The owner is always working super hard and is super friendly and generous and offers samples for any flavor you like. Every time we come in he always just gives us samples when we are browsing the flavors without us asking for samples, so nice and hospitable! He truly is passionate about what he does and it shows in his craft! This time we finally tried the chimney cone, my goodness amazing! Very crispy yet soft and fluffy on the inside. We enjoyed dipping pieces of the pastry into our gelato for an elevated experience. We got the cinnamon sugar flavor and wow we will definitely be getting it everytime. It's definitely the kind of place where you want to try more than one thing. The pastries we tried were really good--light, flavorful, and not overly sweet. You can tell they put care into the quality and presentation. The shop itself was clean and had a nice welcoming atmosphere which made it a pleasant place to stop by. He told us he would stay open until we came back after dinner, which was around 9:30 PM. We ended up getting back at 9:25, and sure enough, he stayed open just for us!
