Service was really good and friendly. Ambiance was a regular diner vibe. Food was delicious. I highly recommend the German pancake. Get it to share. I would definitely revisit for breakfast. I wish I took pictures of the food but I guess I was too hungry.

Ok YUM! Ended up stopping at the pancake house for Mother's Day brunch and it was delicious. Such a cute hidden gem in Temecula. From the host to the server we had the friendliest service. Made my day super special

Mirla and Tyrone did an amazing job today! My boyfriend and I ordered orange juice, vanilla coffee, the 49ers flapjack, pancakes, sticky eggs, and the country fried steak. We were the first customers in that morning, and it was such a great experience. The food was delicious, the service was wonderful, and the overall ambiance was great. Definitely a fantastic start to the day!

Was warmly greeted as we walked in. Seating was wide open as it was well after breakfast but starting lunch time. Had a nice seat by the window. Ordered a couple different items as well as a German Pancake to share. Individual items were the Turkey/ avocado/ bacon & cheese omelette, Flaming Fiesta Omelette and The Ever Popular "Joe"! Omelettes were amazing! Fluffy and flavorful! The Joe had a good mix of sausage, spinach and came with a side of potato pancakes. Each item had its own unique flavor and was equally delicious. Service was spot on. Rigo had a keen eye for what our needs were. Will definitely be back to try more menu options! Keep on Yelp'n!

I came in for the German pancake but ended up ordering the Flaming Fiesta Omelette, and I'm so glad I did! It was absolutely massive, served piping hot, and packed with flavor. The gooey cheese, jalapeño peppers, and fresh veggies made every bite delicious. We also tried a few other dishes: the ever-popular Joe with a side of crispy potato pancakes, and the turkey, avocado, bacon, and cheese omelette. Every single item was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. We ended up ordering German pancake too because can't come to The Original Pancake House and not have it. . . was as big and impressive as promised, definitely one to share unless you come really hungry! If you're in the mood for a solid, satisfying breakfast, this is definitely the place to go. I highly recommend it, and I'll absolutely be coming back! Yelp ya later!

This is my favorite place for breakfast because they have German pancakes. Great locations as well....

I used to love this place. Went back to show some out of town friends this place and sadly the health rating scared my friends away :/ If owner can get this fixxed i'll revisit and promptly update my review until now i can only give 3 stars

First time here. Wanted to try some of the local restaurants. Didn't realize the restaurant was rated B before this, but it just aligns with the overall service and taste of food. We had to wait 10 mins to get seated. At first we thought it was a good sign that there were a lot of people there...we went inside and the place was small. Crowded seating. We were sat next to the emergency door, which I guess is a best care scenario if it's crazy. It took another 10 mins to get ordered. Sat for the next 45 mins and watched people who ordered after us, get their food before us. When we got our order, they brought out the wrong order. The pancakes were dry, practically cornbread with syrup on it. My husband ordered an omelette and they brought him a cheese souffle. My kids were literally saying "ew" to the pancakes and rubber bacon. That says alot coming from kids who eat McDonald's pancakes happily. I had to actually season my own hash browns because they were just so bland. We saw our server the most when it was time to leave. The only impression he made on me was how little he wanted to do is his job. Posting a pic of the cheese souffle #omlette.

Rigo was our server and he was pleasant. Restaurant was not busy and clean. Food was okay, nothing that stood out that was extra special, and service was fast.

We loved the cozy feel of the restaurant. We ordered chilaquiles, egg omelet, country potatoes, strawberry and banana crepes... The service was great and the food was chefs ‍ definately recommend!!!

Love love love it here!!! It was my first time & I was not disappointed with anything we got! The food was delicious & fresh! The one downside was the coconut pancakes. We were so sad to know after receiving them that they stopped serving it with tropical syrup hoping they can figure out a way to get a good coconut syrup with it or maybe even a pineapple syrup or compote rather than maple. My absolute favorite thing was the Dutch pancake! Never had it before but now it definitely won't be my last. Our waitress was so friendly and kind! We told her we were celebrating a birthday and she brought us some berries and cream since they don't do cakes. We thought that was so kind of her! I do feel bad that I forgot her name ): Nice place to have breakfast with family and friends. Good seating and big area! Can't wait to visit again

They have a toasted vanilla brown sugar latte that is pretty remarkable--not sure how they make it but it's definitely tasty. I usually order one extra shot but I might have to try adding one more because it's still a little too weak for my tar-filled insides. My only complaint is that it's pretty crowded inside. Not just from the amount of patrons that are usually coming in for a hot cuppa... but the flow of the place is just a little cramped. They are always so nice, though, and get my order out quickly and it's always piping hot. Definitely my new go-to coffee place when I'm in town.

Our barista greeted us with a big smile and even congratulated us on the Dodgers winning the World Series -- such a nice touch and a great way to start the morning. The place is small but bustling, with people constantly coming in and out for their coffee and pastries. I had the egg, sausage, and cheese bagel along with a delicious cheese danish and both were amazing! The coffee actually tasted like coffee (which is saying something these days) and kept me going the rest of the day. They've got a great selection of both drinks and pastries. Definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area!

I have been to their two other locations and experienced it with *one* of the four scones I tried at the other Temecula location. The third other location in Murrieta was a perfect 4/4 on the texture. At $7/ea this is hard to come to terms with because I spent over $30 with tax for food that tastes dry and somewhat stale due to that. No one wants to eat a dry scone! I was telling the girl at the register I had an issue with the gingerbread scone at another location (remember the 1 out of 4 scones I said was dry at the other Temecu location?) and asked if the egg nog flavor was also dry. She said the scones with the icing were less dry due to the fact they were iced. But their blueberry, which is my favorite, is not iced and isn't dry at their other locations. But it sure was here. I also ordered a cranberry orange, peach, and a brown sugar and butter. I wouldn't order them there again. At the Murrieta location I also ordered the orange cranberry and it was perfection. The peach had an overwhelming amount of cinnamon, making it taste more like spice cake and hiding the peach flavor. Sad face. I think the baker here is a bit off on their ratios or bakes them a little too long. Possibly the oven runs hotter. I couldn't tell you. That's not my area of expertise. What I do know is that I won't be returning to this location and will continue to frequent the Murrieta location. I have nothing bad to say about the service. Or the cute and clean shop, definitely stop in for maybe a drink instead. But get your scones at their other location.
