Always exceptional service with every visit! An array of yummy savory and sweet pastries, breads, cookies and treats. Their drinks are delicious too, love their coffees and the convenience of ordering at the kiosk. Illana was super friendly and helpful today answering questions about their cakes and recommending the best places for a cheesecake since they don't sell the blueberry cheesecake whole. Don't forget the also offer military discount.

Located in the Tower Plaza Center (right off the 15 FWY) next to 88 Ranch Marketplace with plenty of parking. This Taiwanese Bakery Café has an impressive variety, ranging from espresso and milk teas to fresh cakes, desserts, and pastries/breads. I picked up a few of their individually wrapped treats; the Taro Roll and Sugar Cream Cheese were highlights, super fresh and fluffy. There's both indoor and outdoor seating if you want to stay and enjoy the vibe. Service was amazing. Shoutout to Tyler at the register for the exceptional, friendly service. It's so refreshing to see happy employees! I had a great experience and will definitely be back to try more.

Passion Fruit Green Tea w/ Boba

Decent. The menu items and baked goods are similar to those at their other locations. Their boba drinks are pretty decent, and I like how this location has 2 kiosks just for ordering drinks, which makes it a lot more convenient. I highly recommend their Sea Cream Jasmine Tea with boba or their flavored teas as well. * Sea Cream Jasmine Tea: 9/10 - nice level of sweetness and sea cream is tasty * Passionfruit Green Tea: 8/10 - recommend at 50% sweetness or else it'll be too sweet * Tiger Boba Latte: 8/10 - can be too sweet at times so adjust accordingly When I got my drinks, 1 of them was missing, so I asked them to add boba, and they did. The girl making it, however, kind of just left it to the side and focused on the other drinks she was making. I thought it was kind of strange considering I spent a good amount of time already waiting for the drinks and they made a mistake, so they should've prioritized me since I was first, but okay... The shop is pretty big, and they have a good number of tables and chairs to sit at. It's located at the Tower Plaza Center by 88 Ranch Market, so there should be plenty of parking. Drinks are good, but the service could use some work.

It's your basic 85° store. We stopped here after shopping at ranch 88, which is right next door. I was craving the milk pudding dessert and husband wanted boba. It was very busy on a Sunday morning and super crowded. The line went fast and our cashier was nice. After I paid, we waited for our drink to be made. It was not a long wait.

Quick fast service lines move fast. Bread is fresh. Ordered 2 drinks the boba was soft. Mango strawberry smoothie is good for kids if you can't figure out what to order for the kids. Chill place first time going there. The workers were nice. The drinks came out at good time. Tried the Taro bread with the sugar for the first time it's actually good and tasty. Would come back again.

Happy Valentines!

I love 85 bakery and this one is spacious. Has all the bread/pastries that I love and boba drinks. I came in here for a couple of their cake slices so I grabbed a tiramisu and Black Forest cake. So yummy! Line can get long during busy hours, but the service is fast and you don't have to wait long.

Pastries were delicious. Fair priced. Service was smooth and easy to work with. Everything there that was edible, I wanted to buy! It's very spacious. There are plenty of seats inside and outside to enjoy your purchase. The place looked clean and inviting. I would come back here.

A Little Slice of Japan in Temecula If you're craving fresh-baked pastries and a clean, modern vibe, 85°C Bakery in Temecula is a must-visit. Walking in feels like stepping into a Japanese department store bakery--everything is beautifully displayed, the space is spotless, and the selection is impressive. They offer a wide variety of sweet and savory pastries, sliced breads (the milk bread is a standout), whole cakes, individual slices, and parfaits. There's also a beverage counter serving up unique blended drinks with flavors like Ume and Matcha, plus a solid coffee menu. Prices are reasonable, parking is easy, and everything I've tried has been delicious. Whether you're grabbing a quick treat or stocking up for a weekend brunch, this place delivers. Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates quality baked goods with a touch of international flair!

So happy this location opened recently! We frequent the AMC theatre so is nice to have 85 right next door. The cafe is mid sized, with tables in side and a large front counter. When you first walk in the food items are to your right, middle and left, and there's also a drink ordering machine at the entrance. There's normally a staff person refilling the food items constantly, which is really nice because popular items sell out all throughout the day. I loved their strawberry specials they had recently, the cakes, the drinks, so good. Breads are awesome and fresh and the drinks are customizable to your taste for ice, sweetness, etc. The counter staff are not the friendliest but they are quick and get the job done! Even with long lines it moves pretty quickly.

LIMITED SELECTION & POOR PICK-UP SERVICE... I was a little stunned when I arrived at this 85 Bakery as it was a little cramped and some of the service could've been better. I walk in and people are close to bumping in to eachother just to grab their bakery selection off the shelf. One of the shelves is literally by the door! This location is smaller, but it's too compact. There's tons of seating but not enough room for the main event (the bakery). I was a little disgruntled with the dude placing our orders on the pick-up counter. He NEVER called out our names to alert us that the drinks were ready and he seemed to be scared of the customers. He didn't acknowledge anyone, he simply placed our items on the counter and ran away. I did not vibe with this dude at all (he's the tall Asian dude, if you're wondering). I'm an introvert too, I get it, but this was not cool. On the other hand, I want to give a major shoutout to the gentleman running the cash register, he was super polite and helpful. Most importantly, he knew how to talk to customers! I will praise Temecula's 85 Bakery for its cleanliness and tidiness. My brown sugar iced coffee was tasty and the refrigerated bakery items looked inviting. I'll be back but this is not my first choice location for the future.

1. Very affordable. 2. Delicious. 3. Helpful employees. 4. They have an app for points. 5. The employees don't accept tips. 6. They have seasonal drinks. 7. Plenty of parking. 8. Very clean inside. Overall a cool little spot with good drinks and great baked goods. Overall A-okay in my book!

Saturday. 11-02-2024: I am in love with this bakery! I have been back and forgot to take photos. This place gets crowded quickly since it's not very spacious. It is, however, very clean and bright. I enjoyed the chicken pesto sandwich while hubby savored the tuna salad sandwich. The variety of items is vast and I think reasonably priced. I love that the pastries are not overly sweet and more savory. I forgot which Boba drink I ordered but I know I enjoyed it. The staff is very friendly and check out is quick & easy. I know I will be returning! But only intermittently since I need to stay on a diet!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Batter Up Bakery…read more I'm a wedding planner with over a decade of experience, and I have truly seen it all... but this was a first. Due to a major mistake on the venue's end, our couple's wedding cake was served to a different event the day before the wedding. Yes... the entire cake was gone. We were left without a cake for the bride and groom to cut on their wedding day, and with very little time to fix it. Enter Batter Up Bakery... and they absolutely saved the day. From the very first interaction, Samantha at the front counter was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful. Selena, the decorator, did an unbelievable job recreating the cake exactly as originally designed. And Jim, the owner who handled delivery, was professional, communicative, and ensured everything arrived perfectly. They stepped in quickly and created a replacement cake that looked identical to what the couple originally ordered. Not only was it visually perfect, but it was also delicious. The entire process was seamless and handled with such care. The most incredible part? The bride had no idea anything had gone wrong until after the wedding. Everything felt flawless, and that is exactly what you hope for as a planner. In all my years in the industry, I have never experienced customer service like this. Batter Up turned what could have been a disaster into a perfect moment. I will be recommending them to every single one of my future couples. Truly phenomenal service, talent, and professionalism.

Goat & Vine (Satellite Café) - Morning Bun Review…read more Goat & Vine continues to expand its footprint beyond its flagship The Goat and Vine location, and this newer café concept clearly aims to deliver a more elevated, bespoke pastry experience. From a presentation standpoint, it succeeds. The space is large, visually polished, and immediately inviting--everything you'd expect from a brand building on a strong local reputation. The morning bun itself is visually stunning. Well-shaped, evenly baked, and glossy with promise--it looks like a 5 before the first bite. But execution tells a different story. A proper morning bun should channel the DNA of a croissant: light, airy, delicately layered, with just enough exterior resistance to give way under minimal pressure. This one missed that mark. The outer ring was noticeably tough--requiring more force than expected, even with a knife. In truth, a well-executed morning bun should yield easily with the edge of a fork, not demand effort to cut through. Flavor delivery was equally uneven. The cinnamon--presumably a core element--was very mild, almost hesitant. A morning bun doesn't need to be a cinnamon roll, but it should introduce that warmth immediately, within the first bite. Here, it lagged. More notably, the orange essence appeared only at the very center, creating a disconnect in the experience. Flavor should be intentional and consistent. If orange is part of the profile, it should be present throughout--not hidden as a surprise note at the core. The same applies to any premium pastry: flavors should announce themselves clearly and early, drawing you into the experience, not making you search for them. To their credit, the internal structure showed glimpses of what could be--a buttery, layered crumb that hinted at proper technique. But the balance between texture and flavor never fully came together. This is a case where strong presentation and solid fundamentals elevate expectations, but the final execution doesn't quite deliver on them. Final Rating: 3.5 / 5 A beautiful pastry with promising structure, but held back by toughness and inconsistent flavor distribution. With refinement--particularly in texture and flavor clarity--this could easily become a standout offering.

Price was $9.00. - Salted Brown Butter Vanilla Scone: 3/5 a bit too sweet for my liking but when I scraped away the layer of the glaze, the scone itself was quite delicious, soft, and had a good chew to it! They were super communicative before my tasting and were knowledgeable and helpful during it. The cake was both beautiful and delicious - moist, pillowy, and perfectly balanced. The frosting complimented the cake instead of overpowering it, and our guests loved it so much that there was hardly any left by the end of the night. If we hadn't requested to save the top, we wouldn't have had any to bring home. The extra desserts were just as incredible. The chocolate-covered strawberries were a huge hit for both their flavor and adorable design, and the cheesecake bites disappeared almost instantly. Everything was presented beautifully and it all went fast, which is always a good sign. The tasting process was also a highlight. They were kind and welcoming, and since we went in with a good idea of what we wanted (after reading their info ahead of time), it made the experience easy and enjoyable instead of overwhelming. One tip: book your tasting appointment as early as possible, because those slots fill up quickly. A couple of helpful notes for future couples: a cake stand isn't included, so be sure to add that to your list. And if you're working with them through an all-inclusive venue, you'll need to pay a little extra for the premium flavors - but trust us, they're worth every penny. We couldn't recommend Gruttadauria's more. Their cakes and desserts were an unforgettable part of our wedding, and our guests are still talking about them.
