I am new to the area so I yelped for boba. This place had good reviews so I gave it a try. 1. The thai tea is powder, and he insisted that nobody makes it any other way. I only ever have REAL thai tea, made from actual tea. 2. Then he serves it frozen and I really didn't want it frozen so I asked for something else. This is the point where he gave me an awful attitude and started slamming things and tossed the lid to the blender which then fell on the floor 3. I love this place. It is the only place I purchase water from anymore because the water here is so darn good, pure, and refreshing! It's always extremely clean and the owner (who runs the place by himself as far as I can tell) has always been very helpful to me and my family. I love the milk tea boba here! They have shaved ice in them which threw me off the first time I tried one, but this has now become the place where I go to get my boba fix. Several of the other reviews comment on them tasting watered down which I have not found to be the case. I imagine it's a personal preference thing though, so for reference I find Tapioca Express to taste much too strong. If that's what you are looking for, this will not be the same. The water here is also fantastic and very cost efficient. They have an eleven step filtration process, and I swear it actually tasted somehow lighter than the previous options I had tried. Waterzon is one of those little hidden places that you'll kick yourself for not having found sooner. read more

First of all, the store is immaculately clean. Lee the owner is always friendly and helpful. I get my water here every week, and I know it's the best. It's triple filtered reverse osmosis. I couldn't tell you where to get better quality water. It's delicious. There's also large selection of Dreyers ice cream and Boba if you feel like a cool refreshment on a warm day. Granted, the best thing about the store is the water. The Boba is quite good, though I have had better. When I see other reviewers on here give the entire store 1 star because they just didn't like their drink, I have to conclude that they have other issues in life preventing them from fully taking all of Waterzon's qualities into account. read more

This place is great. I've actually been going here for years just buying their boba. The boba is pretty good, not the best in california, but definitely the best in town. I have seen boba places come and go in this area, but this is one of the ones left and still kicking. The water here is awesome and at a great price. I don't see any reason why this little family owned water store doesn't deserve 5 stars. I love the DIY dispensers he has and that he offers alkaline water as well. I also appreciate that you can see his filtration system behind a plexy wall :). Prices are extremely reasonable and he offers a discount card for folks who buy a lot of water. When we have a few extra bucks I love to surprise the fam with boba! I love the coconut and Thai tea while the kids always go for tart flavors like pomegranate and green apple. I know it's not the most mind blowing boba tea experience in all the land, but it's super tasty, refreshing and hits the spot! My first time trying it. I come in with 3 bottles and there is no welcome just put on counter. Then when done filling he walks away from them to have me pay. After I paid I have to go back and put lids on them and hike them out to my car. I asked if someone could assist me and his exact reply was - its water lady you want it you carry it. When I came back in for the 3rd bottle he said you could of used a cart. Well thanks for telling me and watching me lug them out one by one. What a jerk. Would give lower than a 1 star if allowed. The owner is so very rude and arrogant. First time in so I don't know the procedure. I bring 3 bottles and walk in. No explanations or anything just told to put in counter at end. He proceeds to fill them while I ask a few questions which he ignores. Then he tells me to come to other counter to pay. So I do. Then he just leaves me standing there. So I ask What's next. He tells me lids are over there. I ask if someone can help me out. He laughs literally out loud laugh and says this is self serve. So ask what's the difference in the self serve bar and what I just did and he tells me Money with an eye roll. So I proceed to haul one bottle out then another. On the third bottle he says to me next time be smart and use a cart. Might of been nice to tell me ahead about them. No reason to treat anyone so meanly. Won't be back for sure. read more

This is where I get my water and will continue to do so as long as I live in Murrieta. The owner is one of my favorite people to see. I almost always pick up a Thai Boba drink while I fill up all my water bottles. These people who walk in and think the owner needs to worship the ground they walk on makes me laugh. I have been ignored for sometime while it was busy and I decided to be patient. I have taken the time to get to know how Waterzon operates and it is a great place to frequent. I don't know if I go there to get water as much as I just like to visit Lee and catch up with how he has been doing. This place is great! I come here for the boba. Its about 3.75 total for a large including tax. I like the flavors of the tea and texture of the boba. My only complaint would be that he does not use milk to blend the drinks, just water. Honeydew and thai tea are my favorite flavors. read more

Awesome water shop. I've been getting my water from the machines outside the grocery store but I needed somewhere I could wash the bottles out. The guy working (I think the owner) was extremely nice and helpful. The setup is awesome. You can fill 5 bottles at once if need be. On top of that, they have boba drinks and I thought they were pretty good. I'm no boba expert but it was tasty! I've been getting water here for ten years. He has always kept the place clean. He has always been sociable. Of course the water purifying machines are kept in perfect order. The one thing I miss, which I think I was told is now illegal, was the wall showing the water purity of the water they sold versus the water purity from their competition. If you need water, this place has the best water anywhere. I've been many places and tried many types of water. After you try Waterzon, you will never drink anything else again. The water has a special filtration system (11 steps I believe), you can even see the large tanks in the display room in the back. Big-name water vending machines that you see at your grocery stores typically have 5-step filtration, and taste like dirt compared to Waterzon! read more

We have been filling up our 5 gallon water bottles here for many, many years. I love the fresh, clean taste of the water, it saves a ton of money and every so often my kids will get a treat there. They also sell many different sizes of the water bottles and they are priced very reasonable. We recently bought 3 more of the 5 gallon bottles.
