Super cute little patisserie next door to Shakey's Pizza that we were told has been opened for 10 months now. They had assorted flavored cupcakes, cheesecake, crème brûlée, panna cotta, flans, fruit tarts, brownies, puddings and so much more. Jessica was the sweetest and so helpful explaining their menu and what they had to offer when I told her it was our first visit. They also do crepes, açaí bowls and custom cakes. It was a little pricey, 4 treats was pushing $40 so average about $10 a head, but everyone enjoyed their desserts and we would definitely be back to try new items and we would 100% recommend that everyone give them a try!

I really try to support small, local businesses, and we decided to stop in while driving through. Unfortunately, the experience wasn't quite what we hoped for. We ordered a peach cobbler, a small lemonade, and a strawberry-banana crepe. The cobbler was a bit bland, and the crepe wasn't made well, it was thick, undercooked, and the gentleman preparing it seemed to be struggling. I completely understand being new to something, but at $16 for a crepe, I did expect it to be cooked properly. Our total was a little over $30, which felt high for what we received. I genuinely hope they lean into improving their crepe-making and focusing on fresh, high-quality offerings. With Paris Baguette opening nearby, this could be a great chance for them to differentiate themselves and really stand out. I love supporting small spots and hope to see improvements in the future

I love trying new dessert places and this one caught my eye. Well decorated, small, and sweet. The staff were friendly and answered all the questions I had. They do have gluten-free and diabetic friendly options that need to be ordered in advance. I took a few desserts home to try, and unfortunately they weren't a big hit in my household. The items selected were reasonably good with fairly prices. The cupcakes were slightly dry and not as moist as I would prefer. Overall, nicely made desserts with various flavors and reasonable prices.

Fruit Tart at Adonai Desserts

I visited Adonai desserts for the first time on a Wednesday evening and was pleasantly surprised with the lovely dessert selection. I tried the raspberry pistachio cupcake along with their fruit tart. I really enjoyed the unique flavor of the cupcake. The cake itself was moist with a bright filling and creamy frosting. I could taste notes of the pistachio as well. The fruit tart was fresh and delightful, with a creamy filling, crispy crust, and topped with ripe fruits. I enjoyed both of these treats and look forward to trying other flavors in the near future to support this charming local business.

Delicious and visually appealing desserts! My favorites are the cupcakes! Lemon, Red Velvet, Caramel, Ube, and others. Moist and not too sweet

We had an amazing experience at Adonai Desserts! It was our first time visiting, and the service immediately stood out--friendly, welcoming, and attentive. We had to try some of our favorites, and nothing disappointed. The cupcakes were packaged in a special container to prevent them from getting smashed, which was such a thoughtful touch. The horchata latte was absolutely delicious, perfectly balanced and flavorful. The only thing I'd wish for is slightly later hours; closing around 9:00 PM would be amazing. We'll definitely be back!

Absolutely wonderful! The next time you have a sweet tooth, please support this local business! Super delicious! Great selection! Good prices! Clean & open late! We had the Strawberry Crepe Cake and Red Velvet cookie topped with a heaping scoop of Dairy Free Black Cherry ice cream! We thoroughly enjoyed every bite... by the time we remembered to take pictures we had already devoured most of our desserts, so I ran back in to show you the case! To top it off, the two ladies who took care of us were SUPER kind, conversational, and really made our experience fun and memorable! In this day and age where service expectations are so low, these two reminded us of what great service is! If I could give this place 10 stars I would! Easy to find spot too--right next to Shakey's off Ynez! Just look for the word "DESSERTS"!!! Thank me next time! Enjoy!

2nd time here. Good ice latte and dessert after lunch. Service is friendly. I love the photo op set up. Cute place.

Was next door grabbing some pizza for my kids. First time seeing this place so we decided to go in while waiting for our pizza. The lady working was very kind and helpful. The place is very cute with little photo op areas. We tried the macarons, matcha coconut drink, mango drink and a churro cupcake. Everything was delicious and fresh.

Everything I've tried here I've loved! The staff is always so friendly and ready to receive you with a smile. They won't hold back on explaining what each dessert has. I just want to keep coming back to try more desserts!

A new dessert place in town! A must try! Found this bakeshop the other day! (opposite side of See's Candies) and wanted to try it out since I love a good dessert. Friendly and helpful staff. Was told that the owner is diabetic and wanted to create desserts that weren't too sweet. Decided to try a few things. The texture of the cupcakes were nice and moist. Each baked good had flavor and wasn't too sweet! I didn't feel as guilty eating them lol. Below is my ranking from most to least favorite: 1. Ube cupcake: 10/10 SO GOOD I WISH I GOT MORE! 2. Espresso cupcake: 9/10 very good, there is a small vignette of espresso you take out and squeeze onto the cupcake. 3. Fruit tart: 8/10 fruit on top was so fresh and sweet :) 4. Iced Matcha with oat milk: 8/10 6. Mango cupcake: 7/10 wish the mango flavor was a bit stronger. but yummy overall. 7. Strawberry cupcake: (5/10) a bit artificial? didn't love the glaze on the strawberry. Had jam in the center. Hope they use freeze dried strawberry powder to flavor it. 8. Cakepop: 1/10 she was so nice to throw it in, but the flavor was like bubblegum? not my fave.

Visited Adonai for the first time. First impression that it had a cute set-up. The service was pretty good, the cupcake I got (coffee) was moist...it was just okay! They offered ice cream and crepes, but not flavors that are standard, in my opinion. I'm not sure how they are going to set themselves apart given that there is going to be a Paris Baguette opening next door.

You must try the dulce de leche empanada! Absolutely wonderful, as was the service and the interior of the bakery.

I appreciated the nostalgic candies, glass case with chocolate dipped cookies, fruit, etc. The $3 marshmallow wands came as either milk or dark and rivaled the $8 Disneyland ones. Both were delicious! I didn't get the baklava but they looked delicious & well crafted. Staff was helpful but I knew my faves. I got pre-bagged Dr Pepper Jelly Bellys and the by the pound Green apple and Very cherry since they didn't come in bags. The buy the pound were unfortunately quite stale but the flavor was still there. Bummer, I spent so much(!) Definitely take a look around, they have import Japanese gummis, the trending Peeling gummis, gifts and knickknacks from Archie McPhee like finger hands IYKYK. It was hard to maneuver with so many customers shopping but manageable. Great sugary energy & vibe! Haha Connected to the candy shop is the ice cream parlor with giant waffle cones. Yum!

Their French decor is modern and chic. We were there last night for the first time, and it will not be our last! Anytime you try a pre-fixe menu, you never know what you'll be served but dish after dish, we were impressed by the beautiful presentations and well balanced dishes. Loved and appreciated the chef's creativity of combining French and Asian flavors into every dish. I also chose a wine pairing option for drinks, and was introduced to a beautiful Sauvignon Blanc and Rose. Overall, it was a memorable evening with great food and service, and we are looking forward to visiting them again when they change their next season's menu with our friends. (They change their pre-fixe menu three times a year, according to our waiter) Highly recommend it! Cheers to their chef!

The variety was exciting, complex and elegant; my boyfriend and I shared the duck confit, beef tartare, brioche loaf, French loaf, Japanese Caesar salad, beet&passion fruit salad, and for dessert the affogato and cake&cream. Every single thing was the best flavor I've ever had I ordered the house wine flight and let the bartender create an experience that was full of natural, harmonious flavors. My boyfriend ordered some of the cocktails (brandy old fashioned, thee Aegean) which he shared with me, and they were some of the most creative, immersive flavors I've ever had in a drink. I'm so excited to impress my friends by bringing them here :)
