Their menu is spot on, ranging from great coffee and tea to sandwiches and avocado toast, plus a nice selection of merch. My iced vanilla latte was perfectly balanced, not too sweet, with just the right amount of espresso and milk. Customer service was great during our visit, with welcoming and friendly staff. I wanted to come a few times before I wrote a review in hopes it was just a one time thing but the drive thru is extremely slow, even when the line isn't that long. I enjoy the coffee here it's good and consistent. The employees aren't that friendly but they're quick. I appreciate the speedy service. This guy Shane though.. does not know how to type in an order kept messing up .. taking like 7 min to type up an order then deleting and retyping .. then tries to charge me tax on my Togo order .I keep explaining to him I come here everyday they don't charge for tax on a Togo order . They have a few couch chairs, a long table and a few smaller tables. They also have a cool wood feature to cover the restroom area. UPDATE: They have removed all of my money off of my app over a month ago and still no refund. The last two times I have gone to this location the option to pay with the app is not working. There's no notice. You get to the window and you're told you cannot use the money that is on your app so then you're sitting there trying to scramble for cash or another card. I would think a corporation would have this fixed within a couple of days, not months So now, I have this money loaded on my card which is never available to be used. It's ridiculous.
