for cleaning. As I started to clean my bottles after setting two up to be filled. The owner in a elevated tone in his voice proceeded to tell me one person at a time at the 6 person station. Not a problem I can respect the request however WHERE IS THE FREAKIN sign? Is there a reason to elevate your tone to paying a customer? No signs anywhere in the location that alerted customers about this new rule. I am all good about following the rules but post a FREAKIN sign. If you have a six station water station. There is a way that you can have two people filling up at the same time while maintaining 6 feet apart. I guess I should go here for the water. I go here and order the 'rocky joe' which literally says on the menu 'ice milk coffee'. you would think it would be already prepared chilled coffee with milk but it is not!! the owner grabbed a cup, added ice then just pumped hot brewed coffee. then he handed it to me and I was confused. first, I thought with was already prepared chilled coffee. second, he didn't even put milk in it? by the time I paid and went to the cream and sugar packets (which were both almost empty) all the ice melted and I was left with watered down warm coffee. I told him I thought this was already prepared cold. he argued back saying that I should have asked for more ice. which I countered back that it would have been even more diluted. he sighed and asked "what do you want me to do?" instead of giving that kind of remark why don't you apologize for the coffee and offer me something else. instead I had to ask for something else!! I don't understand this kind of customer service. so, thinking their blended espresso were more promising I asked to have that instead. which was a .75¢ difference from the rocky joe I ordered. the owner still charged me that .75¢!!! and since I had my debit card there goes another .40¢ charge with it. I don't understand why he couldn't just waived the difference since I was unsatisfied. guess not. left the store to taste my blended espresso disgusting. it does not even come close to a coffee taste! yuck. just stick to water... read more

I have been a frequent visitor to waterzone since 2007! This place has the best milk tea boba anywhere in Murrieta or Temecula period! I am also a big fan of the new PH alkaline water this place now offers. It's great and a healthy new option for the health minded people. Most of all, over the years I have become good friends with the owner Lee. He is a kind and sweet man that works very hard for his family. It can't be easy running this place solo every single day Monday - Saturday open to close. This is a true family business run by a family man and I respect that, you should too. Came here yesterday afternoon to fill up 5 5-gallon bottles after finding this water store on yelp. It was easy and fast! My husband found a really good water store in SD, but wasn't close enough to drive to for refills on a whim, but Waterzon will be our go to place for water close to home. Just like the previous reviews said, the store is clean and I liked being able to see the filtration system in the back. The owner helps you on your first visit to teach you what to do for the next visits. He cleans the inside of the bottles and the caps. I was literally out in just a few minutes. In addition, if you come with your children like I did, there are some snacks and boba drinks sold there too. We didn't get to try it, but I'm sure we will the next visit. I am new to the area so I yelped for boba. This place had good reviews so I gave it a try. 1. The thai tea is powder, and he insisted that nobody makes it any other way. I only ever have REAL thai tea, made from actual tea. 2. Then he serves it frozen and I really didn't want it frozen so I asked for something else. This is the point where he gave me an awful attitude and started slamming things and tossed the lid to the blender which then fell on the floor 3. When I left, I tried the watermelon that tasted like dirty water. My roommate said her Mango tasted funny too. So I went to Pho Dao on Hancock and Los Almos and had no problem at all. read more
