Their menu is spot on, ranging from great coffee and tea to sandwiches and avocado toast, plus a nice selection of merch. My iced vanilla latte was perfectly balanced, not too sweet, with just the right amount of espresso and milk. Customer service was great during our visit, with welcoming and friendly staff. We order 5 days a week from coffee bean for our clients and business and we've never had a problem until this week with drinks being very inconsistent! Today I ordered a small dry ice americano with LIGHT ice, what I received had no ice. I did not pay $8 for a drink like this. This is so pathetic! When I spoke to the manager, she said the ice probably melted on the way home. We live around the corner and my husbands drink had ice and wasn't melted! There's no notice. You get to the window and you're told you cannot use the money that is on your app so then you're sitting there trying to scramble for cash or another card. I would think a corporation would have this fixed within a couple of days, not months So now, I have this money loaded on my card which is never available to be used. It's ridiculous.
