They have inside and outside seating. Inside can get quite noisy. Prefer the outside seating if it's not to house. They stuck large people into a booth at first, but I saw tables that just left and asked to be reseated, luckily they did that for us. I ordered the pumpkin pie French rolls , they were nice but portions were small with a side of bacon . The bacon was very good. Service was good. Just not a great place to have a conversation inside. The service here was pretty good, our waitress was pretty nice and attentive. The ambiance kind of reminded me of modern western a bit, the high chairs and little succulent plants on tables. The food was ok, we got a poke bowl, a chicken sandwich, and a mango ceviche. The bowl was pretty big, but everything was in big chunks, made it a little hard to mix together. Flavor was okay, my rice was a little hard.. the mango ceviche was missing a little flavor. And the chicken sandwich was a little dry, butttt I do have to add we had the spicy sauce on the side. Located in a very very tight shopping center (be prepared to fight or wait for parking!) this location has a small indoor eating area as well as an outdoor area. Honestly for how popular this place was they should look into a bigger space. Indoor seating area was tight, busy and loud, an explosion and not ideal for those with sensory issues. The outdoor while more open/less loud noises is still just as tight in seating where I could have reached over and held hands with the person at the table next to me. The toast under the crab cake became soft due to the steamy heat from the crab cake and the hollandaise sauce but that was ideal. Egg was poached to perfection. The crab was soft and had a healthy meat/veggie/breadcrumb balance. I chose hash browns as my side and they were nice and buttery and only required salt to taste. Aloha bowl - Husband did not like nor finish. The rice was soooo garlicky that it overpowered the taste of the bowl...add to that the saltiness of gravy (naturally) and the saltiness of the sausage (naturally) the whole meal became a garlicky salty mess. The patty and egg ate separately and a little to the side tasted so good and we could only imagine how good this meal could have been if done just a bit differently. Sometimes when you are braindead from the work week and from corralling tiny humans, you forget what eating out looks like on the weekend. And oh my gosh, was I ever pleasantly surprised how quickly we got into a brunch spot on a saturday at 10am. I mean, that's almost primetime. The kids were stoked with fun drinks such as unicorn and chocolate milk, and us bigger kids were equally impressed that the standard brew came with a delicious funfetti biscotti. How cool is that? My poke bowl was absolutely delightful, adding options to eat it with or without the rice (so many cucumbers, beautiful radish and daikon slices). Had just enough heat to say hey I'm kinda spicy but will leave your tongue to appreciate your food. My daughter's mac and cheese unfortunately didn't come with any sides which was odd, but we were able to add fruit and eventually some fries when she got jelly of her brother's grub. My husband and I had VERY different experiences when we came to this location. I'm sad that his experience was not ideal. I can totally understand why he doesn't want to comeback. He ordered the biscuits and gravy meal, and his food was COLD when they brought it out. He told me, so I touched it and informed the waitress. Went here last weekend to celebrate my friend's birthday with a group of 8 (plus a toddler!) the day before Mother's Day, so we already expected a wait. We called ahead and were quoted about an hour, but ended up waiting closer to 2 hours after checking in. Honestly though, with the holiday weekend and our big group, we understood. She got our drinks and food orders in quickly, and honestly the turnaround time for everything was surprisingly fast considering how busy it was. Ryan was super fun, attentive, and really matched the energy of our group. She even brought out a little birthday treat for my friend, which was sweet! My friend and I both ordered the "life size" mimosas -- which isn't shocking because of the glass size, but because it's basically a whole bottle of champagne LOL. My experience at Toast was a great one. I made a last-minute reservation for a large party, and the hostess worked with me to secure a reservation close to the time we originally wanted and get us seated in a timely manner. They did seat us separately, which wasn't what we would have preferred; however, we understand that the reservation was made last minute and we were also on a time crunch, so getting seated quickly was a priority. I know it's not easy accommodating a large group, especially on a busy day, and given our time constraints, I was initially nervous about whether we would be seated and served on time. However, the staff was organized, patient, and friendly throughout, and everything ran smoothly. Despite how busy it was, we received our food promptly, and everything came out well-presented and delicious. The chilaquiles were especially flavorful, and the egg omelet and potatoes were also excellent. Our group also ordered the Korean ribs, which were very tasty, and the French toast as well! For drinks, our group wasn't a big fan of the iced coffee, and the mimosa flights were a bit too sweet for my personal preference. I only really enjoyed two out of the four options. That said, they were beautifully presented and very photogenic. One thing we really appreciated was that they accommodated separate checks for such a large group, which made paying much more convenient. The space offers both indoor and outdoor seating. I've been wanting to try this place for a few months now and we were finally able to make it in today. No wait time which was great of course even though they were steadily busy. I bet this place gets insanely busy on the weekends, but it looks like there is the option to join via the Yelp waitlist & I love that. Inside is cute, I really like the booths and their design. There is a one stall restroom for everyone to use, but it was kept pretty tidy so that was great to see. Our food was pretty good, I love corned beef so the Reuben Benedict was perfect, one of us got hash browns and the other go the pecorino potatoes. The pecorino potatoes were good, I think they needed salt in my opinion and they would have been perfect. The portion size was pretty big. I am a big eater and I struggled to finish my food. The crème brûlée french toast was good too. I wasn't a huge fan of the custard in the middle though, there was a lot of it and it was just a bit thick in my opinion. Arrived around 10:30 am and it was very crowded, but we had our reservation so we only waited 10 minutes. They have indoor and fully covered outdoor seating. Nice shaded benches for these waiting. The inside of the restaurant is pretty small and crowded for how busy they are. The line to use the restroom is also pretty crowded and long during peak times. Our server, Octavio, was really nice despite how busy he was. All staff members are on the go-go since they are trying to be efficient. Didn't feel rushed though. But I do think you shouldn't lounge around here for the sake of others. Just eat, enjoy, and hang out elsewhere. Well, here's a toast to Toast!! Me and two friends came here because we were looking for a good brunch spot when passing thru Temecula. We came here because of the good reviews on Yelp, so I thought I would add my own to the menagerie! They were able to seat us on a Friday morning right away and I believe this is because they also have a lovely heated, outdoor seating area. We were very comfortable and happy to enjoy the ambiance outside. I had to try their rose matcha and I was so very pleased with both the presentation and taste. It looked and tasted special, especially with the dried rose garnish. Another unique menu item was the Reuben Benedict. Corned beef is a very big favorite of mine, as is hollandaise sauce and a poached egg. All of it came together beautifully and really deliciously too. The choice of cheese was a very good accompaniment. I got the Parmesan potatoes and they were really tasty too, I did add my own salt, but that was fine because all the other tastes and textures were on point! A special breakfast that was worth a couple extra dollars! For me it's either diner food for breakfast or a special brunch and this fell into the special brunch category and they did a wonderful job. I really want to like Toast Temecula, but the lack of Wi-Fi significantly hurts the experience. In 2026, reliable internet access at a restaurant--especially one where people may stay for a while--feels like a basic expectation. Without Wi-Fi, I had difficulty accessing electronic payment methods and social media, and even making or receiving phone calls was challenging because of poor cellular connectivity. If I wanted to sit down over breakfast or coffee and get some studying or work done, that would be difficult as well. The food and atmosphere may bring people in, but connectivity is part of the customer experience now. When cellular service inside the restaurant is already unreliable, providing guest Wi-Fi becomes even more important. Toast Temecula really needs Wi-Fi. Its absence noticeably diminished my experience and would absolutely factor into whether I choose to return. read more
