to the drive thru team today around noon and the super sweet employee at the window with the bandana, thank you so much for being so accommodating for a spilled drink when passing through the car door window. the girl at the window was so incredibly patient and sweet and did everything she could to help my OWN mistake that only held up the line more. the drinks were also made delicious, my mom even said "that was the best one I ever had," and everything was so great especially for an embarrassing moment. I'm so sorry to the cars that were held up :( but thank you again so much guys read more

This is a fantastic coffee, bean and tea leaf Location. Leo always takes great care of us. He is the general manager. He always remembers our name. Nicely decorated and quiet atmosphere for a weekly meeting. read more

I wanted to come a few times before I wrote a review in hopes it was just a one time thing but the drive thru is extremely slow, even when the line isn't that long. Customer service has always been pleasant though. The coffee usually seems to be more on the bitter side & not as sweet as I prefer. Will this be my first option for a drive thru coffee shop? Probably not, but it has potential. read more

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Menifee, California

Located on Antelope & Newport Roads in the Menifee Lakes Plaza near Chick-fil-A with drive-thru and plenty of parking. This store is spacious, clean, and very organized with inside and outside seating. The lobby is perfect for studying and/or laptop work. Their menu is spot on, ranging from great coffee and tea to sandwiches and avocado toast, plus a nice selection of merch. My iced vanilla latte was perfectly balanced, not too sweet, with just the right amount of espresso and milk. Customer service was great during our visit, with welcoming and friendly staff. Overall, it was a great experience at this location and will definitely return. read more

Everytime I come here the drive thru is extremely slow, anyways I ordered a dry iced hazelnut americano, they asked if I wanted half and half in it and Carmel drizzle I said no, and this is my drink, and they also would not fix it. I'm upset and won't be going back here & the lady working the drive thru line was rude about it. read more

MENIFEE's BEST COFFEE SHOP! The Coffee Bean is a comfort for many college students from MSJC and Menifee community members alike. It's clean and the staff are very welcoming. I stopped by for the Ube Affogato and it was perfectly balanced with coconut and ube. My Mom and I received a sticker too! It's a great experience coming here. I spotted many tables both inside and outside. There's also the option to visit via drive-thru. I never have to wait more than 5 mins at this location. They're lightning fast! Coffee Bean gets an instant recommendation from me as it generally has good vibes and you can enjoy your coffee in peace read more

This location is just the absolute slowest. I've sat in this drive through for 30 plus min on several occasions. Not sure why they can't move the line but don't go unless you're prepared kick it. read more

I placed an order for delivery, which was left at my door without any notification, such as a knock or doorbell. Upon observing that my Java to-go was missing, I traveled to the Coffee Bean to inquire about my order, as that was the sole reason for placing it. The employee at the register and the manager both stated that this was an issue for DoorDash, not their responsibility. I informed them that I ordered through the Coffee Bean application. Nonetheless, the manager persisted in claiming it was a DoorDash issue. She eventually asked if I desired a refund, explaining that it would take five to seven days to process, and she was unable to provide a receipt for the refund. read more

Great space to grab a coffee and do some work. Service was fast. Drinks were good. I did have to clean a couple of tables for us which seemed odd as there were quite a few employees. But I did not mind. Overall a good experience and I will be back. read more

The Coffee Bean is under the radar. They are better than Starbucks and Better Buzz, while being as good as Peet's and Dutch Bros in Vegas. 10/31/2024. Cookies and Cream Ice Blended ($6.95): good milkshake, but the cookies & cream overpowered any coffee flavor, 4/5 stars. My go-to is the Vietnamese iced cold brew and lately has been the caramel ice blended, as it is by far the best version in the world! Try it and you're agree! read more

I used to love getting coffee here, but somewhere along the line I stopped enjoying the drinks. I stopped going here about a year ago. They're just too sweet and sugary now. I just got back from a trip to Vegas and enjoyed my drinks at CBTL there, so I thought I'd give this location another chance. Nope, still way too much sugar (and I have a sweet tooth too). read more

We order 5 days a week from coffee bean for our clients and business and we've never had a problem until this week with drinks being very inconsistent! Today I ordered a small dry ice americano with LIGHT ice, what I received had no ice. I did not pay $8 for a drink like this. This is so pathetic! When I spoke to the manager, she said the ice probably melted on the way home. We live around the corner and my husbands drink had ice and wasn't melted! The team here is terrible at offering solutions and just sits and blames the customer for absolutely everything. read more

I reallyyy liked this place but not only have my orders keep being wrong when they put it in at the window, today when I ordered a matcha they misheard my size and I wanted a large and did not remake the drink but only added more milk. I dumped it out. not worth coming back to with the pace and how often the drinks have become just plain bad the last month. read more

I enjoy the coffee here it's good and consistent. The employees aren't that friendly but they're quick. I appreciate the speedy service. I have made this coffee shop/café a regular spot when I am in Menifee. I've only stopped by in the early and mid mornings. Some of the crew members during these hours have made an effort to get to know me. Some even remember me now and it's only been a week. With service like this I can't help but make my way here. I'll be back. read more

Does today's youth not understand "splash" or "tablespoon?" I used to ask for a splash of cream, and that clearly didn't work so today I asked for "a tablespoon of cream" in my iced coffee...and it looked like they poured a quarter cup of cream in a regular iced coffee! What?! Yes, please make it again and unless you allow me to pour my own cream, I will take it black! Ugh!! Parents! I've always loved The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, so when they opened their Menifee location a few years ago, I was pretty stoked. The coffee is consistently great, but what really stands out is the team. The baristas are not only kind and welcoming, but also incredibly professional. They pay attention to detail, remember regulars, and create a smooth, enjoyable experience every time. It's one of the little things I genuinely look forward to in my week. read more

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf has kept with their quality coffees and teas. This was my first time at this location, but I've been to other locations in Orange County. The staff was efficient and friendly. Also, I had no problems with parking in the big lot. read more

Says they're open until 9pm. I got there at 8:40pm. Drove 20 minutes desperate to get a good coffee with a screaming baby in the backseat. I don't understand why there aren't a lot of students studying here. This place gives such good vibes and great selection of drinks. Me & my mom were regulars here, all the employees were nice and made sure we were taken care of BUT My mother had a problem with an employee named KENZIE.. a few weeks ago she told me there was a worker there (described her and etc) that always has a attitude & comes at her crazy, so one day i went in with my daughter ordered my regular drink and asked a certain employee makes it and kenzy over hears me & she asked the employee that made my drink " is that the lady that orders the carmel ice blends with affagato + extreme " with a hideous face and rolled her eyes i ignore it and realized " this is the girl my mother was talking about " Weeks go by: My mom goes and gets her normal i decided to try something different, a ice blend with mocha! My mom wasnt aware of the drink and this is how the conversation went Mom: can i get a mocha blend with Carmel Kenzie: you mean the salted carmel mocha Mom: im not sure nvm let me get the Carmel ice blend Kenzy: JUST PULL FORWARD As my mom got to the window she had a free drink reward she was using for my drink, and she was going to pay for hers as she usually does.. kenzy made it like my mother couldnt pay for the other drink as she used the free drink for one... Next kenzy says : " i was having a good day til you ruined it " Mom: what is wrong with you i did nothing to you, your starting with me. Kenzy: slams the window & says " im tired of this b**** " & starts crying.. I go into the store and ask employees " WHERE IS THE GIRL THAT CALLED MY MOTHER A B***, WHEN DOES SHE COME BACK THIS GIRL ALWAYS HAS A UGLY ATTITUDE WE WOULD OF BEEN WRONG IF I ORDERED A HOT DRINK & threw it at her but you allow employees to call my mother a b**** " A day later we are supposedly banned from coffee bean after thousands of $$ we spent at this location.. supposedly we threatened the employee in which was a lie i have video of me going inside. There has been several altercations with this employee & my mother and coffee bean does absolutely nothing. I filed several reports and hear nothing back! I asked for a manager for wrongfully banning us & nothing ever came out of this not even an apology! Kenzy just has a problem with African American women and blames them for her attitude & bad days! The way she looked at me & i didn't know her or anything told it all your just mad towards black women read more

My family stopped by a few days ago as we were looking for an alternate place to sit and read. We decided to come to this location and were able to find seats at their long table. They have a few couch chairs, a long table and a few smaller tables. They also have a cool wood feature to cover the restroom area. We ordered a matcha blended drink, a few bakery items and my husbands coffee drink. It had a chill vibe, but we honestly haven't returned... We usually go to the other coffee place. If we go back, maybe I'll try something different and give their tea a whirl. read more
